Singapore River Cruise

For boarding there was a long queue and I had senior citizen who were not comfortable staning for long duration. Provide some sitting arrangement or a separate queue for senior citizens.

No need to buy tickets before mid-April. Nice cruise that allowed us to discover The only thing missing is an international digital translator to make it easier for everyone to understand.

Overall the experience was good . Plz increase the volume of the audio-guide so that it gets audible. With some loud and over talkative guests on board, it just becomes next to difficult to follow the audio guide.

The ticket office struggled to get the scanner to read the QR code. Waited quite a time for boat since they prioritised other queue for groups. Cruise itself was very enjoyable once it got going.

The experience had been recommended to us. Our tickets were emailed to us promptly. We liked the flexibility. We also liked the way the rides were organised. The staff were super friendly. They took some awesome photos to send to our family. We also took some awesome photos of the sights. We found the commentary to be interesting. We would certainly recommend this attraction.

The queue moved rapidly and I was able board at the time that was most desirable for me. Good views from most seats on the boat. Friendly staff. PS: even if you go through the trouble of buying an e-ticket, you still have to have it scanned and exchanged for a paper one at the ticket office!

Admin was easy, trip was pleasant and relaxed. The trip commentary was too quiet, could not make out what was being said.

It was new years eve. The cruise driver was friendly and the river was so clean and beautiful. The lights made the river beautiful and pleasant to look at. Hope to come back again. Happy new year!

Very easy process to book the tickets and then being able to view the tickets without having WiFi was so convenient. Thank you for a wonderful experience for us to take back to Australia 😊

We have probably taken this river cruise ten times in the past five years. It never disappoints. It's so easy to use Headout to get a voucher and grab a ticket.

Ticket was easy and simple, location was easy to find and the trip was relaxing and informative - if there was a comment I was to make would be the volume of the tour operator was too low when sitting outside so i could not hear what was being said.

Great experience with helpful commentary. I was on the tour on my own and one of the guides offered to take photos of me against the scenery and also provided extra information on what we could see. He also recommended I go to Orchard Road to see the Christmas lights (3km of them), which I did after the tour and I'm glad as it was stunning. Would recommend the river cruise to friends

The ticketing counter lady was rather rude. I was unsure where the QR code was and she was unhappy and unfriendly which caused some unpleasantness. I found the QR code then in the tickets as a PDF which I didn't know. She shook her head the entire time saying why would she be lying and was completely nonchalant. It wasn't awful but not the service excellence Singapore is. The lady ushering us onto the boats was amazing! Major points for her.

Higly recommend. You can see all most iconic Singapore's landmarks from a different angle. Staff is very friendly and helpful offering to take pictures of you and your family

The river cruise was easy to access from the Clark Quay MRT, even though we had just arrived in Singapore. Ticket counter was easy to access and the line went fast. This is a great way to get a lay of the land and history of Singapore when you first arrive. We went near twilight and the lights on all of the buildings matched with the sunset was spectacular. I would 10/10 recommend it to all travellers.

It was a great tour with lots of history. Our only complaint was the tour guide talked over the history video so we missed alot of the details of the history.

I was sitting at the back of the boat, couldn't hear the commentary at all, plus a few young people talking all the time. People should be told not to talk or ear phones should be provided. no one on back of boat could hear, which wad a shame. Wouldn't recommend unless u sat inside.

Staff kindly let my 88 year old parents onto the boat first. We were worried the light rain would make it hard for them to board or they would not get a seat under cover. Mum & Dad loved the relaxed ride with informative commentary. Thank you! Greg Young, Sydney Australia

Amazing experience seeing Marina Bay lit up at night! We also went on the night of the F1 which felt like we were right there since the boat went under the bridge of the F1 track!! Great experience, would love to do it again the next time I return to Singapore!
