Barcelona City Tour: 24/48-Hour Hop-on Hop-off Tour with Optional Cruise

We often had to let buses pass because they were overcrowded and standing was not possible. Many buses had broken audio headphone jacks, so some seats were unusable.

This was a very fun experience in Barcelona! Well organized, the price was right and it really gave this solo traveler an opportunity to check out the beauty and history of Barcelona as well as some fun video from the top open deck!

A great way to visit Barcelona. I regret that the staff don't speak French on all the tourist buses. We were refused by a driver and she made people get on behind us. Why I don't know....

We did the orange and green routes. Our preference was for the orange route, which gave us breathtaking views. This bus system is ideal. It took us over 2.5 hours to do the orange route, because every stop made you want to get off and enjoy it. The best way to do it all is to take the 48-hour pass and do it at the start of your stay, to get a real overview. Audio guide not always efficient, as some were out of order.

This gives you a quick overview of the city. Perfect. The best is to do it over 2 days I think to have time to get off at more stops. 1 day is too short to do the € lines, but I highly recommend it.

Things that could be improved: too much music, not enough explanations in the audio guide; audio guide sometimes cut off, or not in phase with what we were seeing.

To do in order to discover the city. I took the 24h pass just to do the tour and the visits. I think you need the 48h pass to do the 2 tours.

All was perfect! The buses were frequent, staff were all friendly, the routes covered almost everything in Barcelona, and the stops were easy accessed.

Amazing chance to see all main attractions within given timeline,oportunity to buy tickets for 2 days and get additional complementary sevices as boat etc

It was easy to find a place to sit on. But sometimes we waited for the bus long time. On one bus the language channels didn't work.

well managed - in the most part. Could have asked other customers to use seats more respectfully so more people could get on the bus, but other than that it was a great service

Loved the stops and narration. Staff in kiosk and at curb at Sagrada Familia were very short - almost rude- with customers. They might not realize that this is our first time with Barcelona Hop-on Hop-off, and we don't know what their procedures are. Staff at Stop 1 were great. Driver and onboard ticket checker were lovely.

Hop on Hop off was very mediocre - very little audio info at each stop - more of a boring ride with no history or interesting content , routes are too long and only one way. Not all audio ports work. Can do more regarding headphones recycling ie place specific recycling bins at each stop or last stops and on bus prior to exit. Friendly staff and good clean buses.

The option of booking tickets in advance via the Internet means you don't have to stress. The redemption worked perfectly. The explanations provided by the on-board announcements were very easy to understand.

A very good experience, buses run frequently, you manage to visit everything. Only flaw is the park guell stop which is far from the attraction you have to go uphill but it can be done.

It was a pleasant and educational experience. We visited several places, we always had the opportunity to take the bus again.

The routes allow you to see the city's main attractions. The frequency of the buses means you don't have to wait too long ... and can afford to wait for the next bus to get seats upstairs :wink: The commentaries are clear and interesting.

It was a simple way to see it all. It really helped us to see everything we wanted to see without the hassel of driving or walking too much
