Overall it was a brilliant experience, easy to get into both parks. As this time I was travelling with my 15 year old, challenged myself and went on crazy rides like the Indiana Jones, terror tower and thunder mountain. Great rides, loved the new marvel rides! Beautifuls shows, especially end of the day. Everythingnis clean, enouhg places to eat, go to toilet etc... Unfortunately BuZz Lightyear was closed. But more unfortunately manu atractions for smaller kids at discovery land were closed. So not much to do if you are waiting for othwrs who are taking the more extreme rides. But overall we had a great stay with our family and will come back!!

Buying Tickets in advance was a good idea. All two parks were very impressive. People are very friendly and make kids feel welcome and important, About rides I can't say very much as the waiting times were very long even trying to book the fast lane would have taken longer than the regular waiting times. Parking in Indigo Parkhouse was a good choice to a reasonable price .

It was a great experience for the whole family. 2 days is the minimum, 3 or 4 days would be better to experience all the attractions. It is definitely worth considering booking Fast Passes if you want to experience a lot and save time.

The thing that made Disneyland unforgettable was the amazing Winnie the Pooh, the Peter Pan ride and the pirate of the Caribbean ride. However on the last day my husband daughter really wanted to ride the crush coaster and they waited 2 hours in line for the ride but unfortunately there were electrical problems and they were forced to get out of line,. It would've been appreciated if they had received a complementary ticket to return on the ride. My daughter was a little disappointed to say the least as she never got to go on the ride that she was most excited about but overall an amazing experience was had by us all. Kind regards, Juliana.

The visit was satisfactory but there is much more emphasis on stores and selling things than there is on allowing people to see Disney characters alive. The Saturday night fireworks were impressive but they would have bee as impressive at 9:00 pm. Waiting until 10pm was excessive, especially for children under 13-14 years old. The 5:30 parade on the Sunday was entertaining, but it was too short and difficult to see from certain viewing spots. The amount of walking from and to the parking is excessive. The amount of walking from one park to the other is excessive. The amount of walking within parks, especially given the number of closed attractions, is excessive. Given my experience at Disney Orlando, it is worth the plane ticket to go to Orlando. Finally, given the description I have read for the Disney California site, I will likely soebd my Disney dollars on that California site in at least 4 years from now, if I am still alive.

Tickets work fine and it was a lot of fun. Just a pity that at many attractions you often have to wait longer than an hour , sometimes 1 1/2 hours. This is not easy for small children. The prices are also absurdly high here. We had bought tickets for 2 parks, but because it was so busy we did not get to the studios unfortunately. A waste of money.

There were no problems at all with the tickets. We drove almost nothing. The surrounding area was so beautiful and relaxing. The many stores were so overwhelming, we were just amazed. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We thought it was great that there were clean toilets every 100 meters or so, free drinking fountains and all the staff spoke English. Really very successful days.

The experience was appalling. Overcrowded. So much that we literally got to experience 4 rides across 2 parks in 2 days. Quite frankly you paid to queue. It was a complete rip off. In addition. The hotel was 15miles away from the parks. A concrete bunker in the middle of nowhere. I would discourage anyone to go. Oh and overpriced merchandise. 80 euros for a branded hoody that costs 1.50 to make. That's not a mark up it's theft.

Terrible experience with head out people. I tried to change the dates of my tickets. It was a 3 days ticket, 2 parks, 3 people. The cost is very high (850€+) It was not clear in the mobile app the day to choose and the effective day was the wrong one. I tried to change but headout personnel refused to change it. I find unethical that with such a high cost of tickets you don't offer the possibility of a change. There was no material cost sustained by the facility. Taking this.much money this way with no service provided in the meantime is simply greedy. You lost 3 valuable clients for ever

I was expecting to use the ultimate pass for most attractions and apparently some attractions were only for skip the line the majority was regular line. So I expend extra money to be in the line still. Not good at all all rides and attractions should be with fast pass alternatives not just a few. I felt rob becsuse rhe rides that most kids would love won't have skip the line. I didn't retuned the second day of the disappointment. In Disney USA all rides and attractions have skip the line. They are not selective

Big rides and shows on franch with no subtitles. I get it where in france but big themepark with alot of visitores from outside of the country should have better language support. Also better information regarding toalettes or places to eat. Signes to guide ppl would be nice. Other then that. The park was great we loved it so much.

Great park and awsome scenery but the waiting lines for the attraction is a joke! 50-80 minutes waiting time for going on one ride is ridiculous! Something should be done to fix this! Yes you can buy premium pass but for me and my family that would be an extra expense around 550 euros on top of the entrance fee already on 600 euros. For 2 days! Way too much money for a normal income household too spend. Never coming back again and that's too bad!

