It was a very nice show , the dancers were very talented and i enjoyed every second of the show , although an hour and 15 mins seemed like alot but it went by sooo quickly as if it was 30 mins seemed.. each show almost took 10-15 mins , and the closing was super amusing. Would come back again !

Here I want to write what I didn't like; I was told that the VIP location was on a first come, first served basis. We arrived 30 minutes early and they gave me pre-printed tickets with my location: A side box and in the 3rd row! I was hoping to be able to sit in the middle box.

Definitely the theater which is very nice. I thought the performance was acceptable but I am not a flamenco expert. The dancers were good but not always on time, the dancer never returned the audience's applause with the classic bow. Some seemed good performers to me, others a little less so, and probably the preparation was quick. For a quick immersion in the world of flamenco, I would say it went well.

I took VIP seats, we were in the 5th row. Great view of the whole show. The tap dancing was fantastic, bravo to the artists. The sets are fabulous, the theater magnificent. We'd definitely have to come back and see it, but I don't have the time.

Barcelona's Palau de la Música is a jewel of architecture and decoration. A must-see... And if, like us, you can attend a show, it's even better. We saw a high-quality Flamenco performance, the dancers (2 women and one man) were powerful and some of their costumes (several changes) dazzling. Bravo also to the musicians and singers. A beautiful evening that will remain one of the best memories of our vacation. L & V

Very dissppointed that the venue was changed from the grand concert hall with great architecture, and a place we wanted to see, to the Petite Palau lower level small concert hall! It was not possible to see a good part of the show from my seats. I understand that because the prices are different, there are experiences that are closer and others that are more different. But one thing is to see from a distance and another is not being able to see a good part of the show. It was a very sad experience because I was with my mother and she was very excited to see the show.

I searched dates and went to book on the Palu de la Musica website and was automatically directed to the Headout site which took me to a calendar with the date (but not the month) I searched for. Because I thought this was official and that the date I searched was loaded, I purchased. When I went to the venue at the time I thought I had booked, they said I had booked though a third party vendor and the show was not held there that night. I then realised that the ticket was for July not June and contacted Headout to see if I could get an exchange or refund. I was informed this was not possible... the show was still a month away! The automatic redirection and the numerical date coming up on the interface was confusing and I will go as far as to say slightly deceptive (clear information should be given that you are being redirected from the official site) . My daughter and I had saved and were looking forward to a night out on our last night in Barcelona - we travelled across the city to attend the show. I understand if tickets could not be resold with short notice, but I think Headout were grossly unfair not offereing a refund or credit. A small credit of $20/25 AUD was offered toward another activity which did not come close to covering the amount lost and the disappointment.

The location is not palau de la musica catalana as indicated in the ticket. Once I was at the venue I was told that I was scammed and the theatre was Teatre Poliorama. Arriving at the theatre Poliorama had to wait for verification as they had no notification in regards to my ticket. They did screenshots of my reservation and payment and let me in. Considering that I had to run from one location to the other and verify payment , I list the first 35 minutes of the show.

Loved the show itself, what we could see of it. Bought my tickets in May so that we had front row seats and received an email 6 hours before the show that my seats had been changed. Since we built our last day in Barcelona around the evening I wasn't going to cancel but it would have been far better to get an email about the issues much much sooner so that we could have made a better informed decision. It's not all bad, we did love the music and dancing, but our sightlines were not what we expected and that gave the whole evening a very negative impression unfortunately

The show is beautiful and the venue is incredible. However, it was extremely disappointing, as I bought the 3 tickets in advance, chose the seats so that I could be under the wonderful ceiling, cross the Atlantic Ocean to be here, pay more through the headout and NOT be able to watch in the chosen seat. I think the partner should be punished and the difference in the amount I paid (€11.00 per ticket) should be refunded. I wouldn't recommend the service to anyone

The tickets we booked were not the tickets we received. We clearly booked tickets in the front row of the box seats 51-52, and were allocated tickets in the main audience. Although the show was good, I will be expecting some considerations for the inferior seats. I cannot express my disappointment at the lack of respect I found with this faulty booking system. The service was lacking compared to the quality of the performance.

I bought two tickets for the show and selected the seats I wanted. In the end, they changed my seat without my permission and put me in an undervalued place, saying it was a privileged spot. I couldn't enjoy it because there were too many people in front of me. I contacted the app and they gave me only €25 of the €90 spent and only a 10% discount on the next purchase. The website really left something to be desired. Apart from that, the show is very beautiful and exciting, well worth seeing.

The performances were well done, beautiful and the venue was lovely as a World Heritage site. The only problem is the seats that were less expensive, made it near impossible to see the stage. The expensive seats were "rushed" by people who had purchased the lesser expensive seats and upon realizing they were visually impaired, they moved without consequence.

The music was fantastic. I was struck by the power of the dancing. It was surprising to me, moving actually. I am not normally someone interested in dance, but this was completely different. It was an awesome experience. I will also say it would be a completely different review if I had to stay in my original seats. Not only was the stage not visible, it was behind a beautifully mosaic post and could see nothing at all. That seat should never have been sold. Shame on the venue for selling it.

At the end of the show, while artists were reveining applauses, a man frim the stuff came to us claining to make a picture of our tickets. I said no, but he insisted to show him our phones to take a picture. It was realy unfortunate. When we went out, I have asked the staff what happened, but they were unable to explain.
