We came early in the day around 10am,which was perfect as there were no queues anywhere. We loved the ravens, they came very very close, but luckily didn't decide to attack... Our highlight was the Armoury Café, though, which lovely selection of treats plus a super display of salads. That's a welcome change from the usual sausage roll and hot dog selection typical for outing eateries

The Tower represents centuries of history and more. As one passes from tower to tower you learn about the kings, queens and the people. I was particularly surprused to learn about the active leadership role in government that various queens played. I was especially drawn to the active role played by Eleanor of Aquitaine. Of course the jewel rooms were very special.

I've wanted to go to The Tower of London for a long time and finally got there . I loved being there amongst all the history that is there trying to imagine how life must have been all those years ago. Only thing is that the tour did not mention it is a beginning and after tour it was easily 2-3 more hours of things to see after the Beefeater finished. Still a great experience!

I bought tickets for the Tower of London first thing opening time and it was the best, it was a Friday morning at 9am and it wasn't that crowded. I was able to get into the crown jewels exhibit without waiting in line and look at the jewels for as long as I could! I toured the complex in about two hours taking a bit of a break and taking pictures. I recommend going at the time they open because then school groups of tourists arrive and everything gets crowded, the souvenir stores are great, but if you like history this place is a must see on your list of things to do in London.

It was breathtaking and, thanks to the time slot ticket, very relaxed despite the large crowds of visitors. We were able to see pretty much everything in 3 hours, including the ravens and changing the guards. The Tower is definitely one of the highlights of our trip to London! Superb visit although the meeting point was not given (or I didn't understand). We arrived on time and went inside as indicated by the young ladies at the entrance with our tickets on the phone. We scanned an audio guide code at the entrance on the right and took a map. We started by visiting the crown jewels without queuing. What fun! We then saw an impressive queue forming, so we were very lucky. The rest of the tour went smoothly.

There are lots of exciting things to discover in the Tower, you could easily spend a whole day there. The crown jewels are a great highlight, it's best to save them for the end to avoid school classes and the like. The souvenir stores and kiosks are also very good. There are also numerous toilets throughout the site, so you rarely have to queue. The staff are very friendly & courteous/helpful. I would only advise against the audio guide, as the £5 for this quality is hardly worth it. My personal highlight was the ravens.

Brilliant attraction, can't fault the entry price what seems like a fairly pricey attraction is fully justifiable. It's a life experience and also great value, you can spend all day in here and probably visit again in 12 months there's that much information and history. Some of it grim but actually no where near what you would expect given it's reputation. Poppy display was fantastic, a great tribute. Will be going back and have already recommended to friends and family! Sadly my photos are too large to upload! Sorry!

I don't normally rate things but this was truly my most favorite experience that I have had in London. My husband and I spent three hours here and it wasn't enough - we will definitely be back. It truly felt like we were teleported back in time which was incredible and made me appreciate the history much more. It was amazing learning more about the Yaomen Wardens and past rulers, and of course seeing the Crown jewels!

I have been to the Tower before and brought my daughter. I purchased tickets for a guided tour but did not get this at the venue having being told by staff the time was different than what was on my ticket and then was told there was no guided tour even thought that was what I purchased. The Tower did not disappoint however my ticket that I paid extra for to have the guided tour was very disappointing

The audio guide is not clear. It is not clear where one should start. One should number the pictures according to the sequential activities. Also, from my tickets it was included and instead I arrived at the stall distributing the audioguides and was told they were not included and I had to pay £14 for them (family-4 person package)

The time we spent at the Tower was great! We participated in the Yoemen's tour which was very interesting and the Yoeman was also a polished speaker and very entertaining for the crowd. We asked questions to the Tower information guides several times and always got a friendly and helpful response. The Exhibit display for the crown jewles is first class. The Towever exihibits are all so well done and you manage the crowds so well also.

This place is truly fantastic—beautiful, spacious, and with plenty of climbing for those ready to explore. The architecture and atmosphere are breathtaking. The only downside is the Crown Jewel display: it’s stunning to see in person, but photography is not allowed, which is disappointing for visitors who want to share the experience with family and friends on social media. STUPID medieval castle experience! So many rooms and towers to visit, it really is a dive into medieval history, with everything very well preserved. The jewelry room is poorly (vilely poorly) lit, lacking basic descriptions (belonged to, used a on occasion of, stolen the etc.) it is a display of jewelry as any jewelry storefront could be. They are clearly beautiful (the newer ones), but they look much better on TV.

The picture showing the meeting place was wrong. We nearly missed the start of the tour. I called the support number at 9:45sm , 15 mins before tour. I was told the tour guide was Ben and that they would call him and let him know the where there. We eventually walked to the back of the building and found them ourselves. The most beautiful place in London! A perfect blend of history and modernity 😍 Past, present, and future come together in one unforgettable experience. Our visit lasted about 5 hours — there’s so much to see and explore! We had lunch at the self-service bar inside the Tower. Prices were quite high but it was comfortable.

The name of our tour guide company wasn't on the ticket. Having a guide outside the venue talking to us was a waste of time. Half of what he said was covered by the Beefeater. Who, by the way, was a much better speaker and presenter. We expected to enter the venue earlier than the general public, and be met by a Beefeater. We felt completely ripped off with what we paid.

Getting in to the area and joining a Beefeaters tour was outstanding. There was no extra cost to join the tour which lasted over an hour. Then you were free to go where you wanted, including getting ono the line to see the Crown Jewels. Well worth the wait.
