Morning Desert Safari

Yasir was very calm, welcoming and awesome safari guide. We had our morning safari on 6th of Sept and me and my husband enjoyed it very much! Yasir was also very kind to take great dessert pictures for us, we appreciate it a lot! 😍😎

Our desert safari in Dubai was an unforgettable highlight of our trip, and it was all thanks to Yasir. He made the entire experience thrilling and enjoyable, from the exciting dune bashing to the adventurous sand boarding and the serene camel ride. Yasir was incredibly cooperative, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable at every step. He also captured our moments with amazing photos that looked like they were taken by a professional. Yasir truly made this experience special, and I would highly recommend booking with him for anyone visiting Dubai.

Our guide was wonderful and we experienced many new things. Our guide, Soni, was fantastic. Dune bashing was very fun and he gave us advice on what other activities to do such as the ATV desert ride. This experience is something we will never forget.

We had a wonderful experience from the pick up, the movements. the assigned Person by the name of Hassan was very very friendly and nice. He gave us a very nice experience at the desert from the camel experience all the way to the Desert dune drive. He also assisted and took some pictures. The booking at headout was ok too with no challenges

Hi there ! Let's start with the negative points : - The duration mentioned was 5h but we finished the activities in about 1:30h - The camel ride took roughly 7mn - The Quad biking activity is held inside a small circle which is good for families with kids... not thrill seekers. There should be a clearer description of the Quad biking activities like what's included or not and the upgrade options so the client won't be surprised when asked to pay 300aed for a ride out of the circle. The positive points : - Good activities for clients who want to have a quick taste of the desert safari and not spend the whole day out. - Ricardo was super friendly yet professional and went out of his way to make sure the experience was a success. - Good value for money if the client doesn't pay any "upgrade" fees. - The dune bashing was entertaining. Will I recommend ? Yes for peolple who want a quick fun activity.

Even though I had a great driver and tour guide, the tour itself was very underwhelming. All the guide did was sit me and 2 other people in his 4x4 land cruiser and just drift around some desert land. When he took us to the camel rides, we found out it was not a ride. We just pose for pictures with the camels. That the actual ride comes at an additional cost. I had quad bike included in my package too, and just like the camel ride, it was mostly to spin the quad bike in circle. The tour guide mentioned that to actual have a camel tour or quad bike tour, this would cost extra hundreds off dollars. No where in headout was this mentioned that the camel and quad bike experience would be just stationary events not actual excursions tours. I actually feel this was poorly advertised and I should get a full refund or partial refund as the tour did not live up to its expectations. Lastly, 1 of the other guests was vomiting during the 4x4 desert tour, as I mentioned before, the 4x4 tour was just mostly going in circles in high speed. Even after all that, I spent an extra money to take pictures with a falcon. At the price I paid for this package, the falcon should have neen included as well as some professional photos. It upsets me that my experience was very underwhelming versus what I had paid for.

Worse experience among all the places I've been to over our 3days stay in Dubai. Firstly, the guide didn't pick us up infront of our hotel and we had to walk for few minutes to meet him, he was inpatient as well and kept calling every minute for us to hurry up. And when we finally arrived at the dessert, the car parked with other cars as well. We got down and taking pictures and another guide/driver confronted us rudely that it's not allowed to take pics there and that it's just a resting place. We didn't know that prior. We finally arrived at the Safari and we were given 220ml bottle of water only. Meanwhile it's stated that unlimited tea/coffee and water. No tea no coffee. The guide incharge of the Quad Bike was the worse. Very rude and hostile. He shouted at us like kids whiles we were riding that we shouldn't damage the bike. We were just made to ride the bike at same place in circles. Till we got bored and got off, we expected to take ride on the dessert. Atleast around the safari. Whiles still riding in circles the guide keep calling for us every now and then to ask "are you finished?" Like wtf They literally wanted us out of that place. And then the Camel 🐪 ride which was also in the same place. We just sat in the camel to take pics and that was it. The guide calls us that we should leave. We thought we were going to another location for Sand Boarding but no, he took us back to our hotel. Overall we spent about 2hours only from hotel and back. I really regret this experience

Was an absolutely amazing experience.

The driver was ok, and he arrived in time, but the part of the desert where the camp is located is more suburban area then desert around camp buildings can be seen. There was no sand boarding included, and prices of quad rentals (400-1500 aed) are like rentaps of Ferrari in Maranello. Trip duration was around 2-2,5 hours, not 5.

Don't book the quad bike, it was the dullest thing I have done. You will go round in a tiny circle (can't drive in the wild) and staff kept telling me I was going fast... while I am no Lewis Hamilton... I was really not, almost stopped when they said it for the 3rd time. Also for the sandboard, nobody teaches you or gives you tips. It didn't work because the "sand was too hot". Seen similar comments below. We are now in winter. So technically never works... May want to review when we do this activity then or otherwise people will keep being disappointed. Overall not worth the money. Been told by friends in dubai that this was not their experience with quad and sandboard.

Very good organization and communication. We were always informed promptly after booking. The guide was punctual and friendly. During the drive into the desert, he informed us about the area we were driving through. Everything went really well.

Really recommend the safari tour. The hours of the tour were respected and we were contacted one day before on whatsapp to establish all details. Great experience !

It was comfortable drive, a good driver and the desert safari experience was ok. Since it had rained a few days back we couldn't get the ultimate experience out of the safari!

No Sandboarding! Camel Riding only a very Short way .... The Tour was Not from 8:30 (9) am to 2 pm.... we start with the Transfer at 9 an were back in Hotel at 12 ..... We need a Long time for Transfer and waiting in the Camp.... We would never do it again Only the sandbashing Part was nice...👍🏻

My experience promised was misleading and false - it's did not meet the inclusions promised and your being dishonest to all your customers listing 5 hours of total inclusions when it's lucky to be 1 hour of activities in total if your lucky . Please refund me the whole purchase and stop your false advertising for experiences it's disgraceful!

Hi there We were picked up And taken to the desert We had no coffee/juice- only water in an ice cooler Which was hot And then we didn’t get to do sandboarding The tour was extremely rushed The guide rushed us to finish with the camels as guy wanted to leave This is very not fair We understand it is Friday but we left at just before 8;50 and arrived home by 11:30 The last tour I took with you was wonderful but this one was rushed and the person I invited didn’t get to enjoy what was advertised We contacted support who said they would revert back to us but didn't

The tour driver was good but quad was really bad. It was a rip off. I paid extra for the quad and they say I cannot drive it in desert. For driving in safari they ask for upgrade which costs 800 dhs. Otherwise you have to drive in a small circle. And the instructor of the quad was a problematic guy who did not let us experience quad fully. If I ran in that circle, I could have more adrenaline probably.

The tour is canceled because of the Weather. They told us that they would update us to reschedule te tour but they didnt..

We are very very dissatisfied, we were seated in the 3rd row in the car during dune bashing. It was very uncomfortable, we could not get pleasure during dune bashing driving experince. Share tranfers do not mean to seat in 3rd row during dune bashing, We were not a ten year old kids to seat in 3rd row, customers must be informed in advance, 7 people in one car it's not a fare. We were very disappointed
