I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Tower of London: it was a truly fascinating experience. In addition to the Crown Jewels, you can visit many other historic structures such as the White Tower and the surrounding walls, all rich in history and perfectly preserved, offering interactive experiences that are both entertaining and educational. The surrounding park is beautiful and well-maintained, making the visit even more enjoyable; with a little luck, you can even see squirrels. The presence of marching guards helps to create a truly regal and evocative atmosphere. The history is explained in a clear and engaging way: the signs along the route are very clear, making it easy to find your way around and always know what to see and where to go. I noticed great attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. Buying tickets was also simple, fast, and intuitive: the website is clear and well-structured. In conclusion, a wonderful experience from every point of view, highly recommended.

It's great 👍🏻 I highly recommend the experience, you learn a lot about the history of this monument as well as the history of the crown in general. From the age of knights to various wars, both recent and distant, the immersion is total 👌🏼 And what can I say about the crown jewels? They are simply magnificent. 🤩 I highly recommend it.

Booking the tickets was super quick. I booked, paid, and the tickets were already on my WhatsApp. We were at the entrance at the agreed time—no queues and no chaos. Friendly staff welcomed us. Our main goal was to see the jewels. We were pleasantly surprised by the way they were displayed, beautifully lit in a glass case and visible from all sides. Wonderful... The courtyard was worth seeing. Definitely suitable for children and also for blind people—everything is also readable in Braille and the jewels are replicas, so they can be touched. Well preserved and very well maintained. We can only recommend it—have fun!

My kids liked the suits of armor , but that was about it. The audio guide was sold out, so we were just walking around and there wasn't nearly as much to see as it was advertised to be. The Crown Jewels were cool, but it was very crowded

I booked tickets through london ticket, with audioguide through an app from my phone done with AI, I must say that against my expectation I was very surprised in positive, the visit through audioguide and images with app was really enjoyed. The audio guide with AI was not the usual boring audio guide, in fact it was also well connected with background noises and sounds that transported you to the Middle Ages. I must say that I was very satisfied with the tour. Of course it was very crowded since I visited on December 21 on a Sunday, but within the norm

I booked the last option of time and couldn't meet all the towers. I couldn't even see the jewerls of the crown. It was very frustrating. Besides, a blonde aged 40 woman was very rude to me, asking me to leave the restroom. I asked her for 10 seconds to finish my make up and she said: "The restroom was closed 10 minutes ago, LEAVE!". Ps: When I entered the restroom, nobody said it was closed and there was no sign to inform this.

We came early in the day around 10am,which was perfect as there were no queues anywhere. We loved the ravens, they came very very close, but luckily didn't decide to attack... Our highlight was the Armoury Café, though, which lovely selection of treats plus a super display of salads. That's a welcome change from the usual sausage roll and hot dog selection typical for outing eateries

The Tower represents centuries of history and more. As one passes from tower to tower you learn about the kings, queens and the people. I was particularly surprused to learn about the active leadership role in government that various queens played. I was especially drawn to the active role played by Eleanor of Aquitaine. Of course the jewel rooms were very special.

I bought tickets for the Tower of London first thing opening time and it was the best, it was a Friday morning at 9am and it wasn't that crowded. I was able to get into the crown jewels exhibit without waiting in line and look at the jewels for as long as I could! I toured the complex in about two hours taking a bit of a break and taking pictures. I recommend going at the time they open because then school groups of tourists arrive and everything gets crowded, the souvenir stores are great, but if you like history this place is a must see on your list of things to do in London.

It was breathtaking and, thanks to the time slot ticket, very relaxed despite the large crowds of visitors. We were able to see pretty much everything in 3 hours, including the ravens and changing the guards. The Tower is definitely one of the highlights of our trip to London! Superb visit although the meeting point was not given (or I didn't understand). We arrived on time and went inside as indicated by the young ladies at the entrance with our tickets on the phone. We scanned an audio guide code at the entrance on the right and took a map. We started by visiting the crown jewels without queuing. What fun! We then saw an impressive queue forming, so we were very lucky. The rest of the tour went smoothly.

