Park Güell Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

Our Guide, Olga, had an incredible knowledge of Park Guell, and of Gaudì in general! She was very informative and engaging. The tour was well-paced and (despite the unlucky rainy weather!) it was very enjoyable. Thank you!

I booked the guided tour because I couldn't find the entrance only tickets, and I was delighted I did it. The communication with the team was quick, the guide was excellent and pointed out features I wouldn't gavs spotted on my own.

Really loved the experience! Unfortunately we couldn't make it to our pre-booked time slot hence we were worried. But we were very lucky to have another tour guide called Alex M, waiting at the entrance around the time that we reached who allowed us to join the next slot. He was extremely kind and helpful, he understood out situation and let us join his next tour. He also explained the historical aspects of the place very well and was very knowledgeable. We had to leave early due to our bus and he told us the important points to be seen before leaving so that we didn't miss out on them. He made the sightseeing experience very pleasant for us!

The tour was great and we enjoyed our guide, Olga. The tour started and finished on time. The audio equipment was top notch and everyone was very professional. We certainly recommend Headout tours.

Mark, our guide, was very good. The place is very quirky. However, it wasn't an audio gide. We only had Mark who was very informative anyway. Fortunately we could hear him.

It was nice to see the park. The tour guide had something interesting to say at the beginning, but not long after that the statements became repetitive. Would have liked a better guide with more information about the park.

We got lost. We used Google Maps. When we contacted assistance several times, they kept telling us to look at the text message we had received... Disappointed with the "non-help" we received.

I think the tour guide was awesome. I had a knowledgeable tour guide who added value to my experience. Parco Guell like other Gaudi tours is better appreciated with a proper understanding of the historic and social context of Barcelona as well ad Guadi's own architectural philosophy.

EXCELLENT! Park Güell is the most beautiful thing there is. A must see in Barcelona, it is beautiful. Our guide, Stephen, was respectful, friendly and very informative. We had to buy the ticket again for the 18th, because we had the same ones with guided tour for the 16th at 4.05pm. We arrived at 16.15 h to the meeting point, because we could not find it and the guide informed us that we had already lost it. It would have been nice if they had given us a complimentary discount for the second purchase. But the GUIDE STEPHEN IS EXCELLENT.

Raul the guide explained everything very well and in a very pleasant way. He cared about all the participants and with a smile that is always appreciated. A 10 :)

I especially liked the history of the creation of the park and its symbolism. I was also struck by the park's preservation and care. It's a cultural heritage that we're very happy to know about. Hugs to all the staff.

The guide was perfect and the park exceptional! We were amased by the colors and the parrots were the cutest things ever!

The visit was great. The Spanish-speaking guide gave the whole group a good understanding of the park's history. He did it with love and passion.

I liked EVERYTHING Trying to put more characters makes the customer get BORED and does not answer any survey, because in reality the benefit of the survey never goes to the customer.

We booked this experience because there was no more room available for Park Güell, but in the end it was much better with Iziard's explanations. I recommend this experience to understand the origin and creation of the park.
