Too bad the guide didn't speak French. For such a touristy city, it would be nice if the guides were multilingual. So we didn't understand the various explanations. We followed the group.

Very difficult to find our meeting point. This needs to be simpler for tourists who are not familiar with the city.
Even locals were not sure where our meeting place was!
We found it just in time as our group was ready to go. So glad we gave ourselves the extra time to navigate ourselves.
Once our tour started it was all worth the trouble. Our tour guide Sara was charming with a sense of humor.
She was lovely. Well explained walking tour and excellent areas chosen to see the changing of the guard's marching band.
We highly recommend this tour.

Well placed . Too bad the guide didn't speak a word of French and only looked after the English children. I was able to translate for our children and the other French people in the group, but she spoke too fast 🥵

The tour guide was perfect she really knew a lot and it was wonderful for changing the guard. The Tower of London was great because you got to go in and just go at your own pace. I was there for hours. Great price for the combo tickets and a wonderful afternoon

The changing of the guard guide was good, although he left us and we had to look for him. They sell the tour as one but they are two different providers, there is no one to tell you where to find the next provider. The boat was good but they didn't explain anything in Spanish.
