A very good afternoon Minus: the announcement at the beginning of the experience that we would have to take a cab to get to the second location when we were thinking of taking transport, this fact was not mentioned anywhere.

We had a great guide (Omar) with lots of energy. The instructions for the initial meeting point were unclear - we got one address initially and then another on the morning. I had to ring to check. The second one was incorrect. Another customer had missed her tour because if this and they did not offer her a refund or tack her onto another tour. A couple on our tour only just made it. There are no taxis to the meet place- it is an uphill walk - fine for us but could be challenging for some. The double excursion on one day was pretty tiring, perhaps consider doing one a day if you have time. Both destinations are great and should not be missed.

What we liked most was the Sagrada Familia - words do not do it justice. However, we actually missed out meeting time - there was construction going on at the spot. Another tour guide from another company told us we had the right spot but wrong time. However we did come upon a city tour guide named Eduardo who said if some of his group didn't show up we could join him. That is what happened, so lucky for us we were part of a private tour. We were glad we to a cab to Guidi Park as the map didn't shop the hill and how complicated the route actually is. Our guide was great- I forgot her name.

The Adria guide to park Guell was very vague very little information and displayed without passion. Better an audio guide of the electronic ones or the google information. Pretty much the same thing for sagrada familia, the guide there was a little less vague provided more information. I find it asaurd though that they do toyr with double language at the same time with the same operator--half the time is lost. I had booked a guide with only one language so I feel taken for a ride

I make my book in reservation for 1:00 p.m. and when I arrive they say that I might reservation should start at 10:00 a.m. I call and I have a automatic robot then I can help me they transfer me to associate who and I can help me then the trust me first meet with another person who told me that I I'll give you a call back and 5 to 10 minutes I need to check this with my manager what happened to your reservation because it's something wrong with it I was waiting for 3 hours there they never called me back. They denied my entrance so I just waste $210. I got a email yesterday Tell me that I'm sorry to reach you this late we still working on your issue to try to resolve what's wrong with the reservation and respond the same I'm responding to you and they still not doing anything so for me he was horrible I spent $550 to stop on Barcelona to see sagra familia on my way to Madrid because I was leaving the day early tomorrow I can stay another . And until this day nobody contact me or fix this issue. 😥

The meeting point was clearly described and easy to find. Our tour guide (Olga) was already waiting on site and could not be overlooked. She was very friendly and easy to understand during the tour. We started at the Sagrada Familia and I was impressed by the tour and the details of the church. Olga was also very enthusiastic and you could tell immediately. I would have liked to have had a bit more time there, but we had to take a cab to Park Guell relatively soon. Personally, I would probably do the tour the other way round next time, but I was still really happy. Everything was very easy thanks to a motivated and well-informed tour guide. Olga showed us the most beautiful places (also for photos). I would love to do more tours with Olga. Thank you @Olga. 5 stars for you!

We did the Park Guell tour at 4:00pm on January 17 with a delightful woman tour guide. She was smart, knowledgable. Clearly interested in her subject matter, and funny! We loved this tour and the park is gorgeous. We did the Sagrada Familia tour at about 12:45 on January 17. The Church is gorgeous, the tour wasn't as interesting or fun. But the woman who lead the Park Guell tour was wonderful!

We arrived on time at the first stop, as indicated on the ticket sent to us by Headout. Unfortunately, there was no guide present. We contacted the call center but did not receive a callback as promised. We called again and the Barcelona tour operator sent us messages on WhatsApp, informing us that we were in the wrong location. The issue was that, although the ticket indicated a meeting point, the actual one was different (it had not been updated by Headout). As a result, we missed the visit to Park Güell (the tickets were sold out, so we couldn’t join the group). We waited in the cold for an hour… Eventually, we were taken by bus to the Sagrada Familia by our guide, who was incredibly kind and gave us an outstanding tour. In the end, we requested a refund for half of the tour, which was promptly provided with excellent customer support. It’s really a shame about this inconvenience… Make sure to double-check the information given to you, as this also happened to other members of our tour!

We missed the the sagrada familia guided tour and it was the same experience with some other people who had booked tickets through Headpit and Julia travels. Julia's travels was not even wiling to help and the Headpit is in us which is not available during eu time zone so it was a mess.

I rented a trip for Sagrada familia + tour and park guell with tour...Sagrada in the morning... I called for information two hour before the start, scheduled on 11 am, they told me that werechanges and 1) Sagrada familia Will not be seen cause they had not tickets or guide for 2) the tour Will be only for park guell, rescheduled in morning. Nobody call us or write us for information about or tell the changes but the tour operator told us that was emailing tò your app some days before... .. I called the helpesk immediatly, i Am still waiting for refound, i have tò wait 24 /48 hours, but at the moment, there Is not an e-mail that confirm the total refound...only few words by phone by your office, only email say: we Will take care of the problem etc... The Sagrada is a must for all visitors to Barcelona. The 2nd part of the tour, Park Güell, is just as fascinating. It all started a bit chaotically as we mixed up part 1 with part 2 of the tour. But it was our mistake. However, Headout helped us out of the "fix" and offered us a prompt replacement date for the missed part. The guides were also very professional and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience despite the confusion at the beginning.