I liked the service, the facilities, the cleanliness but the overcrowding is unbearable. I have seen children exhausted in the waiting lines of more than 50 minutes (the estimated time is certainly not correct), exhausted by the wait and the heat and inaction, boxed between bars without being able to move. You pay a very important entrance fee to be able to enjoy EVERYONE equally. And I think it's a shame about the premier passes. Decimononic to say the least. The prices are as exaggerated as the waiting lines. Some attractions are easily damaged which further increases the waits. The buses that transport visitors to the hotels are also overcrowded. I am sorry to mention what I did not like, but even the question is tricky: to improve, you must also ask what you did not like. The staff, very friendly and competent, the cleanliness was excellent. The night show was impressive.

I mistakenly purchased 2 tickets ,in my name,one for me and one for my wife,and in the regulations I was alarmed by the (unclear!)wording that the tickets must be named to be valid,I had made the 2 tickets with my first and last name,so I tried to have the name of one of the tickets changed but to no avail and so I decided to have the tickets refunded and repurchase them from the official website,but via chat they reply that due to company policies a refund is not possible...strangely in the regulations there is provision for a refund!So HEADOUT creates so much confusion.I put a 2 because at least the tickets were validated ...but after several attempts from my cell phone due to the poor readability of the QR,while again from my cell phone having purchased other tickets for my children,from the official Disneyland site the QR did not give me any problem!I conclude by saying that better to buy from the official site and not to turn as I did,by mistake,to HEADOUT.

There was a mistake when I bought 3 tickets for 2 days, and instead of changing the tickets of one day for the other, I had to buy 3 tickets paying the full value, in principle the workers when they go or finish their shift and you see them, if you are an adult or stop but the kids obviate them in the same way.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht über den Park. Für das was er bietet viel zu teuer. 2 Tage für 3 Pers. 600.-. Zu viele Leute, zu langes anstehen, Restaurants überfüllt oder nur mit Reservation allgemein die Preise sehr hoch für dass das der Eintritt schon genug kostet. Keine einzige Disney Figur gesehen einfach nur enttäuschend. Die zwei Tage waren für nichts ausser dem Geldbeutel. Wäre ich mit der ganzen Familie gekommen wäre schon nur der Eintritt 1000.- nein da mache ich lieber Ferien mit den Kids oder gehe lieber in den Europappark der hat viel mehr zu bieten. Das war bestimmt mein letzter esch.

What made our experience unforgettable were the attractions, our favorite being "Pirates of the Caribbean", which was just magical and magnificent! The general atmosphere of the Disney park is unique: you become a child again, no matter how old you are, and everyone needs to experience this at least once in their lives.

I loved the parades and the food, i do however think dome items were to expensive based on the fact that just the entrance ticket is so expensive even though disneyland is a very succesful and rich company. It was also a bit sad that i barely saw any characters. Over all I would say it was a magical experience if it werent for those flaws.

The tickets were fine, we had them in printed version and on the phone. Queues in Disney were long and people unfriendly. Funniest attraction for the kids was Spiderman. Adults liked the roller coasters best. Food is disproportionately expensive. But despite that enjoyed it very much.

We have not had the slightest problem is the park offers so much..the only flaw they should have an extra eye towards campers put toilets with showers and possibility of electricity connection that to stop more day are indispensable and facilitate payment for more where it was necessary

Durante 4 ocasiones, en cuatro atracciones, después de la cantidad de tiempo que haces de cola, hubo alguna incidencia,en la,atracción que hizo que las colas no avanzaran durante 20 minutos más, teniendo que abandonar en dos ocasiones la cola pir no porder más tiempo. We asked the check out desk to print out our tickets as we had 2 kids and 2 disabled adults that didn't have smartphones so thought this would be easier. On the 2nd day, we lost 2 of the paper tickets and could not use our barcodes from head out. Customer services would not issue us with replacement tickets despite having proof of ID that the tickets were ours, and instead offered us a SMALL discount if we repurchased, in which we didn't as we had already spent £220 in which we used for 3hrs on the first day and then could not gain entry for the rest of the trip.

We lost 1h30 of our time for just one piece of luggage. We received incorrect information, which wasted our time at the parks. Monstrous prices just to get our luggage from reception to our room (35€)... Quite expensive restaurants to eat most of the food, either cold or not homemade. Disney's only good once a year!

In the description of this offer on your website, we read that these are "coupe-file" tickets. This description is really confusing. They are "queue-cutters" for the park entrance and not for the indoor attractions... Fortunately, we were in the low season and were able to take advantage of the short queues. Otherwise, the QR codes worked well, nothing to say about that. Thank you very much.
