A genuinely brilliant trip on the London Eye. We were very pleased that the queue was minimal; pre-booking paid off and we got a discount, and we got straight onto the wheel. The capsule was ideal—it was not too crowded, allowing everyone ample space to move and take photos. A major plus: the glass on the capsule was perfectly clean, which allowed for excellent, clear views of all the major landmarks. Highly recommend!

OK, so the tickets are a bit more expensive ... but what speed of access with Fast Track tickets! arrived, checked in and passed the controls to get to our priority bubble in less than 2 minutes and the view of London from up there is sublime (provided there's no fog, of course)! The London Eye is well worth the detour, and the silence up there... magical!

Myself and my granddaughter where in London for some quality time and we ended our last day with the London Eye. It was quick and easy to book on line the night before, the staff on the day were very helpful and pleasant. We entered the cabin behind another family and a couple, we all took it in turns to see the sights from all angles, also taking photos of each group when asked. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience seeing London from a different perspective. Would definitely do it again.

The tickes were quite expensive. It is very interesting to see the London from the height of this very special wheel attraction. In the queue before our London eye wheel trip we were informed that we should come only in the time stated onthe tickets. But as the queue was not short, we decided to stay in the queue. And it was finally a good decision, because when we entered the cabin, we were 5 minutes late :-) The weather was very pleasant, sunny. It was a very nice day.

Was a fantastic day headed to the eye . Then are train got delayed then I got on the wrong g train so got to the eye a hour late they where so nice let us on with no issues wonderful night view everyone was so accommodating since I walk with a cane and have alittle bit mobility walking issue . The market was beautiful with aromas of all the foods you had to choose from . Ended the night with a brandy and hot chocolate . Can't wait to come back to London again

We book our tickets inadvance and dont wait in the quee. We realized that there is another tour with meals served and it was such a great idea, may be it is extra but worth it. My son hesitated about the height but it feels so comfy that he even did not mention it during the tour. If my friends ask me to choose only one activity between all the parks, muesuems and sights of the city I would choose London Eye as the one and only.

I was a little reluctant to go up as I tend to get motion sickness and usually can't ride any type of carnival rides. I was assured that the slow movement wouldn't be a problem, and they were right! The sun was shining and the views were magnificent! My travel companion and I were able to get some excellent pictures and really enjoyed the experience. 10/10 would recommend this activity!

The weather was great, with an exceptional view of London. The day of my reservation the avoue was under maintenance, zero information beforehand... However, I was able to rebook without any problem. I find the price a bit high though. It's a must, the queue is impressive but it's fluid in the end. Come 15/30mn before your reservation if you have a precise program.

Thanks to the FastTrack, we hardly had to wait. The London Eye opened at 1100 and we were among the first on board. The experience at the top is really beautiful. You have a direct view of the House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the city district of the same name. You see little or nothing of the part with the Tower of London or Tower Bridge.

The experience is a good to have once, but the price is absolutely not worth it. The 30 minutes tour is pretty basic as you can see some of the usual London spotlights. There's no indication or narrating voice, and you may find yourself "fighting" for the selfie spots, depending on the kind of people you get. Staff is nice and cells are clean.

Beefeater Tour was very good - but left out that it was a good overview and you can then spend the rest of the day seeing the rest of the Tower. But got good access prior that made the experience much better than if I had just walked up and bought tickets. Gave us some good advice about what to see first to enjoy the Tower.

This experience went beyond my expectations. We came from Newfoundland, Canada and did this on our first night in London. We were blown away by the Champagne Experience. We signed up for a VIP experience and we certainly felt like VIPs. Special shout out to Amanda, our host for the evening. She was funny yet professional, and made sure to personally connect with each mini-group in the pod at some point. She told us about the champagne and what made it special. It was those little details that I will remember. Amanda was able to balance all of the arising needs of the guests (top up if requested, alternatives to the champagne, photos as requested by the guest) with ease and pizaz. We were excited to see and experience the London Eye, but I just wanted to personally shout out Amanda. I hope she gets kudos from her team for this review as she absolutely deserves it.

I took my brother to the London Eye for the first time, and we both absolutely loved it! The whole experience was amazing — from the smooth ride to the stunning views over London. It felt so calm and peaceful up there, and seeing landmarks like Big Ben, the Thames, and the city skyline from that height was incredible. The staff were friendly and everything was really well organized, which made the experience even better. My brother couldn’t stop taking pictures, and honestly, neither could I! It’s such a great way to see the city, especially if it’s your first visit. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone — whether you’re with family or friends, it’s something you’ll remember for a long time.

I had London Eye at the top of my wish list and am soo glad I did it! DO NOT THINK twice about purchasing the Fast Pass! I could not believe the lines and for a few pounds more you can save yourself hours!! We had no wait and basically walked on! Seeing everyone in the queue from up above I did not understand why everyone didn't purchase the Fast Past option, I cannot recommend it enough!

The boarding process was slick, the views were amazing and everyone in the pod was friendly. We took pictures for each other and the atmosphere was convivial. The official photos taken were great and we bought a package. However, there was no pressure to buy them. It was a really good start to our day in London and a walk by the river afterwards was lovely.

