Excellent service, very good description of everything related to the tour, very detailed explanation and with plenty of information.

There your guide was nice enough, stated that it was a one hour tour including the time spent waiting in line to get in. So tour itself was a bit was a bit short

ALEX was fantastic in regards to the wonderful history of the magnificent biblical DAVID as well as "the prisoners" and all the art in the Accademia! Michelangelo was indeed a genius sculptor and painter. It was our second time to visit the Accademia and we gleaned much knowledge from Alex; she was professional, yet personable and fun! It was a wonderful experience! I was only going to be in Florence for 2 days, so the day I arrived I looked for this guided tour of the museum, I got it for the next day. When I got to the museum I was so glad I bought the ticket without having to wait in line, because they were endless, with the short time I was going to have in the city, it would have been a waste to have to wait in any of those long lines. Pamela, the guide was great! Super friendly and all the time she gave key facts. I highly recommend it!!!

Very informative tour and would recommend for anyone wanting to visit the gallery, however I was not impressed that we waited 30 minutes for other people in the tour to arrive when a number of us managed to get there on time. If people are late it's not fair for the rest of the group to wait for them, our time is just as valuable.

We liked being able to skip the line and having the listening devices to hear the guide helped tremendously. We booked the tour online only and hour and a half before hand and had no problems with the booking process. We received a call shortly after confirming our tour and telling us exactly where to meet. There was one miscommunication when we first arrived but it was quickly fixed with a phone call. I would definitely recommend this tour especially on busy days.

The experience with our guide was actually fine - the issue came with other people on the tour not being able to use the ear piece for the guide's microphone. Many people said they couldn't hear her or there was static.
