I really value the experience we had with Headout as this was our first time we did a tour buying e tickets, normally in the past we went through paying in cash at the same place, I know this sounds weird and old fashioned but i didn't catch the bridge between paying in cash and now doing the same online...I'm 51 years old, soccer lover as most of LATAMs and trust me that our visit to Bernabeu was an unforgettable experience, totally recommended...but doing this with Headout was just a perfect experience...for sure we will take it again...hoping in a near future, actually...just a question...do you have any planned tours at South America ? will be glad to hear from you, best wishes !

The tour staff were very helpful. The stadium and its collections very impressive. Great day out for my 11-year-old grandson. Unforgettable.

Guide was punctual and spoke very good English. Many explanations about Real Madrid, you could tell he was passionate about it

We had tickets at 3:00pm,it was perfect time. It was not too crowded ,so we could take our time and take enough photos .

Entrance tickets are too expensive since there is no guide taking you around and no possibility to see fitting rooms as on other stadiums.

The tour didn't go through the stadium separately and you just had to make sure you didn't lose your guide. You barely had time to see everything. I would have expected more for the price.

Excellent, clean, tidy. I just find it strange that they ask for the ticket at the end of the tour, if someone queues it is because of the same security problems at the exit.

The tour is okay. I would have enjoyed more, if there were any kind of guided tour, some audio guide or the possibility of going into the field, the dressing rooms or something like that. That´s basically standard in all the tours around Europe (England, Germany etc)

Exciting tour.... Really interesting even for me who do not follow soccer, let alone for fans!!! Simple and well designed route, there is no tight time frame. The most significant impact is I must say also exciting when we found ourselves sitting in front of the field. Truly majestic!!!

I was quick to buy the tickets, but I made a mistake and bought one just the day my flight to MAD arrived and there is no refund, although it says so in the fine print, in my case it was a mistake in the purchase, then I bought the correct one. just more felxibility in those cases... thank you.

Fantastic tour! Nicely organized! There was all that wanted to see. Also such an excellent respect for players for those players who has previously put Real Madrid shirt on.
