I took my daughter to Paris for her 15th bday celebration. It was her dream to visit the louvre ! We chose a perfect day because it was raining and we couldn't have spent a better day to visit the louvre. She was fascinated by the beauty and how magnificent the art was curated . I was able to avoid the long queue thanks to my arrival by public transport at 8.10am. Opening time is 9am, so we were in the first 10. With the purchase of my tickets, I didn't have the audioguide option, unfortunately. I was able to discover a huge part of it thanks to the possibility of entering and exiting, but only under the glass pyramid so that I could eat. I'd like to add that it's preferable to specify this option, as we visited all the floors in 6 hours, but didn't linger over all the paintings. A very interesting place to visit is the basement of the Louvre, to explain how the structure began. A very pleasant visit. The G elevator is a must if you have a stroller and want to move more easily from floor to floor.

The eternal queuing despite having a reservation and a ticket is more than annoying. In the Louvre it spreads out a little after you have passed the second, correct ticket control. For Mona Lisa, plan to queue for another half an hour to an hour. The mass of people and abundance of exhibits is overwhelming - you need several days to take a cursory look at "everything".

I believe most people will look to take this package for the Louvre tickets, which are kinda impossible to get a day before your visit in this high-volume, reservation-only peak season. I booked this package as a last-ditch attempt to get in, and although I had to follow up for over an hour before the museum visit time, I actually did to get tickets! For that, I will always give Headout its due props. The cruise should not be slept on, either - it is a great experience and the flexibility is really cool! In the summers, I recommend picking up the 8:30 cruise if you want to see the Eiffel light up in front of your eyes. All in all, you get what you pay for, and this is actually one of the better packages available on the website!

We chose the Louvre for the experience of visiting one of the world's greatest museums. The crowds...what can you do...Paris is popular. The visit was entirely mind-blowing, from the vast open viewing rooms to the exquisite craftsmanship of the halls,, floors and ceilings. However, like the announcements in the metro about pick-pockets, as we were walking up a flight of stairs, my wife was suddenly surprised when she felt someone behind her attempting to fiddle with her handbag. She stopped and turned around. I had no idea why she stopped. As she explained, the couple behind continued walking passed us. And in seconds they were gone. That was a lesson when in busy places: keep your handbag in front of you. Apart from that weird instance, we will visit the Louvre again. And the cost of tickets is an incentive to further explore the Louvre on our next visit to Paris. ...the visit: 9/10 ... a few photos

The art gallery was the best part, but apparently there were more statutes than actual art pieces. The amount of people were just too much. They funnel them in from one room to another.....began to hyperventilate and one of the employees had to assist me outside. Why are there so many employees that only speak french?....does not make any sense. The bathrooms were disgusting. You would think with that many people going through, they would clean them more iften.

The museum layout was fabulous, gave one lots of time to really come close up to all the sculptures and paintings. The view of Mona Lisa could have been managed better with a simple proper line up vs a free for all in front.The washrooms however, were not the best, with no hand soap available and quite smelly.

Even though we had skip the line tickets, the line to skip was huge. It took about 30mins to enter. Besides the wait, we really enjoyed the Louvre. It had beautiful sculptures, paintings and artefacts. The Mona Lisa painting crowd was insane. I thought that this could have been organised so that you have to walk through and see the painting instead of people pushing all the way through to the front.

Impossible lines, even with advance ticket reservations. We stood in a very long line in the rain and cold, with people packed into the museum like sardines. Everywhere, even inside the restrooms, there were lines. It was an unpleasant experience, of course, but the art, history, and beauty of the Louvre are unforgettable.

The excellent artifacts from Egypt, Babylon and other countries, some of which were 4500 years old, were up-to-date and vividly crafted for eternity! The audio guide that was provided to us provided additional information in a clear and concise manner and was very helpful, as the museum's audio guides are currently being revised and are not available. We entered the exhibition with a moderate waiting time of 1 hour at the Carrousel entrance, as the tickets were not available until 10:30 am. So if you like exciting moments and unpredictability, you should prefer this type to any thriller. Thank you for that!

So many great pieces to look at, you're overwhelmed, but you can fill up on culture and art for weeks or months in one day. Only four stars because of one point of criticism. Point of criticism! Only 2 (two). Cafés are included in the Louvre itself. These are of course totally overcrowded. With a stay of 5-8 hours and crowds of people, a better concept should be worked on for this. Vending machines with snacks like in the train stations would be enough. The already plentiful staff could then keep an eye on it. Then maybe they wouldn't almost fall asleep...

