Borghese Gallery Tickets

Die Organisation war toll! Wir haben schöne Stunden in Rom verbracht und konnten uns auf Auf dem Bus jederzeit verlassen. Besonders erhebend, war der Besuch der Villa Borghese. Auch hier hat organisatorisch alles gepasst!

Avoiding the queue of more than two hours when I wasn't sure if I had a ticket was the best thing of all! I also found it easy to pay, book and meet the people who gave me the ticket. Everything was great!

The guide was on time and we were early which allowed us to get an earlier time slot. The only shame was that only 1 floor is open and we didn't get any notification of that and still paid full price. The gallery itself is beautiful! Highly recommended. And personally one of the most beautiful things we have seen in Rome/

We ware glad that it was more quiet than the awfull crowd in the Sixtine Chapelle. There were good qaulifided guids and good information.

The top floor of the venue was not open due to refurbishment at the Gallery. More than half the items to see were on this floor. No mention was at any point made of this, not did the ticket price represent the fact that we were only able to see half of the collection. Surely there should have been a reduction in price to compensate.

In my case, the service consisted of having bought the ticket to avoid the lines and take advantage of the time, and the goal was achieved, the girl who helped me to give me the ticket was very valuable, fortunately she spoke the necessary Spanish and that was invaluable. The gallery, a marvel.

A very beautiful museum experience but the staff is just really unfriendly, no explenation how the audioguide works, any questions : you get your nose bit off! You just have to figure it out yourself.

I had to rate this good to get it online as it wouldn't send my review because I rated it bad 26 euros fir 40 minutes gallery under renovation. We were nit told at the time of booking Only whe we complained they put it on the website Don't waste your money book direct with the museum..

Great unforgettable experience! One of the most beautiful villas! Splendid fantastic collection! Wonderful park with incredible panoramic views of Rome!

This was a last minute purchase, because the entrance to this stunning gallery is very limited. But I kept trying everyday during our two weeks in Rome, and suddenly one day it showed a couple tickets available for the next day. Thank you Head out, the whole experience with the person that met us was smooth. Visiting Borghese Gallery was one of the highlights of our trip. The most beautiful art gallery in Rome.

Had no idea how many famous artworks and sculptures are just there, in the open on display. Fantastic experience all around

The audio guide is rather poorly done. You have to get close to the works to understand which one it refers to and it is not very explanatory. Given the beauty of the museum it is really poor. Even the staff's directions are insufficient.

Good morning I had'paid' 1 ticket to the Villa Borghese and I understood that by booking the partner (in this case : my husband) did not have to pay (because on your web site it talks about the "partner" for free) so ...When I arrived at the Borghese Gallery his contact explains that he can only give us one (1) entrance ticket although we are 2 (husband=partner and I) His contact after understanding the misunderstanding (on my part) kindly gave us the second ticket for free So : THANK YOU very much and see you next Greta Colpaert

About ticketing everything was OK, we had no problem. Talking now about Borghese Gallery, the whole place is superb and the Galley unique. But we needed a little bit more time!

The ticketing experience was brilliant , we were the line for tickets when I had the brain wave to try on-line ticketing .- Thank you . We loved the Galleria Borghese , trememendous collection of art work , the sculptures by Bernini are staggering in thier in detail and beauty

Galleria Borghese is spectacular, and having the tickets at hand to avoid the queue was phenomenal. The day that we went was actually sold out when we arrived, so it was great to be able to see the works of art inside. Super recommended.

Miserable staff at the gallery , especially the person who gave us our audio devices. We had to buy from your partner - price was €10 each more than if we had been able to buy directly from you. You should sell more tickets directly as the place wasn't even busy
