An absolutely incredible experience! We visited IMG Worlds of Adventure with our 5-year-old son, and it was pure joy from start to finish. The park exceeded all our expectations – from the exciting rides to the amazing atmosphere, everything was perfectly organized. Buying the tickets was super easy, and entry was smooth and quick. Since we visited during this time of the year, it wasn’t very crowded, which made it even better – we could go on some rides multiple times without waiting in long lines. The food inside the park was also great, with plenty of options and good quality – perfect for a family day out. Our little one especially loved the marvel and dinosaur zones, and there was plenty for us adults to enjoy too. A fantastic and unforgettable family experience! Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back! 🎢🎉

It was very fun, especially during the summer as the attraction is ACed. We enjoyed a lot. Maybe a little bit small, but anyway it was nice. The staff is very friendly and super supportive. I asked to re-check my seats every time and the staff supported. Also Haunted Cafe was really good with great interior and friendly staff

Aya universe was no problem easy quick enter. But IMG world adventure is i am waiting about 1 hours because they said you can't go 2 person 1 bar cord. It's wrong tickets. I was explaining but they said no and I am waiting with my kids. This is was warry a lot and I don't know why.

Aswm indoor amusement park to spend time with family and friends. Really good discount from Headout. Pls consider fast track entry tkts when going on a weekends or public holiday. You might have to wait for almost 1 hr in a que to be able to get your ride. Try to arrive as early as possible, to save time. Ample of Eatries available inside. And a must visit, I must say. Yhak u Headout for the ultimate offer.

Predator and velociraptor were an unforgettable experience. The food from the makeshift stands were somewhere between mediocre and good. The staff were kind and helpful. The velociraptor was our favourite ride along with predator, Thor thunderspin and spiderman were also very good, The haunted mansion you had yo be over i think it was 16 years as my son could do it but my daugter who is 14 couldn't, Not that she wanted too.

I believe that I am being subjected to a scam. I paid 1200 and I want to get back what I paid. I bought new tickets and went inside with them, and because your tickets were not valid for entry, now you must bear responsibility and return my money. If I do not recover the amount, I will warn people against dealing with you and I will try my best legally, even if I spent more money than the compensation.

Unfortunately was a disaster and i will not recommend it to others for certain reasons from my perspective First of all there was kid games like trampoline which has one of the restrictions is socks !!! So instead of providing simple shoe wear like any trampoline or balling venue Thay simply forbid the child from entering simplying disaster . The second thing I ordered combo meal with the online tickets The meal from 360 express was awful and doesn't worth the cash and only 2 options available for me and i have to be extra dirhams to get other options not included in th online tickets . Third reason The high prices for the tickets i bought I expected to see something and options extremely versatile but instead unfortunately, i saw a small areas and a few games and tge themes was poorly meet the the original worlds of marvel , CN, Horror and jurassic world

you should call it food court world, you have like lets say 50 rides and 3000 restutants, the way you promote the fast track is seriously sick, putting a staff to tell people this ride will have 1-1:30 mintes waiting time and he gives the advice to buy the fast track for 205 dhs, and after buying it you realize that you don't go directly to the ride you still have to wait. i would never do it again and would never recommend this park for anybody.

1. My four year old daughter's height was 1cm below the allowed height. Thus, she could not go on 90% of the rides. 2. Moreover, they had a play area for younger children that you had to pay additional money for entrance. Totally unacceptable. 3. We spent alot of money but could not enjoy the rides.

To begin with... being 100% indoors it is definitely an all weather theme park and an array of concepts and varying degree of rides. We had a great time. What could be better are signs within the theme park. Hope they are little well lit so that they are visible clearly. While we do get a map but the signs / directions between various themes could be better. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

We'll never come back! We took the time to share and constructively list all our points of dissatisfaction with an on-site customer service supervisor and we haven't had any feedback since! Every time we visit Dubai, we try to give the park another chance, but it's getting worse and worse! You get the impression that no one is being professional... The park is soulless, ALL the staff are extremely unpleasant, aggressive and not welcoming at all. They are unhelpful and clearly have no desire to work or assist customers. 2 random examples: 1) when my plastic cup fell on the floor in the restaurant, all the waiters watched me pick it up (the restaurant was empty) and let me drink from it, even if it was dirty... 2) even though a ride was ready for departure - everyone strapped in etc. - a young girl with her mom had a backpack and wanted to hand it to the ride attendant to drop off, but the attendant wouldn't take it and asked the child to untie herself, step over the ride, put her bag away, come back etc. ... unheard of in Dubai or anywhere else in the world! The 3d rides all had technical problems, and no one could reassure us... In short, an icy place, we spent nearly 400€ (entrance, restaurant and fast pass) for nothing... finally, the "manager" in question even suggested that we speak to the reported staff ourselves! What a nightmare!

The place had a poor temperature control, filled with loud noise and flashing lights which made all of us nauseated. The park design is good, rides are decent but they should have left few open to air places to take a break from all the darkness, loud music and suffocation.

It is so easy to book with headout. My experience is. Ery nice and smooth. I really got a good deal. Thank you:-) Although I bought a ticket from IMG WORLD but I dont like it all , nothing fancy but Aya was superb