On booking the Louvre Museum and Seine River cruise, there were some issues with the tickets. Firstly, I received only two tickets for the Louvre Museum; there were four of us. Secondly, the ticket explained that I needed to meet a guide to scan the tickets and we went to the meeting point, as explained. Previously to this, I had emailed Headout and asked for clarification and had not received any response. I had to physically call the tour operator who explained that there was no meeting and that we should proceed directly to the entrance. With the Seine River tickets, we had instructions to go to Bateaux Parisiens on the email and Bateaux Mouches on the tickets. This was very confusing. Again, I had emailed Headout but received no response. I had to ask the tour operator. Not very happy about this, as it was quite stressful not knowing what to do. I don't think I should have needed to call anyone. I had booked the Eiffel Tower tickets with another website and I received the tickets as soon as I paid. I understand that a tour operator is used with Headout but I didn't receive the tickets 24 hours prior to the event. I had to email Headout the night before and I received them in the morning of the booked timed event.

As announced, we received the tickets by email exactly one day before our visit - reliably and without any problems. One small point of criticism: Our request to Headout regarding the tickets for our children (12 and 15 years old) unfortunately remained unanswered. The app only indicated that you had to take care of children's tickets on site, which was a little unclear. was somewhat unclear. On site, however, it turned out that children under the age of 18 do not have to pay admission - a helpful hint, that we would have liked to have received in advance. We were able to get tickets to Louvre only a few days before the visit at very good prices, including the cruise. Visiting the Louvre is an amazing experience, also recommend the cruise as it is a great different way of exploring the several Paris monuments. Only thing to point out is that we did not receive the tickets attached to the email, but a call to the support sort it out in 5 minutes.

Courteous and compassionate staff. Although I only speak Bulgarian and Russian, everyone was courteous and patient about translating through GOOgle. I did not use the audio guide because the original information was that Russian had been replaced with Polish. After all, Russian is one of the five official languages of the UN. Once we figured out how to get around, it was an interesting and spectacular visit in the variety of artistic, historical and cultural artifacts. To be improved is the entrance ticket: it would be more convenient to receive in the foreground the entrance code avoiding the unnecessary and (time wasting), steps to the pdf. Also to be improved is the information on the distribution of spaces in and out of the various sections and the places to refresh and rest, to avoid tiring unnecessary laps, the museum being an immense labyrinth.

I guess the intsructions are not really to be trusted upon. We bought the ticket for 12pm but there seemed to be no meet up point or guidance. When we finally found the guide, she told us to just enter on our own. Then for the cruise, we were given tickets from a different company than the initial instructions. Had to change our route last minute because of it. It was not a BAD service per say, but a bit inconvenient and confusing because of the outdated instructions.

It actually makes more sense to buy tickets in advance. There are 2 entrances. The queue at the pyramid to buy tickets was up to the moon. The one for tickets already booked was empty. You should really bring plenty of time if you want to see all the areas at your leisure. It's a bit confusing in the palace itself because the rooms and floors merge seamlessly. Without a plan, you're almost lost. It is really worthwhile if you want to see the many masterpieces. Only the Mona Lisa area could be handled differently. It's all pushing and shoving although everyone gets the chance to see it. You need patience and nerves of steel.

The queue was short as it was a timed visit. The map wasn't easy to navigate but was somewhat helpful. There was no way we could see everything so we did as much as possible and it was a great experience. Not all the paintings and art works had an audio guide recording which I think wouldn't be difficult to add to the app even few lines would be better than nothing. One last thing, I don't understand why the tickets arrived very late the night before the visit date. Despite the customer service reassuring me that it would come but I was still nervous about it. For future I suggest that you send them at least 48-72 hours in advance for the peace of mind of customers.

The museum visit was great, a real Paris highlight! Organizationally, however, there were some slight drawbacks, as only the meeting point at the Arc de Triomphe de Carrousel was named, without any further instructions. We first had to contact the telephone support team to find out that we could simply go to the museum entrance with the tickets we had been sent. The vouchers for the boat trip were also not stored in the app. However, the telephone support was very friendly and helpful and explained how to access the Louvre and sent us all the vouchers by email straight away - all's well that ends well.

The crowd managing was very proffessional. there were different queues for different times so it went very smooth despite there being tons of people. The security is also very organised. In the Museus itself there are lots of sitting spaces so even if you get tired you can quickly recharge and get back to exploring. Our only mistake was to get afternoon tickets, as the museium closed at 6 and there still was a lot left to see. If you manage I recommend getting early morning tickets.

We booked our visit to Louvre Museum two days in advanced because on the official website everything was sold out and it is a possitive aspect that we still could enter. Although, the tickets came only 3 hours before the experience which is quite short (in the email it was written that we will get them 24 hours in advance, also in the app for a long time there was na information that we will get the tickets within an hour which was not true) and we got stressed that we wouldn't go. Also, with the reservation we were supposed to get an audio guide but there was no one around the museum who could help us with and give the QR code to the guide so finally we didn't get one. Apart from that, the whole price overcome the price of the two attractions separately but we were desperate to go to the Louvre Museum so we accepted that fact. Additional information: you have to upload the app to get the tickets. We didn't receive them by email.

