The online ticket purchase went well and everything on site went as planned, so it was a plus to be able to spread the visit over two days. It's worth noting that the indication on the booking that the visit started at the Mamertine prison, where we had to be 15 minutes before the scheduled time, and that the entrance to the Colosseum would be exactly one hour after the visit to the Mamertine, was not correct, since the scheduled time was for the Colosseum, which meant that after exchanging tickets, we had to rush to get there on time, which became stressful.

The spaces are extremely impressive for their spaciousness, brightness and richness of content. The compositional scheme and arrangement of the art treasures that make up the museum's holdings are optimal. The museum's exhibition holdings are marvelous for their contents of extraordinary historical-artistic-cultural value, which I did not expect...The venues are well cared for, protected and not crowded (during my experience of visiting on peak tourist days in Rome). I used an audio guide whose texts in Italian are clear and comprehensive and not at all boring. Only a few custodians were unjustifiably abrupt and rude.

Some of the western world's most famous works of art in one place. Went in the afternoon and stayed until they closed; got to enjoy without the crowds.

The Capitoline Museums should be your first stop when visiting Rome. The exhibits put every other Roman attraction into o perspective. Make sure you see both museums. There's an underground corridor that connects them, on the bottom floor.

And the first time for me is I can only say that it was beautiful in every detail, a long walk but in the midst of so much history it is worth it . I want to go back as soon as I can, thank you Rome ❤️

No long queues, relaxed visit because there was no time pressure. We just couldn't find the ticket office straight away.

From booking to redeeming the tickets, everything went very smoothly. Detailed information in the app and in the confirmation email.

Simple and precise organization. Timely, friendly and helpful staff. Inside the forum the path to follow was not very clear

Apart from the difficulty in finding the ticket validation site, the rest of the experience was fascinating.

The meeting point was hard to find. We were there about 15 minues in advance, but we had to wait in the queue. We got a a timeslot for the Colloseum 15 minutes later, but that is about the time you need to get there if you know the proper way. Unfortunately that was not clearly indicated. So we had to run to get there (and then stand another 15 minutes in the queue). So please indicate clear directions from Mamentine to the Colloseum.

There was no audio guide in German for the Colosseum, Palatine and Roman Forum, although it was promised! The audio guide was only in German for the Marble Museum. That was a shame as we hardly understood anything.

We booked 2 combitickets for the Colosseum / Palatine Hill / Forum Romanum, incl. The Mamertine Prison. The whole concept went well : booking, the app from Headout that you can install where you can find your tickets via QR. Also a clear explanation via the app where to redeem your tickets via QR with direct link to Google Maps for the route. In our case, the redemption point was in the Mamertine Prison so we were able to visit it at once. Afterwards, the Colosseum was nearby (with reserved hour) so through the ticket we could enter through a separate entrance (Fast Lane). The only point of criticism : in the Mamertine Prison you could download an audio guide which required a password and password. The lady behind the counter sighed when both of us kept getting an error after 3 attempts and started complaining about us to her colleagues. This was really about it ! Fortunately, another colleague was helpful and did everything possible to help us. This may not be directly related to Headout but the outrageous behavior of that one person should be reported.

Colloseum very impressive. Audio guide on the cell phone was a disaster. You had to download an app first and then there was no German version available.

The overall ambience is very nice. Unfortunately, the entire registration process was not satisfactory. A better briefing would be good. Why do I have to print out online tickets? Why is the registration so far away from the actual start/beginning. Unfortunately we couldn't find a suitable tour guide and had to make do on our own in the area.

I thought the exhibition was excellent. I had no problems with the queue, partly because we were practically the first to enter, having been on time at the scheduled time

We showed up at the colosseum only to be told we needed to walk 2 more blocks to get to the prison. We had trouble finding it and 1 worker we asked was rude and pointed us in the wrong direction. Once we got inside we were yelled at by security for being late. By the time we got back to the collosium we were herded in with everyone else. Too busy. Too crowded. Then we gave up looking at whatever else we were supposed to look at. It was a long day

Help with access to all paid entrances would have been a minimum. Only an entrance ticket and no explanation of the other accesses promised at the time of purchase. Very disappointed
