I really enjoyed it because I got to see effortlessly and indeed breezily all the most beautiful things in London. The only thing that didn't always work was the correspondence between the audio guide and the monument or place to see. Otherwise super recommended.

Its no bad, bit expensive. The same routes can be made on a 1 day travel card on a normal bus albeit they ar not open top.

The audio guide on the Green Route was spoken by AI. All the English names were so incomprehensible and ridiculous. Very embarrassing!
The Blue Route on 18-20.8.25 was different than on the app. Stations were omitted and no precise, binding information was given. When we asked a Tootbus employee, he said: They know the problem and are working on it. Thank you, but this information would be important so that you don't wait in vain for half an hour at a station that wasn't even called at!

Liked it but the waiting between yellow line and blue line needs to be improved . the staff on the ground should know and communicate the waiting times, not say the bus arrives every 15-20 minutes and then actually arrives after 45 as happened

We were greeted and directed immediately once we got to the bus stop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to use service. Clean buses and never had to wait long when getting back on after stops.

It would have liked to have been told where to catch the bus from as we missed the first one then it would be good if there was a timetable at each bus stop to show how far apart the buses are

We took the bus tour as a way of visiting London with friends visiting from Slovakia We liked the choice of routes but were disappointed that the bus did not go close to Buckingham palace . We especially likedthe river cruise with its commentary . It was a very busy day with very heavy traffic at times which made progress along the routes.very slow. Overall it was a good way to see the main sites of London but due to the time we had to get off the bus at paddington so could not complete the blue route.

The boat trip on the Thames was great. Especially the tour guide. He spoke very clearly so that I understood everything well even with my English. We only did the yellow route on the city tour. The information underneath was not that good. But overall the tour was recommended

We wanted to get on the green route at King's Cross and would have had to wait over 45 minutes. We then took the underground to Westminster and got on the bus there. The yellow route was great! Also the tour guide over the headphones! Very good! The blue route was very difficult to get through the traffic. I thought the price for the one-day ticket was too expensive. Especially as I bought it for a total of 4 people.

We had a fantastic time with the Tootbus hop-on hop-off and Thames cruise combo! The boat ride was absolutely stunning — a true highlight of our London trip, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the app wasn’t updated, so the bus didn’t stop where we expected at times, which was a bit confusing. Still, overall a great experience and highly recommended for first-time visitors!

Plenty of stops and helpful roadside staff on the yellow line were a godsend
On a wet Saturday in London there were many problems on the roads and the drivers were terrible. Stair hatches not closed and leaking downstairs windows and doors made it miserable.
Drivers were not engaging, drove with both excessive speed and heavy braking, and too much horn.
One driver on blue route between Harrods and Marble Arch had his head covered by his hoodie the whole time, did not wait for people to sit down before moving and said nothing. He should not be doing this job!

Good circuits, pleasant customer service.
Having some upstairs option undercover a good idea.
Having a pick up outside the station very helpful.
On the bad side:
Low quality ear buds, some brand new ones not working.
Some sound outlets also not working, meaning that you have to change seats to get a working outlet.
This email is incorrect as we did NOT book a river cruise as time did not permit.
