The process was easy and the service fee was reasonable. The only issue was that the host was not in the spot promised to deliver the ticket so I had to call.

Great service. Great customer service. It was a little hectic understanding where to get the tickets and we felt it was cutting it close to show time by the time the person came to deliver our tickets. But overall it was a positive experience. Would use the service again.

Followed directions as sent in email, there were more than one agent in the same area. Finally found the one with my tickets, though until then I was a little unsettled.