There are lots of exciting things to discover in the Tower, you could easily spend a whole day there. The crown jewels are a great highlight, it's best to save them for the end to avoid school classes and the like. The souvenir stores and kiosks are also very good. There are also numerous toilets throughout the site, so you rarely have to queue. The staff are very friendly & courteous/helpful. I would only advise against the audio guide, as the £5 for this quality is hardly worth it. My personal highlight was the ravens.

Brilliant attraction, can't fault the entry price what seems like a fairly pricey attraction is fully justifiable. It's a life experience and also great value, you can spend all day in here and probably visit again in 12 months there's that much information and history. Some of it grim but actually no where near what you would expect given it's reputation. Poppy display was fantastic, a great tribute. Will be going back and have already recommended to friends and family! Sadly my photos are too large to upload! Sorry!

I don't normally rate things but this was truly my most favorite experience that I have had in London. My husband and I spent three hours here and it wasn't enough - we will definitely be back. It truly felt like we were teleported back in time which was incredible and made me appreciate the history much more. It was amazing learning more about the Yaomen Wardens and past rulers, and of course seeing the Crown jewels!

I purchased tickets for a guided tour but did not get this at the venue having being told by staff the time was different than what was on my ticket and then was told there was no guided tour even thought that was what I purchased. The audio guide is not clear. It is not clear where one should start. One should number the pictures according to the sequential activities. Also, from my tickets it was included and instead I arrived at the stall distributing the audioguides and was told they were not included and I had to pay £14 for them (family-4 person package)

This place is truly fantastic—beautiful, spacious, and with plenty of climbing for those ready to explore. The architecture and atmosphere are breathtaking. STUPID medieval castle experience! So many rooms and towers to visit, it really is a dive into medieval history, with everything very well preserved. The jewelry room is poorly (vilely poorly) lit, lacking basic descriptions (belonged to, used a on occasion of, stolen the etc.) it is a display of jewelry as any jewelry storefront could be. They are clearly beautiful (the newer ones), but they look much better on TV.

The picture showing the meeting place was wrong. We nearly missed the start of the tour. I called the support number at 9:45sm , 15 mins before tour. I was told the tour guide was Ben and that they would call him and let him know the where there. We eventually walked to the back of the building and found them ourselves. perfect visit, we had taken our tickets in advance which is not obligatory but very preferable, because at the opening (9am) we got through very quickly by scanning our tickets on the headout application, and enjoyed a quiet first hour of the visit without too many people. The Tower of London is always worth a visit, especially if you are interested in history. The crown jewels are also impressive. I will definitely visit it again. The advantage of ordering the tickets online was of course that I didn't have to queue and the process went quickly and smoothly.

Visiting the Tower of London is a must. Booking via “headout” was easy and we were able to get kind of “last minute” tickets. We booked an early slot and while we were in advance, the guard allowed us to enter early. Thanks to that, we were able to visit the Crown Jewels in a rather good condition (not too crowdy)

It was a beautiful day to visit the Tower and the queues were not long or overly crowded. The displays were interesting and very well crafted. It was interesting to learn about the history and see well preserved artifacts. The crowned jewels were the highlight of the experince and what I had anticipated on seeing the most, but the Poppy intsallation was breath taking!

Great walking tour, easy to find the meeting place. Paeter was informative, entertaining and kept things moving at a good pace. One suggestion is that the tour should end at the meeting place or disclose in the reservation that the tour will end at the Towers of London and you'll have to find transportion back to your hotel.

A really special place. Very well organised and we adored the Ravens. 🐦‍⬛ we were quite worried about all the queues from reading online reviews but my tip would be to pick 9 am and get there soon after and I don't think we queued for five minutes even though the queue looked long.

There really isn't much you can say - we booked in advance, tickets on our cell phone, showed the QR code at the entrance & we were in. Yes and Tower & the Crown Jewels are probably a separate and very extensive topic. It's quite crowded at the Crown Jewels, but as long as people are moderate and considerate, it gets lost.

I have visited Tower many times before. This time it was with my Son and daughter in law and my 7 years old Grandson who all loved it - we had reservations that our 7 year old would not like it but he really enjoyed the changing of the Guard and meeting a Beefeater and having a photograph with him !!
