Tickets to Barcelona Zoo

The zoo was wonderful, we didn't want to leave anymore -- in fact, I recommend going to the zoo first. For the aquarium, on the other hand, I was not very happy, but it is an experience to be had

Ordered the tickets for the zoo through Headout and walked from the Ramlas through the park to it. Once there, we were kindly helped at the ticket counter as we needed these tickets hard copy, they did print them out. Very much enjoyed this zoo and everything went smoothly thanks to ordering from Headout. Thanks again, John.

Was really easy to book through the website and get the tickets straight to your email. Great offer for both excursions really enjoyed.

When you arrive at the Zoo you still have to go to the ticket office to change your tickets, they ask you to resend the email to theirs as they do not receive the QR code from the app. So it doesn't matter if you buy them through the app or directly there. The zoo was a nice experience.

Uiteindelijk vond mijn dochter de pauwen dienend overal achtervolgden nog t allerleukste. Er waren zoveel dieren, en het park was zo mooi vormgegeven, echt aangenaam om te zijn (sommige dieren zaten wel alleen maar het park gaf de indruk erg bezig te zijn met dierenwelzijn, dus dat zal wel snor gezeten hebben)

My favorite animal visit was seeing the red panda!! It was a dream of mine. I even got a pin with it from the gift shop.

The zoo and aquarium were both very nice. Feeding the fish with a baby bottle at the end of the aquarium was the highlight for my daughter.

Zoo right in the city, easy to get to. Lots of animals to see, too bad you can't get closer to the elephants.

Booking was easy and quick. But at the Barcelona Zoo gate we could not use the reservation code or QR code. We had to step back to gate buying tickets waiting line. Then we should had the email sent tickets printed, although nowhere was indicated this. Still the lady at the counter was kind and we sent via email the confirmation, she printed out for us and then...finally we enjoied the very beautiful Barcelona Zoo.

I loved the barcelona zoo, they had several types of animals and the barcelona aquarium was an unforgettable experience.

Me and my partner really enjoyed seeing all the animals and too see they are well cared for and clean will be visiting again

Everything both visit aquarium and visit zoo. This package is very good. Visited on two different days. The zoo is huge in fact we entered in the morning and left almost at closing time. All two used with food areas.

Easy purchase and the discounts. Be aware that you need to forward the email to the Zoo's address in order to print the tickets.

Aquarium was perfect but zoo ticket was not. According to women at the counter I was supposed to bring printed mail. And she insist to resend the mail to her, she printed it and finally gives us normal tickets.

I bought tickets online and I needed to go still to the I formation to have printed tickets..... I shpuld be able to use just skaner of qare code- lets turn to green.all other was really good

The zoo it was good. Not too big, not too small. Have a good way to see everything with organization. The only sad thing is that we paid normal, regular price and a lot of animals and things were closed for seeing 👀. But I hope next time they will be working!

Zoo was nice, variety of animals interesting for adults and the size compact enough to visit with small kids (2 y.o. and 4 y.o.). Diner was good extra with reasonable prices. We enjoyed the visit.

Hi, had bought tickets online so we easily could scan the barcode, instead we were met by guards directing us to the ticket booth not explaining why in a bad manner. 3 people of the staff had porly english skills. The guard, the lady in the ticket both and the young man in the gift shop.

The ticketing system at the zoo was difficult. We had to email our headout ticket to the zoo for them to print them out (wouldn't allow us to just scan the headout ticket directly). This was difficult as we didn't speak Spanish and took quite some time to communicate.
