Seine River 1-Hour Sightseeing Cruise from the Eiffel Tower

Very well organized.. even though the lineup was big, it went by really fast. Staff was well versed in English, so language wasn't a problem either. The cruise was clean and felt safe. Would definitely go again.

Wonderful relax boat ride on the river seine. It was such a cold day in Paris, but it was heated inside the cabins. The seats are comfortable and you can see Paris from a different perspective. Definitely recommended as a family activity. You can also go on the upper deck of a better view but sitting inside is just as good. Boarding is every 30 mins starting on the hour.

Well organised river cruise. Lovely clean boat, informative, knowledgeable guide. Good views of Paris. Added the macron option. Lovely touch for a good price. My party of 9 all enjoyed it. Was a little stressed the tickets didn't come through until early on the day of the cruise. But customer service emailed promptly back to any questions.

The cruise was really nice but it felt like way too many people were packed onto the boat, the roof very quickly filled up and there were no seats left when we went up and it was totally just based on where you happened to be in the line. They only opened the outside seating downstairs after we left the dock

The experience is worthwhile, a great opportunity to see the most important parts of the city if you don't have much time or want to see a different perspective. The audio guide is great, the only problem is that there are quite a lot of people and it's difficult to get a spot.

The cruise on the Seine was magical: lights reflected on the water, the Eiffel Tower shining, soft music, wine, laughter and a vibe that simply makes you fall in love with Paris. An experience that I keep in my heart and would recommend a thousand times.

It was nice to see Paris from the water and great that the tickets are flexible for all day but the baot was overcrowded and the audio guide did not work. There was no staff avilable to ask about the audio guide.

The cruise was awesome! Such a great way to experience the city from an angle you wouldn't normally be able to see it from. Also the macaroons were a great addition and rlly easy to redeem! 10/10 would recommend!

This was our first time to Paris and a trip on the Seine was the perfect way to start because it gave us an overview of all the places we wanted to go. It was cold but we sat at the top so we didn't miss a thing!

They are very punctual with departure times and provide commentary in French, English, and Spanish, which is really nice. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

We went when it was dark out. After a long exciting day of exploring Paris, we got to sit, relax and enjoy the views. I would definitely recommend!

It was a beautiful cruise and perfect to end the night because it was warm inside. The French music played throughout the cruise was also lovely.

It was a very nice experience because from the boat you could see the Eiffel Tower perfectly, as well as other important buildings and monuments of the city. It was very comfortable to be on both sides of the boat, both inside and outside, since from the outside you could see the whole city beautifully, and if it was too cold we could get in for a while. I imagine that in more touristy months the boat gets completely full, but at this time of year there were not so many people and we were able to enjoy the whole experience!

I bookef 8 tickets as we wanted to go evening cruise. When I got the tickets it had the time stamped 10:30 am on it. We went to the port and joined the massive long queue, which to be fair moved quicker than expected. But half the group wanted to leave when they saw it. Felt like cattle being herded on boat. But once boarded, it was fine and we saw the sights. Think it would be better if you could book an actual time slot. Would not recommend the tour for this reason.

It was such a great way to see all the stunning sights in Paris! While our boat was quite busy there was still lots of room to feel comfortable and move around to different parts of the boat to take in all the sights from all the angles. Such an easy and fun activity that you definately need to add to your list for your next trip to Paris!

The tour along the Seine is great. You can see several emblematic places, with the information provided by the guide in different languages. The perspective from the river is wonderful and the arrival at the end allows you to see the Eiffel Tower in the foreground, being even better if you visit it at night because of the lighting.

this was a great way for me to see all of the main landmarks in Paris. Even though it was raining, it was still a very enjoyable experience, and the lower deck was very warm. I would definitely recommend this.

What I loved about the experience was knowing I was cruising on the same river that the Olympic athletes traveled on opening day. And seeing the Eiffel Tower by water What I didn't like was the guide did not speak very much. He didn't tell us very much of anything as we traveled. I also thought the guide would speak in English & he did not. We just kind of cruised along & looked at the buildings. I would have preferred a guide who talked the entire time & let us know everything we were passing

It exceeded our expectations. The images of the upper pavilion are spectacular, but we were with children and the comfort inside was very cozy. And there are also headphones that tell the story of each monument you see along the way. I would definitely do it again. There's also the super attentive staff who welcomed us with great friendliness, everyone is to be congratulated. I highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful night to enjoy a sightseeing cruise along the Seine River in Paris. The view from the boat was breathtaking, especially when passing by the Eiffel Tower. Many buildings were beautifully illuminated, creating a romantic and magical atmosphere. When the Eiffel Tower began to shine, it looked as if it had a special filter, glowing like a diamond in the night sky.

Such a beautiful way to see Paris! It allows for a whole new perspective of the city. I went during the morning, arriving 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, the staff were super helpful and we were some of the first ones to board the boat. Will do this tour everytime I visit Paris!

