Definitely the best way to go to the top of the Arc de Triomphe is will reservations. Our flight was delayed one day & we could use the tickets anytime within 9 months. Thankfully we could use it just 24 hrs later. Great experience booking.

I was very pleased with my visit to the Arc de Triomphe! We were with our 4 year old daughter, we came to the opening, the queue was already there, but it moved very quickly. The climb to the top is certainly impressive - it takes your breath away. I knew that there is an elevator, but this staircase - it must go up! The views are gorgeous! I bought gift cuffs of all kinds, cool! The only thing is, there's nowhere to buy water! There is a souvenir store - they should sell water there too!

The queue at the ticket office was enormous. Instead, I bought my ticket online and waited in line to pass through security to access the monument. Fast, practical and efficient. I highly recommend it. The view from the top of the Arc de Triomphe is for me one of the best in the city.

There were hardly any queues and the views from the top of the Arc de Triomphe are fantastic. It is well worth the visit. Totally recommended. Mind you, you have to take into account that you have to climb a lot of stairs. But you will be rewarded with wonderful views.

This was number one on my list and it was even more magnificent than I could have even anticipated. There was so much beauty and energy at the arch that when you walked up the stairs it felt as though you weren't walking alone. Each step was an honour to dedicate to the lives of the names listed on the structure. If your in Paris I'd say this is above all else to see especially if you are short on time.

Unfortunately, despite having a ticket, you still had to wait a long time to get in and the signage on how to get to the Arc de Triumphe (underground, not over the road) and how to get to the metro afterwards is very poor. This should be worked on urgently. There was a lot of chaos.

No information for ticket holders. Unnecessary waiting. Only when the sliding gate was opened was there a sign. But the gate was 90° around a corner. If you leave your place in the queue, you can go to the back of the queue again.

The view from the top is superb. 360 degree view of Paris. Pre purchased tickets certainly saved a lot of time. If you can't handle the many steps, take the lift. Just ask at the security bag check and you will be escorted to lift. Then only 40 steps to the top.

Getting Arc de Triomphe tickets in advance was perfect- they allowed us to skip the ticket line and basically walk right in! Be sure to arrive right at the Arc opens, and you will have no wait plus there will be minimal people at the top.

Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order. Almost 300 steps is not without its problems. Otherwise an impressive building with a good view over Paris from the roof terrace. The security checks take some getting used to. And the eternal queuing.

The tickets were easy to book but the timings were confusing and you cannot access the schedule using the file reader so you have to just show up and hope for the best. They pack the boat tour so if you want to sit on the roof not inside then you need to get there early! Getting on and off takes a long time. The audio tour is downstairs only on little phones otherwise there is a tannoy which a few faces are read out in French, English and Spanish I believe

It really is a must see. The monument itself is very impressive, story behind it really interesting and the views from the top are superb. It's close proximity to the Eiffel Tower meant it was easy to visit both in the same day. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

The ascent is an experience in itself. You 'conquer' the triumphal arch with a long spiral staircase. And the view from the terrace is really worth the effort. With bright sunshine and blue skies, Paris lay at our feet. It was great!

The ticketing was handled very efficiently. HOWEVER, I had a ticket for two people, and my partner could not attend, yet both tickets were scanned, and considered used. iI later discovered that the ticket is valid fof several months after the date I had purchased it. So I paid twice the price for a single entry.

It's the only monument I've never done in Paris. I always saw it from the fields but never climbed the 284 metres! Magnificent view from the top! And thank you to the staff who allowed me to take the elevator back down, as I was in a lot of pain on the way up! A great experience in the capital.

When I got to the Arc I understood that I was so tired that I could ot climb any stairs that day but the ticket was bought! I descovered that I could use the ticket not only on the day I chose while buying it. I could use it any day for longer than a year! So I came back next day and climbed all the stairs and enjoyed the Arc de triomphe very much! I haven't compared the price of the ticket I bought here with the official site, probably next time I will buy it directly on the official site as Headout is just a "middle man" - they do nothing!

The view over Paris and the history of the Arc de Triomphe. The boat trip was also very good for an overview of the city. The windows that you could open to take photos were particularly noteworthy. The organization in front of the queue for the Arc de Triomphe was poor. At first it wasn't clear where we had to queue.

I was on vacation from 11 to 14. Arc de Triomphe closed from 10 to 13, they sent a message that on the 14th it would be possible to go up but it was also closed. I lost two tickets 45eur. I demand a refund for a service not provided.

We had made a mistake when ordering our tickets. It said: No refund possible. But we didn't want a refund, we wanted a date change. This was impossible. Headout offered us a 25% discount, which we never received. When we arrived at the venue, we took 6 seats at the ticket office. At the control, we tried to use the first tickets and it worked. We offered the day's tickets to the passer-by.

It was closed, there have been ongoing labor diaruptioms/actions for months now. No where is this mentioned anywhere on your site, the Catacombs site, or anywhere else. You are being deceptive and sneaky trying to hide it. I was left sad and upset because my GARAUNTEED ACCESS WAS NOT GARAUNTEED. I will never use Headout again, and I will use your competitor, who's bookings were perfect, and occurred with no deception, hidden information, and the ability to cancle the purchased experience up to 2 days before hand. Then you offer me 10% off my next booking? Hahahahahwh no thank you. Bye forever.

Unfortunately, the Arc de Triomphe was closed that day. So this experience was canceled for me and my friend. We were made aware of this by a poster. I would like my money back as the service was not provided. Extending my ticket won't help me, as I won't be coming back to Paris in the next few years and I'm not going there just for an experience.

The ticket says you can enter between 10am and 11pm. I arrived at the entrance door at 22:28 and they wouldn't let me in. Conclusion: if there is a time limit for entry, this information must be clearly described on the ticket

We bought 2 tickets to go up to the terrace of Arc de Triomphe in Paris, on the official website of tickets for Arc de Triomphe . For the 5th of June or 2025. When we arrived at the site it was closed. There was a sign indicating that we would be refunded immediately and we have not received the 44 € we paid. We have sent several e-mails to headout and we have not received any reply.

Terribly disappointed about this excursion. I planned my wife and my day out in Paris perfectly to arrive at the Arc de Triomphe at sunset. On arrival we went to the front of the queue where we were told that we could not enter and needed to join the very long queue. We were happy to do this and waited for more than 45mins when we were roughly 15m away from the front of the queue a man came to us asking to see our ticket. He said it would be impossible for us to go inside as they had now closed the venue to ticket holders without specific times on their ticket. He said we should come back tomorrow. This is such a let down as we have been to Paris three times before but never gone up the Arc de Triomphe. Now we wasted our time and our money as we cannot go back today as we have other tours booked in Versailles. Terribly disappointed and a waste of money... 😔

Nothing, the venue was closed the day after tge VE celebration for removal of the staging. I am still waiting for my refund. The email said a refund would process in 2 - 7 days. After contacting my bank yesterday, they said they haven't received the refund. I emailed t you all yesterday for an update on processing my refund and have yet to hear back on the status. Terrible way to conduct a business and treating your clients this way.

Someone collapsed a few people in front of us. The staff seemed incompetent like any issues hadn't happened before. It took over 15 mins fof staff to act . The visit to the Arc de Triomphe was good and as expected. The additionally booked boat tour. We didn't want to take it on the Seine on the same day due to the weather. The next day, the ticket had disappeared from the app and I couldn't see how I could have used it again. It was also not clear which boat tour provider we could have used. So we didn't use this part of the booking. The visit was quite expensive.
