Very nice route and multilingual explanations. Boat clean and well maintained. Very good adherence to schedule. Pleasant evening cruise. Highly recommended

The staff is extremely nice and flexible! The information they provided about the city while on the cruise were very informative and fun.

It was wonderful listening to the history of Amsterdam. I do wish that I would have booked directly through Flagship though to get the option of unlimited wine/cheese. Regardless, it was a great experience.

The whole tour was amazing. Good audio announcements which were very informative and exciting. Too bad the tour is only 1 hour. We would love to come back. We can highly recommend the tour in the evening.

We arrived one minute before departure and were able to travel without any problems despite our delay. That alone was wonderful. The boat driver was great, how skillfully he steered us through the canals and informed us about Amsterdam with his background knowledge in 3 languages. We really enjoyed the evening boat trip.

Captain Peter spoke excellent English, and you could tell he loved his city, its history and the magic of Amsterdam. It was a pleasure to listen to him!

Very nice tour in the evening when the city is illuminated. Very informative, we particularly liked the choice of 19 different languages. The captain was very nice and explained the history of Amsterdam from time to time.

The captain was very welcoming. Too bad the Plexiglas prevented me from enjoying the view and taking photos. An open boat would have been perfect

Tour was very interesting however the boats were very cramped and the audio lines didn't stretch to the outside seats of the boat

Boat wasn't one advertised, sat facing backwards whole journey. Bit of a let down. Have booked another with another company.

It was ok. But a bit loveless. Announcements from the tape, which were partly repeated. Gaps in between. They could have been filled easily - the city has so much to tell.

The comfort (heating, table, benches), the welcome in the boat, the audio guide in our language, the itinerary.

Easy to book in advance, great tour at sunset, got some awesome pictures.