The cruise was great value for the price a bit overcrowded but worth the price great views of the sights along the river and my 10 year old daughter loved it as well. Just wish we was there longer and experienced the other offers but would recommend it to others

Without being too harsh, for €17 each person you cannot complain about the price. The excursion was just an average up and down the Sienne taking in a couple of interesting sites, Notre Dame was probably the highlight and obviously the Eiffel tower.

We sailed on the river during the evening, which gave us an unforgettable experience. The eiffel tower looked amazing with its lights, as well as the sculptures, buildings, surrounding the river Seba. It is a great start when entering the city of Paris!

The cruise was perfect way to see some amazing sights. The breakfast before hand was wonderful for setting the Parisian scene. The staff were incredibly helpful and we all enjoyed it so very much. It was a great way to start our week in Paris.

Excellent tour to get a first impression of Paris, from the Seine River. It was the first activity we did in the city, and it was very useful to give us a general overview, besides having a very pleasant time sailing this beautiful river, with excellent views and in a very comfortable boat. The audio guide was very useful, the guide on board also, but here the problem for me was that if you listened to the guide on board, you could not pay attention to the audio guide. That is a point to improve

Vireys - but really. Why you sell tickets over the boat cspacity!!! We wanted to wait for the next ferry, but the staff was really Cruel and forced us to the boat threatening us that if we won't go, we need to go to the end of the que and wait another 30min. So we ended up to the crowded ferry, without being able to find a Seat. Frankly, quit unbelievable behaviour from the staff...

Well organized boarding. Good audio guide, but with little information. Unfortunately, the order did not correspond to the journey. In addition to the audio guide, the crew also provided information about the sights. Clear instructions would also be better: for example: left side of the ship sees no. 4 of the audio guide, right side sees no. 8 of the audio guide

My husband and I enjoyed the bateaux tour very much. We learned quite a bit about the sites and history of Paris. Or guide was fluent in three languages and very knowledgeable. She was also interactive with the children and recognized the birthday of one of the tourists. Magnificent!

The entire journey on the Seine was great. From the moment we went inboard until we got off. The information supplied, the scenery the ride it was simply breathtakingly great. I will do it again. We flew easyjet from London Gatwick and it was worth every euro. Many thanks 😊.

The sites were as expected and the illumination of the Eiffel Tower was by far the highlight of the tour. Overall it was OK but the boat was extremely crowded. Maybe because it was the time of day (8pm) to allow for the Eiffel Tower illumination.

The views at night was breathtaking. The cruise boat had many seats for people who wanted to seat and had a spacious roof top as well if youd prefer that option. There were toilets and an audio guide along the way.

Museum d'orsay wonderful, I would have risked not going in without your reservation and very convenient , afterwards, to find the boarding for the trip on the Seine immediately

Tour itself was great experience and guide inside the cruise was very kind. However the team outside the cruise guiding the lines are not friendly and they are not paying attention on how to manage the lines instead they were busy chatting among themselves . The following is what happened and made our group experience bitter. The day we went it was very hot and very long line. We are group of 8 with 4 kids ranging from 17-3 years old. As one can understand we were standing in the line for more than 50 mins and it was a hot day. Kids obviously don't want to stand in the line so they were sitting in shade. By the time our time has come to enter the cruise, we couldn't locate our kids because they went for a rest room break and buying snack in th same complex. As it was very crowded in all directions and poor phone signal and that too we are from outside country so little we can do to locate them on time when we had to enter , all this time we were standing in the line except kids. To respect others time, we didn't hold the line rather asked the people behind us to move forward. The problem here is since the cruise guiding team was not paying attention or not present, the moment we found our kids we were trying to enter and the cruise team suddenly showed up and said we cannot cut the line and we have to start again by standing in the line for an hour(kidding me) then we had to explain and they were pushing us by touching us etc. we didn't want to give up coz we were genuinely standing in the line . After few back and forth conversation we were allowed but if they would have paid attention all this hassle could have been avoided. Simply they didn't do their job and made our exp bitter. Company should seriously look at these staffs and train them to do their job properlyy

The Seine River cruise was an amazing experience. It was easy to find, well organised, clean and had plenty of room - especially downstairs The tour took us to many different sites and has a website that points out each landmark when you cross it, making it even enjoyable. A negative however, was that we did the cruise at 18h and got back at 19h, to find that macaron shop was already closed, even though the cruise bookings are until 23h But the boat itself was a beautiful experience.

It was a good experience for us. You get a surprisingly better view of the city during this boat rise. My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We were lucky to reach on time and did not really have to wait in a very long queue get on to the boat. But right after our return the queue to board the cruise became insanely huge. So try to be there before 5 pm possibly.

Highly recommended, everything went well, as planned, the beautiful cruise to see corners of Paris from the river, easy location and the opera is a marvel, very crowded, it is better to go early because there are long lines, but the tickets very well.

Well worth the money, the lady giving you all the history knows a lot. You learn interesting facts about all the cool old buildings along the Seine. Such a great way to see some of the city. It's even a good activity to do in the rain.
