At Shawaram restaurant the sandwich made me sick and vomited after 1 hrs at my hotel. As.a result had to cancel my rest of activities with a cost for me spending in the room mybtime. Pls need attention the quality of food. Other than that rides were Great and personal very nice

I've been here many years back and it was an amazing experience so I wanted to come back again. Although this time I still enjoyed a handful of rides most rides just remained the same and there was nothing really new, I was expecting some minor changes to be done to the place or rides adding a couple of new things to enhance the experience of people returning so although I was very satisfied I just felt a little disappointed as well

IMG is clearly overrated - it is a small park with limited rides and was more focused on selling merchandise than offering real family entertainment. Not worth the money nor the time spent on it!

Le Fast track a été très utile pour éviter les longues files d'attente. A part ça, les attractions 3D sont de très mauvaise qualité. Il n'y a que velociraptor et predator qui valent le coup.

Tickets and Fast Pass worked flawlessly. You can use the etickets directly at the entrance gate and then redeem the Fast Pass at the Guest Services area inside entrance gate. We went on a weekday right when the park opened, so the Fast Pass really was not necessarily for the first couple of hours until queues starting forming for the more popular rides. Fun rides for kids and adults of all ages. Roller coasters were thrilling and top notch.

Ease of use. There should be an option to download the tickets in a pdf as well, in case my phone dies. At least another device can have them as a back up (without having the application installed again)

With the fast track tickets we skipped all the queues and managed to do every ride multiple times. Decent pizza too at the Italian restaurant. Overall a great day out for my son and I.

The tour and the sort of the game and multi-type of games were so great, the employees so friendly and polite, visitor organization was very wonderful, on another hand the products need to reprice and improve the quality, need more games and islands, the employees need to be more professional with the product pieces of information.

As far as Headout goes, this was 10/10. No problems whatsoever and we were happy with the price we paid. As for IMG, well, it came close but just didn't cut it with the likes of Disney or Universal. We were told on entrance that one ride (possibly the biggest rollercoaster in the park) was not running. During our stay, 2 rides "experienced technical difficulties" while we were on them, and we were refused entry to another for the same reason. Food was actually quite good and the prices were about what you'd expect at such a venue. Still a good day out but not the thrill we hoped for.

It is a great Park. I just thought that the indoors are much dark, specially the dino zone, and I don't think it is necessary. It is a beautiful place to be that dark, which makes moving around difficult.

Good experience and fast track was worth it. The Predator and Velociraptor coasters were great

It was a great exp. we bought fasttrack but Sunday is a lean day it seems. No queue at all whole day.
