The villa is a spendid example of a combination of Baroque art architecture and Roman and Greek art statues and other artefacts. As a bonus you get the paintings, where Carvaggio is the winner. Only the 6 paintings of him are a good reason to visit.

The most amazing environment i have ever been in i think in my life. The painting on the walls, the light, the sculptures, paintings, everyhting! i felt like in heaven. I wanted to have a bed to lay in and watch the sealing for a while and charge my batteries. I will deffinitely come back!!

Nothing was in the order of the visits. Not easy to use. First you had to find the painting or sculpture. Then find it on the audio guide.

The only problem is that our grandson doesn't have a cell phone. Why not use the gallery's audioguides; for the price it wouldn't be a lixe.

A must-do! And don't forget to allow 2 hours to enjoy it all!

Unfortunately we were delayed by a cab, which took us to another place to charge us more. And when we arrived we could not enter because of the quotas that the Gallery has. Nevertheless we enjoyed the gardens of the Villa.

Our Guide Stefano was excellent, as he had a sincere interest and deep knowledge of the Borghese art history and also of the history of the gallery itself. Fascinating.

The audio guide was not the same as the rooms, we often have to look what is inside the room and then show what is in the Audio guide. So we lose mutch time.

Easy to find the person who hands over the tickets. The gallery is a must. I would say it's far more enjoyable and beautiful than the overly crowded Vatican

The tour is reduced to 1 hour instead of the usual 2. The audio guide is not an audio guide; you have to download an app that is not up to date and the connection is not working properly. You have to be connected and we are the ones who pay the bill. Disappointing welcome outside and in English.

There is no "audio guide," but rather an app that must be downloaded outside the museum. They do not warn you that you must bring headphones in order to hear the content without disturbing other visitors. Overall, I found it to be misleading advertising, and the extra cost compared to the price of the museum ticket seemed excessive to me.

I can't collect ticket in front of entrance, had to ask local agents people one by one, no one found my ticket record with Headout. Waste of time and will warn every one not using third party ticket booking agent in Rome - Too much uncertainty

Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience. At first it was not specified that access was free simply with the voucher, so I procrastinated looking for some guides from the team but no one was there. After entering I realized that the audio guide was not available, I waited almost 30 minutes and talked to 3 different assistants before they fixed the problem for me. In the end I had to update the app and download the audios, as a result my phone battery went down suddenly. In addition, the audio guides do not follow a specific order, according to the arrangement in the gallery, so you have to first figure out where you are and what's in front of you and then start the audio, they are divided only by room and floor. Overall I am not very satisfied, having paid twice the official price for the ticket in the Gallery I expected more.

The Borghese Gallery is exceptional. On the other hand, charging for an audioguide without announcing that it's just a virtual download link and not a physical audioguide with headphones supplied, given the price paid, is exaggerated! My cell phone model isn't powerful enough to support this application, which means that without a real audioguide I have to recharge my cell phone first. I was never informed that I needed to go to a redemption point to get the actual admission ticket. The info desk at the museum shrugged their shoulder when I looked stunned my online voucher was worthless. I tried using your app to reach your redemption point, and it was worthless. I was told that my ticket had been "cancelled" on the way through. So I couldn't get inside the Galleria Borghese. Horrible experience. I'll never come to Headout again.

I got the skip the line ticket, but it was cancelled by headout, at the info desk they told me it was not the first time! Do it from ticketone directly, and then take the audio guide there

Nothing at all. As I couldn't find my guide, I bought another ticket on the spot to get in, as the one I bought with your 50-euro app wouldn't even let me in. I finally heard from your guide 30 minutes after the start time ar watsapp! I told her I was already inside with another ticket, but she didn't see fit to meet me. I wasn't able to reserve a child's ticket on the site, so I had to queue for an hour even though I had a ticket. The audio-guide is not in the same order as the tour, which is very confusing.
