London Eye Admission Tickets

Booked tickets for 10. Turned up at 9.45. Was expecting a massive queue and to wait for ages it was a Sunday. But no it was very quick and organised well. We got a choice for a picture or not which was nice as they didn't force us to have one. The information on the eye was very informative

We did the champagne experience, our tour guide was Will, he was amazing from the minute he met us in the bar. He was very funny and also gave us some interesting information. We had such an amazing time.

Easy purchase, must-do experience. Keep in mind that compared to the reservation time, the tour leaves an hour later.

Everything was nice and my family really enjoyed the experience. It was a very smooth process from booking to the boarding and enjoying the ride on the London eye. Thanks to all who are involved in this process.

The purchase was simple and straightforward. We also enjoyed the ride on the Ferris wheel, especially as there was enough space to walk around in the gondola.

The view from the top over the city of London in super sunshine was the highlight! Even a 30 minute wait is acceptable!

There was a queue but it wasn't massive. It was very well organised. Loved the views you got and because there wasn't too many people in the pod you could move around and see the sights from different angles

Felt that not being able to upgrade a ticket from child to adult with advanced notice was poor. Despite offering to pay difference your operatives refused point blank. Makes one very reluctant to purchase tickets in advance .

We loved the view and that we din't have to queue in the wind for long to see it. The staff is kind and helpful, the introduction of the sights is helpful and sometimes funny. It was a great experience, thank tou!

The actual ride on The Eye was terrific! The corralling system was a bit disorganized! You never knew where the line ended! The leader with the end sign kept moving around! There must be a better way to have pre-scheduled ticket times customers in position!

Incredible views of the city! I recommend it. The VIP pass is worth it even though it is a bit more expensive you avoid queues and less people in the cabin.

Love the fast track. Don't need to wait that long. We are a big group so we got the whole cart just for us. The weather was clear no rain. It's perfect

The ticket agent let us on the fast pass line becuase we were nice and she'd met a lot of grumpy people that day! Sights were terrific to see from up high.

It was definitely worth paying the extra money for a fast track ticket! It saved us at least an hour of waiting in line! The employees in line were super friendly, too! Great overall experience!

The Eye was brilliant, fantastic view of London. I do think it was over priced for half an hour. But unlikely to go it again, so well worth doing the once.

It was our first time in London. We really enjoyed the ride on the London Eye. You had a bird's eye view of London.

That thing is a revolving door. It churns through people like it churns in the money. It's not a great experience at all. There were tons of people loaded in our pod while the one next door had 4 people. It's one of things you do, but I would never recommend it and certainly never do again.

The normal line was super long. This ticket was excellent, we got through super fast. The view from the capsule was very nice.

Early and planned trip so got some good deal for family trip in the online price and no need of long waiting in the queue to buy tickets