I am very unhappy with Julia travel yesterday I called 5 minutes before the entrance time I contacted the agency and they told me that I could arrive and they said yes, I arrived I had to pay cab to get there and 5 minutes after arriving they tell me in the park Guell that the park can not enter because of bad weather, so not to request a refund we asked for a change of date for today December 10 at 10am, however we did not count that our hotel was far away in Vilassar del Mar and at 8:30 am today we called to ask if we reached to arrive and the agency replied that no and that we could not cancel because of the time, it seems to me the last straw considering that we had no problem in changing our date due to time problems in the park and have told us at the same time to enter, but conveniently for Julia Travel are not able to make us the refund taking into account eue we called more than an hour in advance. I do not recommend this agency at all.

The assigned guide Omar, who covered two groups, one in English and the other in Spanish, gave priority to the first one in time and information to the detriment of the second one who speaks our language. On several occasions we commented this to him and he ignored it. We do not think it is correct or adequate that after the tour in the Güell Park we are left so far away, in an unknown city with almost the only option of taking a cab. Just as they put us on a bus, they should at least provide us with transportation to a central location. It's all about attention to the tourist.

Good Afternoon Headout, While I understand the guide was "there" and "on time", below was INCORRECT information I received from YOUR company, which is the company I was trusting, booked through and gave my money to! The maps and meeting point aren't even the same as the ones provided by City Wonder. You had me go to "Carrer de La Marina, near the lake in the Plaza de Gaudi Park, under the big lights which sounds ridiculous, when I was actually supposed to meet then in front of Picasso Bar! The meet up points are not even close. Additonally, the tour locations were placed in the WRONG ORDER which is why I was in the WRONG LOCATION!!! YOUR information stated to meet in La Sagrada Familia and later Parc Guell NOT the other way around!! You had me lost which WASTED MY HOLIDAY TIME!!! I was only in Spain for (3) days and I had to pay a rebooking fee for this inconvenience, so that I could complete my tour like if it was my fault - FOR YOUR MISTAKE. I have attached the CORRECT Itinerary, locations, meet up points and maps from City Wonder which I over looked and ignore trusting that your information was the correct one since I booked through you. I would like a refund for my experience. I have also spoken to City Wonder and they stated this happens all the time with your company! Moving forward I will never book through you nor recommend you. This was a horrible experience that I will voice on all platforms if I don't get a fair resolution. I expect to hear from someone soon. Sincerely,

It wasn't entrely clear how long the respective parts were though and some alternative suggestions (walking/nearest metro/bus) on how to get between the 2 venues would have been good for those who had paid for public transport and didn't want to have to use taxis. The guide, Marc. What I didn't like was that there was no transportation provided between the Sagrada and Park Guell. It rained hard and incessantly that day and it was hard to find a cab and it appeared in the staff was in different to how I was going to arrive at Park Güell. It was hard to enjoy one's self standing in the pouring rain in the park. Also, I remember signing up for the tower tour of the Sagrada, which I did not get.

You can visit these wonderful places on your own - but going on a tour, you get so much more out of it! Our tour guide, Alexia, knew so much about Gaudí, Sagrada Familia, and Park Güell. These historical facts and tidbits of information no one else knows made the experience so much richer! The only thing I'd suggest is that they offer transportation between both places. But if you package this two think about ppl who need to eat inbetween, if you take two it's almost a whole day without eating, it's impossible to get a decent meal if you need to take a taxi from basilica to the park, you have enough time to come, but not enough to do both, so please - shorter break (then you'll manage both tours) or longer pause (then you'll manage the whole day of going around). Gina was fun (but she doesn't need to say "guys" in every meaning 😝).

Purchased sagrada familia and park güell combo tickets and it was very poorly organized. It was a very thorough informative tour of Sagrada familia. Tour guide was amazing. However, the description on the website did not explain accurately how the combined ticket was timed. I understood the total duration was 4 hours for both sagrada familia and park güell. The Sagrada familia tour started at one pm and ended at 3pm and the park güell portion never said what time it started. The tour guide didn't know anything about our park Güell tour. Like they were really 2 totally selerate tickets? I had a paella class scheduled at 5 pm across town in the rambles - so I never was able to make it to park Güell. Recommend flipping the order to do park Güell first since it's further out also recommend abbreviating the Sagrada family tour to one hour and park Güell another hour. Barcelona is so full of amazing things to see and do. If your in town for one day - you want to see as much as possible.

Uriel was a great guide. They went above and beyond for me. We were late to the second attraction because we thought we had enough time for lunch. We got there 15min after they had gone in. I called the phone number on my ticket and they were able to send me a copy of the group ticket via whatsapp and we were able to go into Park Güell. Uriel recognized us and waved so we could find him. If they wouldnt had helped us, we wouldn't had gone in because they were completely sold out. OUTSTANDING service, highly recommended.

Nos trasladamos en taxi pues fue más cómodo para llegar al punto de encuentro También nos encanto la experiencia. Fue una gran idea hacer ambos tour el mismo día. !! Recomendamos este tour. Gracias.

I loved my tour guide Violeta. She was great and the tour was well worth the money. I really learned a lot about Gaudi and this tour was by far the highlight of my trip to Barcelona. Unfortunately, Headout did not tell me an exact meeting point for the tour, only a zip code. I emailed them about this and they said they would get back to me within 24 hours but did not. Instead, I had to call a service representative a few hours before the tour. They did resolve this issue though and I did find the exact meeting point of my tour. Because they did end up resolving the issue in the end and the tour was excellent I felt that a "good" rating was appropriate.

Our guide was great and told us great stories about both sites. However, there was a bit of a misunderstanding as the ticket said 11-2:30 pm, which all visitors assumed was the duration of the whole guide. It turned out that this is not the case, so we had to do a bit of rearrangement if our plans. In the future you could do a better coordination between the guides and the online system. Otherwise, everything was great and we'll be back for sure!
