I have really enjoyed in whole atmosphere . The food was great staff really nice and polite. I would recommend to anyone to go for it. It was one nice relaxing Sunday afternoon.

They did rebook us when the Metro train broke down, so we were late. But then the Seine was too high so the boat could not sail! The food and service was great even though we did not go anywhere!

Food allergies made it hard to be accommodated. Server wasn't very willing to bring items needed such as butter and sugar.

We booked the wrong day and Felix made sure to accommodate us! The cruise was beautiful and food delicious. Would def book again if in town

This was a perfect package of great service, beautiful food and wine and of course wonderful views of one of the world's greatest cities. It was consummate professionalism from the ticketing experience - which was simple and easy - through our table service to our departure from the cruise.

My family and I really enjoyed the lunch on the cruise. The lunch was good and on the cruise along the river we can see some of the famous landmarks. It was comfortable and very good experience for my family. My kids find it memorable.

The welcome and the possibility of settling in as you arrived. The fact that it wasn't too crowded (so not too noisy and served quickly) The cruise (despite the rainy weather, which prevented us from taking full advantage of the cruise) The friendliness of the staff...

although we had a good time, one thing let the experience down, we chose this cruise as it advertised live music and we could not hear the music, i did report this to one of your staff members and our waiter but nothing was done about it.

Efficient boarding, wonderful food, a tad chilly on the air conditioning at the front of the boat but a blanket was given to keep toasty! The sites were amazing and the timing was superb with the started being served just before departure to perfectly fit in with a macaron just before disembarkment. An excellent trip overall.

The experience was a great luxury and we were super pleased with the complete experience from check-in to buying our pictures on the cruise. We thought it was a great way to see all Paris had to offer on our short stop through our European tour and it did not disappoint. The food was great, and so were the scenes that we were able to take in while aboard.
