I was unable to mention on the booking form that I wanted a tour in French
On the guide's recommendation, we decided not to take the guided tour and to ask you for compensation.
I've already sent you an e-mail on this subject, but you haven't replied.

Weaving our way up the Montmartre side streets and hearing about its history. Would not get this same experience by ourselves. We loved the stories we could hear but it was difficult to hear the guide as she was not always facing everyone when she began her dialogue and was not waiting for the group to be intact before starting to talk. We did not have the benefit of headsets like we had in other tours so although we enjoyed it very much - we feel we missed some interesting facts. If we fell towards the back of the group we missed out on her dialogue- so we had to scamper to be right behind her.
