Prado Museum Guided Tours

Elena spoke good English, the explanations were understandable and interesting but not too long, still "digestable" :) We also got some info about the history of the country!

Ticketing experience was very easy to understand and follow directions for meeting our guide. Our guide was very informative and took care to meet the groups needs as we had a couple of people who were physically challenged.

I hired in Spanish and the guide had more English speaking tourists. She explained well but because of the English translation I felt I lost content.

The tour was well organized. The guide, Aurore, was friendly and shared some interesting anecdotes with us. Nothing dramatic, but be careful to speak clearly in front of the microphone.

The Prado museum is huge. The guide was very kind, and explained some of the most relevant paintings. She was very well prepared and answered all our questions.

The visit was very interesting, the guide Miguel was very professional and clear, although he spoke Spanish we managed to understand, on the whole, the whole explanation .

Our guide Beni, made the visit very enjoyable, you can tell he loves what he does and that made those of us who were with him enjoy and learn a lot. Thank you!

Benny was an amazing guide. He gave us "goosebumps" on several of his descriptions of the exhibits. He obviously loves his job!

Elena was great. The way she narrates and explains the stories of the paintings was very captivating and detailed. We did not want the tour to end. Totally recommended.

We had difficulty locating our guide, even right in front of the statue, it was a bit apprehensive to be there on time and not find it. Anyway, it seemed to us that several people are also looking for their guides.... A very large museum, but the guided tour allowed us to have a privileged view of the treasures that are there. Grand collection!

Javier, our guide, was terrific, and his knowledge of the art, the history, and the Prado is commendable - the only downside was how crowded and noisy the museum was (not Javier's or Headout's fault!)

We arrived at the Pantheon at the correct time but we weren't awhere that the ticket collection office was a 10 minute walk away. We should have checked the location of the ticket office as well as the Pantheon to work out where both sites where located. Not something we've ever had to do before. If the instructions had simply said that the ticket collection office was a 10 minute walk from the Pantheon then we would have gone there first / earlier but from the wording it appeared that the ticket office was beside the Pantheon.

Loved getting a good look at specific works. I was confused about headout and naturanda since all communication came from headout and tour was given by naturanda. Guide said she did not know what headout was

A great experience, very good visit without waiting for the huge queues to enter the museum and with nice explanations, but too many explanations in English considering that we were 15 Spaniards and 5 foreigners. ....

Amanda, the guide, very pleasant, prepared and attentive. The works chosen, very interesting. Not waiting in line was also appreciated.

Marta Was our guide she was knowledgeable without being pedantic. She was very accommodating to my wife who needed a wheel chair. A great experience.

The Guide-Marta met us on timeShe was excellent with superior knowledge of art and a great sense of Humor. She was interactive and made the whole experience very memorable.

I think having a double language excursion made the whole experience less enjoyfull. Obviously, I missed it when I was choosing this option.
