Louvre Museum Reserved Access Tickets with Optional Audioguide

Ordering process: Tickets for the Louvre were no longer available in other online stores for our time period, so we made a reservation with an audio guide and paid immediately via headout. We were promptly notified of the reservation, but we were a little unsure whether it would work due to some of the reviews. A few days before the visit, we were informed about changes to the entrance due to the Olympic Games. The reservation was confirmed two days before the visit. On the day itself, everything went smoothly, the digital ticket worked perfectly and we had a wonderful visit to the Louvre. Louvre: The building is impressive in size and splendor and the paintings and sculptures carry you away. The visit to the Louvre was definitely the highlight of our trip to Paris. Thank you for the fantastic service!

The Exhibits and the art we saw. We have been to the Louvre many times before, this time se encountered a small issue at the entrance they did not recognize our QR tickets on my IPhone, luckily I brought a paper copy !

The museum is HUGE!!! you have to plan your visit well to avoid wasting time, buying tickets at Headout was very easy and convenient to avoid long lines.

All very well, practical and expeditious system. They updated me the place of entry to the museum Yaque with the organization of the Olympic games the area is collapsed. So the updated information came very well, thanks!!!!

Audio guide was confusing. It should have tracked where I am inside the museum and provide audio for what I'm looking at. At least, it should provide walking directions to where the important pieces with audio guide are. Instead, I was wandering around on my own while going through the app to see if I could find any audio for what I'm looking at.

excellent experience visiting the Louvre. Tickets bought for the day and time scheduled. All we had to do was get in line at our time and walk in. No problems at all!

I bought 2 tickets and so I expected 2 audioguides but one of the code given was not working. In addition, my phone resetted before the event and I had to re-install the app; when I did that I tried re-using my code and I was unable to do so. I contacted the support team but they did not help me. Therefore, I went through the museum without audio guide.

The museum is an unforgettable experience. Because of the Olympic Games we had to enter through a different entrance and we were nicely informed.

Both the Louvre Museum and the Seine boast cruise were amazing experiences. We used the Headout app to show and scan our tickets for entry and we had a smooth, no hassle experience. At both venues we were a little uncertain if we were in the right line ups but venue staff were so friendly and helpful and confirmed we were exactly where we needed to be.

Everything was great... they contacted me in advance to coordinate the meeting point... the guides were very nice with good info and good vibes!

We arrived and entered the Museum on time and the good thing was that we were able to take the Seine River cruise on Sunday 14th due to the rescheduling of the Museum entrance for Monday 15th, this due to the support given by the Get your guide service provider.

ticket delivery service after payment was accurate and on time. Despite the many negative reviews everything went smoothly. I am not clear on the concept of "skip the line" because I received two 22 euro Louvre tickets (the same at the official online ticket office) and got in line with those tickets without any privileged access. Fortunately, the queue was quite short so I was not affected by the lack of "skip the line"

It was super easy to get through the long line ups and excellent value for money. There was so many incredible exhibitions and pieces of artwork to see. Would recommend going early and spending the whole day there.

It was a good idea to have bought tickets for visits to the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre Museum in advance from home because you avoid unnecessary queues. We visited wonderful places and also..some good pastry shops ☺️

Amazing experience, the check-in was easy and smooth to go through. The visit itself, very very nice and educational. I highliy recomend it to everybody.

Versailles is just breathtaking!! I had been there before when I was a young girl but I just could not have enough!! Le Louvre was a huge bucket list item for my kids and they were so enthusiastic to be there to see the Mona Lisa.. We also admired many other paintings and sculptures manly in the Italian/French gallery and the Ellenic gallery

Pepe, our guide was fabulous! He taught us so much and made the entire tour that much better. He also recommended what to see inside the Louvre and am so glad we took his advise.

It was an incredible and amazing experience. I highly recommend visiting The Louve so much to see. The Mona Lisa exhibit is extraordinary and especially the Venus De Milo.
