Accademia Gallery Timed Entry Tickets with optional Audio Guide

Experience was relatively efficient, though after getting our tickets at the prescribed time we were then introduced to a ~20min. wait in the street - problematic if you have inclement weather. Recommended overall, just something to consider.

We waited in the rain for nearly an hour after our arrival time. Trying to figure out where we were to enter was extremely confusing with way too many people already at the red-sign start place. Once inside, the visit was fantastic. There was enough room to move around and we did not feel rushed in spending time with the David or tge rest of the museum.

The venue was behind so I waited an hour outside in the rain waiting to get in. The venue itself was amazing and once I got inside it was great!

The visit to the Accademia is very worthwhile, to see all the art it contains, but it was not pleasant to enter an hour and a half later waiting in the rain, despite having a reserved time.

It was so crowded in the street. I expected more organization getting in museum. I didn't realize that my reservation wasn't my ticket. But my host called me and found me in the crowd to give me the tickets. The museum was an amazing.

All I wanted was a specific time to get into academia with this tour. That is exactly what you get, which is exactly what I wanted. Truth in advertising. My last 3 experiences with skip the line tickets involved buying a ticket to enter the museum, not all in one. If all you want is to have a ticket ready for a specific time, this is exactly the tour you need to pick

It wasn't a Headout issue. We had tickets for 11:15 and didn't get in to the venue until noon. Not a big deal but it did effect how much time we spent there after getting in as we had other appointments.

At checkin the employee pointed us to the right line. We got in the museum at the appropriate time. We self guided. Really no place for them to screw it up.

Had an unexpected day off on a business trip. Was able to purchase a ticket for next day. Website for galleria had next available not until the following week. Well marked pick up area to meet with guys that had tickets. Wait in que was reasonable.

We found our escort immediately, accurate and on time. We didn't have to wait in line. I was a little worried instead I found it an exceptional service.

The Prisoners are some of my favourite sculptures. Once we were in, numbers were fine and no jostling with crowds. Outside was another matter. Our 10.15 entry time became closer to 11.00 and it was raining - heavily at tines. People milled around like unherded cats & I felt sorry for the guys trying to maintain crowd control!

There was NO host, tickets were double the cost of a regular ticket! It seems like a scam for tourists who cannot buy tickets online for the day as they have been bought out by the likes of your company!

All very nice, it's a wonderful thing to do even once in a lifetime. The only bad thing the people who organize outside are very very very rude but very and all.

We arrived, found our tour operator, received tickets, followed the the line of people inside the gallery, bags checked, then into the gallery. Photographed David, toured the gallery, bought postcards from the shop and exited.

The museum visit was great! However, we almost didn't get in because although very clear, helpful instructions had been provided for meeting our guide, he was not at the designated place when we arrived. It was only by chance that we happened to find him, with help from another company's guide, right at the last minute, in a different part of the street. He also was not wearing the red badge that we were looking for, so it was a bit stressful.

Museum as well laid out, very good information about the exhibits and a wonderful display of art. The statue of David is even more impressive when you see it in person.

Headout was great at providing last minute easy ticket collecrion and short wait to enter the museum. Host was personable and helpful to get us where we needed to be.

Beautiful venue, but the literature to schedule the tour indicated a 1 hour tour, not just a ticket to access the venue and have a shorter line. The advert in the online materials was not accurate. The information at the site, was unclear from the hosts and you were plopped into a line (at double the cost of the entrance fee) and left.

Our guide was late giving us the entry tickets and did not enter the museum with us, however, we greatly enjoyed the museum. I think we were overcharged. I've been wanting to see the statue of David for many years, so I'm very glad I finally got to see it!

Online ticketing and app made the process very easy. No long lines to get tickets. Commnication and directions for ticket pickup were excellent.
