I absolutely understand the amount of people that want to visit the Vatican and the difficulty on controlling the number of visitors as the time inside the venue could last from 1h to the whole day. However, the Sistine Chapen experience could be booked in slots or organised differently so everyone can enjoy it. At the same time it would be great to extend the "No Photos" to the whole venue as it was complicated to enjoy admiring something without someone rushing us so they could take some pictures or directly pushing you out. On the other hand, the venue is as impressive and beautiful as I remembered it.

The painted dome perspective is something I'll never forget Paulina was personable and get on track. A memorable experience.

The truth is that since we had already bought these tickets we had to go to a different line and actually at the appointed time we were able to enter perfectly.

We had a reservation for getting in at 9. Although the 9 am group was quite big, once the slot opened, we were in pretty quickly. I don't think going in with a guide is necessary then. Inside, the only drawback is that it's a bit like Ikea, there is one way forward and if you take the short route to the Sistine chapel, you need to start all over again to see the "skipped " routes. So, unless it's your second time there, don't do that. We were impatient and decided to get to the chapel quickly .. Lots of big groups are in, so moving around can be annoying. However, was totally worth it!

We booked the "hosted entry". At the meeting point, our tickets were printed and handed to us. Then we have been sent to the line/queue which already waits for entry. That's not the procedure, I understand by "hosted entry". There is no added value compared to a inexpensive normal ticket without "hosted entry".

The exhibition a true wonder of art and culture. If I have to be honest I would quota the entrances more because there is often too much of a crowd that doesn't let you enjoy these wonderful wonders.

though we were a few minutes late to check in, the desk lady was very helpful in getting our final entry pass and pointing us to where we needed to go. It took us a whle to find 97 Viale Vatican so we were sweating bullets to get there close to appt time

I'm so glad I got the tickets in advance. The lines everywhere were tremendous . The museum as fabulous. Going through it was very organized. Only one bad stickler, too many pushy tour guides. They were horrible.

We queued in the same way, it was as crowded as ever. I suggest buying at the earliest times for a less "popular" experience where you can't stop to read and admire the works of art. You have to follow the flow of the public and the air conditioning fails due to so many people in the same place.

The sales system was clear and helpful. The point where you pick up the tickets was very close to the museum so that favors quite the opposite to the point of delivery of the tickets to the Pantheon.

Was a good tour. The skip the line ticket experience was good and saved time. The guide at the tour office was really helpful with suggestions for other places to visit.

There is a lack of more rationalization in the management of the public. In the Sistine Chapel you can't be crammed in like a hold you should create closed shifts to allow a better visit to such an important work. You cannot only have numbers but also quality.

I was able to avoid the long lines at the entrance and make full use of the time devoted to visiting the Vatican Museums and especially the Sistine Chapel

When I bought it, I thought I'd have a guide, but that's not what happened. That's why I don't give it top marks, but the fact that I didn't have to queue was great.

Visiting the Vatican Museums was great. They changed our tickets without waiting and then we didn't wait at all. Thank you for a perfect experience!

Reception limited to a paper document to be scanned at the entrance to the queue holder. No detailed explanation, but we appreciated not having to queue, which is why tickets were reserved and paid for in advance. Far too many people, so friendliness is limited.

Being able to get in quickly and go round the museum without a guide. Those groups with guides seem to take an incredibly long time and it was very crowded.

The museum is amazing with a vast collection. A highlight besides the Sistine Chapel was the gallery that contaned the maps of Italy. We had a 16:00 tour, and seemed to have been a admitted with a large number of tour groups, so many areas were extemely crowded. Yet, the beauty of the galleries and collection were clearly evident. The Sistine Chapel was beautiful and magnificent, yet it was jammed with people and the museum staff was just herding people through. We were fortunate to find seats on the benches so we could listen to our audio guides without being sheparded through the chapel. One last note, is that as we prepared to exit it was very difficult to find a bathroom as the signage was poor and limited.

The queue moved very quickly once access was granted. The staff were very kind and helped with any questions. I recommend it!
