It was a good event. I have to admit for me it wasn't very special. The organization and the stuff is nice and all well done. The weather was miserable on that day which obviously no one can change. It was for my taste very boring. I like action so it's not something I would do again. I can imagine that the view is spectacular when the weather is good so I think everyone who goes should at least do it once.

Our ride on the London Eye was such a highlight of our trip! The views over London are absolutely incredible — seeing Big Ben, the Thames, and the city skyline from above gives you a whole new appreciation for how beautiful this city really is. The ride itself is smooth, spacious, and gives you plenty of time to soak it all in and snap photos without feeling rushed. One thing that would make the experience even more amazing? An optional audio feature inside the pod. Imagine being able to press a button and hear a quick 30–40 second fun fact about what you’re looking at — maybe one when you’re on the far right side of the wheel, one at the very top, and one on the far left. Just short, engaging tidbits that point out landmarks and share a cool story or bit of history. It would be such a fun way to learn while you look, and might even inspire visitors to explore more of the city afterward. Overall, such a memorable experience and 100% worth doing when you’re in London!

There were thorough checks in the bag ticket even with the metal detector, so I felt safe. The line went ahead really fast, the cabin wasn't too full, you could enjoy the view without being too crowded. And the ride goes on the perfect speed so you can take a lot of pictures and videos and they'll look perfect like there was no motion. We booked the 5pm ride which was perfect because the sun was setting and by the time we were on the top it was already dark and we could see all the lights of the city!

I have an extreme fear of heights and I can only RECOMMEND the London Eye to anyone who feels the same way! The dome moves very slowly and is extremely stable when attached to the scaffolding. You almost don't notice that the whole thing is moving. The view is stunningly beautiful and unique. I would love to visit again next time in London. Very impressive building.

I’m so glad we chose the Champagne Experience on the London Eye. Waiting in the VIP lounge was such a treat—we sipped espresso martinis while watching the sun set behind Big Ben. When it was time, we were escorted down with a small group of about ten people. Since it was the day before New Year’s Eve, the area was incredibly crowded, and we were so grateful we had booked through Headout. We would have been waiting in line for hours otherwise. The tickes were quite expensive. It is very interesting to see the London from the height of this very special wheel attraction. In the queue before our London eye wheel trip we were informed that we should come only in the time stated onthe tickets. But as the queue was not short, we decided to stay in the queue. And it was finally a good decision, because when we entered the cabin, we were 5 minutes late :-) The weather was very pleasant, sunny. It was a very nice day.

We book our tickets inadvance and dont wait in the quee. We realized that there is another tour with meals served and it was such a great idea, may be it is extra but worth it. My son hesitated about the height but it feels so comfy that he even did not mention it during the tour. If my friends ask me to choose only one activity between all the parks, muesuems and sights of the city I would choose London Eye as the one and only.

I was a little reluctant to go up as I tend to get motion sickness and usually can't ride any type of carnival rides. I was assured that the slow movement wouldn't be a problem, and they were right! The sun was shining and the views were magnificent! My travel companion and I were able to get some excellent pictures and really enjoyed the experience. 10/10 would recommend this activity!

The weather was great, with an exceptional view of London. The day of my reservation the avoue was under maintenance, zero information beforehand... However, I was able to rebook without any problem. I find the price a bit high though. It's a must, the queue is impressive but it's fluid in the end. Come 15/30mn before your reservation if you have a precise program.

Thanks to the FastTrack, we hardly had to wait. The London Eye opened at 1100 and we were among the first on board. The experience at the top is really beautiful. You have a direct view of the House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the city district of the same name. You see little or nothing of the part with the Tower of London or Tower Bridge.

The experience is a good to have once, but the price is absolutely not worth it. The 30 minutes tour is pretty basic as you can see some of the usual London spotlights. There's no indication or narrating voice, and you may find yourself "fighting" for the selfie spots, depending on the kind of people you get. Staff is nice and cells are clean.

This experience went beyond my expectations. We came from Newfoundland, Canada and did this on our first night in London. We were blown away by the Champagne Experience. We signed up for a VIP experience and we certainly felt like VIPs. Special shout out to Amanda, our host for the evening. She was funny yet professional, and made sure to personally connect with each mini-group in the pod at some point. She told us about the champagne and what made it special. It was those little details that I will remember. Amanda was able to balance all of the arising needs of the guests (top up if requested, alternatives to the champagne, photos as requested by the guest) with ease and pizaz. We were excited to see and experience the London Eye, but I just wanted to personally shout out Amanda. I hope she gets kudos from her team for this review as she absolutely deserves it.

I am afraid of heights so was a little apprehensive about going on the Eye! But it hardly seems to be moving and, although I sat clutching the seat to begin with, I soon wanted to get up and walk around, in order to view London from every angle. It was wonderful to see the familiar buildings along the edge of the dirty old river, and then, as we got higher and higher, the buildings I remember from childhood - Battersea Power Statiion and even as far as Crystal Palace. We were lucky to have such a clear day! I was with my son. who now lives in Oz, and we were both born in London. I haven't actually lived in London for many years, preferring the peacefulness of rural countryside. But it is nice to come back to the buzz of London once in a while and J actually felt quite emotional looking down at my city where my roots will always be. I am proud to be a Londoner - the best city in the world!

My husband and I came to London from the states for our one year anniversary! Our highlight of the trip has been the London eye. We went on the most beautiful day of the week and were able to see and enjoy all of London most famous sites! My favorite photo is the one I Took of Big Ben. We had a 5:30 pm booking. There was a long queue for boarding the capsule. We thought we might have to wait a bit much and may not board before 5:30 pm, but to our surprise the queue moved fast and we got in the capsule a few minutes after 5:30 pm.. before the boarding happened, there was a quick cleaning of the capsule. The boarding was well guided and smooth. The ride was beautiful. Sunny evening have a skyfull view. The capsule was not overpacked hence everyone could get their best view. Deboarding was smooth and we observed quick cleaning happened post our moving out. Great experience. Must visit.