It was very busy and we needed to get to a show so we upgraded the tickets to fast track. It was worth it! We paid $15 more for each of my husband and I's ticket. It was worth it because we only waited 15 minutes in line and we were able to make it to the show that we were going to see on time. And the London eye was great! Glad we got to experience it!

We loved our experience at the London Eye. The views over the Thames and across the city were incredible, especially seeing Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and St. Paul’s Cathedral from above. The ride itself was smooth and surprisingly calm, even for someone who doesn’t love heights. A quick tip: arrive early. The line gets long fast, even if you already have a ticket. We booked online which made the process much easier, but still ended up waiting about 30 minutes. We also loved the impromptu photo ops along the way, so keep an eye out for the big camera after you board. It’s a fun little souvenir if you want to remember the moment. Overall, it’s a must-do experience in London. It gives you one of the best perspectives of the city and is well worth it for first-time visitors.

Quickly through the line to the pods with no problems. A problem with the doors on the pod after ours meant we were stopped for quite a long time and reversed a couple of times. Dropped a star for lack of information re problem. Once we got going it was very smooth with great views despite the rain. the experience was awesome ! first , depite the crowd , the access was easy and fast ... the organisation was perfect . the views on London with a perfect weather were beautiful and allow us to have very quickly a good overview . We came back in the evening to see london eye at night with all the lights . The atmosphere was so cool with singers close to the wheel and all the lights . Bad not to can access in the night !!

The view is perfect and the weather changed mid ride so we saw London clouded and then sunny. It was a surprise for my boyfriend that had finished his dissertation and also got promoted at his job so we were really happy and I think being able to see London from above made this celebration unforgettable. I am afraid of heights so was a little apprehensive about going on the Eye! But it hardly seems to be moving and, although I sat clutching the seat to begin with, I soon wanted to get up and walk around, in order to view London from every angle. It was wonderful to see the familiar buildings along the edge of the dirty old river, and then, as we got higher and higher, the buildings I remember from childhood - Battersea Power Statiion and even as far as Crystal Palace. We were lucky to have such a clear day! I was with my son. who now lives in Oz, and we were both born in London. I haven't actually lived in London for many years, preferring the peacefulness of rural countryside. But it is nice to come back to the buzz of London once in a while and J actually felt quite emotional looking down at my city where my roots will always be. I am proud to be a Londoner - the best city in the world!

I have been on the London Eye before, but it was a long time ago. On my last full day in London, I hopped on the London Eye for one last view of the city before returning home. The lines were relatively short, but I chose to go through the Fast Track becaue I did not feel like waiting in line. I waited a few inutes before getting on. Once on, I could see of London. I enjoyed finding different landmarks and getting.a picture for memory sake. This won't be the last time I jump on the London Eye, I will definately do it again on my next visit in 2027.

The London Eye was AMAZING! I took my sister along with me and she was not as enthusiastic as I was about the ride. She said she was scared to go on it. But, about a third of the way up, she was up and telling everyone in the pod how beautiful the view was! To be able to get such a bird's eye view of London was breathtaking! I am so glad that I bought our flex tickets ahead of time. The line for tickets was long. But, we walked right up and got on the ride. The only time we even stopped was to take a picture! Truly remarkable experience!!

For me, it was a memory, for my granddaughter it was a pleasant surprise, she didn't know London. She loved the days we spent there and all the places we visited. My husband and I came to London from the states for our one year anniversary! Our highlight of the trip has been the London eye. We had a 5:30 pm booking. There was a long queue for boarding the capsule. We thought we might have to wait a bit much and may not board before 5:30 pm, but to our surprise the queue moved fast and we got in the capsule a few minutes after 5:30 pm.. before the boarding happened, there was a quick cleaning of the capsule. The boarding was well guided and smooth. The ride was beautiful. Sunny evening have a skyfull view. The capsule was not overpacked hence everyone could get their best view. Deboarding was smooth and we observed quick cleaning happened post our moving out. Great experience. Must visit.

We had a beautifully clear day and paid for fast track and with 4 children under the age of 9, it was well worth it to avoid queuing! It was all very efficient, with great staff to help us on board and answer all our questions. The experience itself was unforgettable! It was wonderful to see London from that height. I don't have a head for heights (often getting jelly legs from looking out of an upstairs window!) but I was absolutely fine. Thank you for an experience my grandchildren will talk about for years to come, especially when they get back to New York and their respective schools.

Riding the London Eye once is an experience. Whether I'll do it again ... I think it would be too expensive for me. In any case, plan some time, the ride takes 30 minutes, BUT: it takes another 30 minutes until you are in the gondola - so don't plan your next appointment too close after that.

Getting the tickets were easy. There were lots of helpers around to answer questions and point us in the right direction. Boarding the pods was the tricky part but the travel was flawless. The whole experience...priceless.

The London Eye, while obviously a tourist attraction, is a MUST do. Headout made it easy for us to have a FastTrack line to jump on the Eye, and was a totally awesome experience! Make sure you go!