There were 4 documents to open from the tickets. Pages 1 and 4 could be opened. The staff at the Louvre wanted page 2 ... They then sent me to a nearby shopping center for free wifi. There, too, I was unable to open or download pages 2 and 3. I had even booked a package for unlimited data volume - but unfortunately it wasn't the connection or the WiFi but the app. Even your hotline couldn't help me. First the invoice number, then the telephone number with a loudspeaker via a cell phone in Paris - it was stressful. Even after that, I only got the same email with a link to the app (which didn't work). After just under 2 hours, the staff at the Louvre were happy with page 4 and we were allowed in. I don't want this annoyance again - uninstalled the app. I won't be booking anything via Headout again

During a very busy period at the initial reception area there were large queues for both men and women toilets, only one toilet available for women. We took 3 tours with headout: Louvre, Eiffel, and Orsay. Eiffel was great because we had a live guide, Carmel, she was wonderful. I bought the audio guides for both Louvre and Orsay. I could not access either. They required a reference number. I searched everywhere and only found a Booking Number which did not work. I am very unhappy about that. Also, you should download tickets before hand because there is no Internet reception in the Louvre.

Confusingly structured audio guide, did not adapt quickly to other tours, no numbering on the respective objects to be able to call up specific descriptions. In addition, there was an extreme babble of voices everywhere, it was hardly possible to interpret specific objects in a quiet museum atmosphere or to let them have an effect on you. Suggested solution would be a tablet for a rental fee, which can be set with numbering and explanation for each object or QR code on each object that can be recorded by your own cell phone.

First of all, the time that has been chosen, got modified in the tickets ( by 2 hours later) On top if it. by comparing the official price which was mentioned on the tickets ( both Louvre and Versailles) the money charged was outrages. I was charged 281 euro ( 3 ppl), while the total price ( officially mentioned) is 66 euro for Louvre ( for 3 persons) and 96 euro for Versailles palace. In total the real price is 162 euro. meaning we have been charged by 119 euro more ( the margin) of 75%- this is unacceptable! Do not book it via this website! I am expecting at least that customer support will call me and explain the situation, and i will have at least for the different time the refund back ( based on prorata)

Very disappointed, I received the tickets after the opening time of the museume I had to buy other tickets to enter because I did not know that I was going to receive them late. So I paid twice for my admission to the Louvre and there was no audioguide. No telephone contact. When you order, they speak to you in French, but if you have a problem receiving your tickets, they speak to you in English. In short, a very bad experience. Not to be repeated.

I arrived an hour proma and found that the first ones who were supposed to enter at 9 o'clock had not yet entered kilometer-long queues only to find out at 10:30 that the 9 o'clock ones would never get in. I tore up my ticket and left. You can tell the French like to steal money from people who sweat it o to get it and they don't even have an eye for people like my mother who was 85 years old. Very bad experience! At the Louvre entrance, I showed what the app showed to be tickets (paid handsomely!), only to be told that those were not the real tickets and we would not be allowed entry. Fortunately, we were able to work it out at the last minute (by having the actual tickets emailed to us) and made it in time to get in. Anyway, total lack of clarity and transparency, I don't think I will make any more reservations on Headout.

We received information about the meeting point from the organizer. Admission went perfectly. Ticket for 12:30 - inside the Louvre at 12:32. Whether this was due to the head out - I don't know - I think we would have got in with any other ticket. We had already joined the queue at 11:30 and were therefore right at the front of the line. TIP: Be there 1 hour in advance - then you'll be inside quickly at the specified time - the stewards will make sure of that outside. AND: You first have to show and scan your ticket when you are inside and want to go to one of the halls - not at the entrance, where only the bags are checked (scanner like at the airport) and not down in the hall under the pyramid roof. The better entrance is at the pyramid - not at the Caroussell - it's full everywhere - but it's much better at the pyramid ... Getting out of the Louve is more difficult than getting in - we got lost several times despite flyers and signs - finally found the Caroussell exit where there is a shopping mile. As the mall is already full anyway and then the long queues to get into the Louvre - unbelievable and bad. Outside at the pyramid it is very well organized. But you need at least 3 hours to see a small part of it. It's best to go in twice on different days to see everything. Everyone just wants to see the Mona Lisa anyway - further through the Egyptian finds, total emptiness ...

The Art is the reason to come to Paris from 7500 miles away, it is the investment made by this city over hundreds of years ago that pays off year after year as people continue continue to come to make a pilgrimage as we did on our 40th wedding anniversary.
