The tour proposal...the information and content offered and the form and voices that make it enjoyable.
The driver's responsibility while driving, the cleanliness of the bus, and the politeness of the staff.

The polar bear was awesome. However, I am not sure how happy he is in his relatively small area.

The park is beautiful and very well maintained. The paths are wide and the circular route is very well designed with footpaths so that we couldn't miss anything. The animal enclosures are also larger than those at Cologne Zoo and lovingly designed to suit the species.

A nice route with a good bus driver.
Plenty of time to get on and off, especially for older passengers.
Good explanation of the sights.

Good scene & commentary when we got back on from stop 1, very friendly driver the 2 nd time although the 1st one didn't appear to understand me and his non verbal response wasn't good

ZOO as such is great, love the animals and the whole atmosphere. What was really bad was food availability as there was hugr amount of people. Huge rows everywhere and waiting time. With children this is challenge.

I found this "conversation" between the fictional characters ("And what do you think, Jana...?") rather suboptimal.
I would have preferred a pure, clear statement of fact ("On the left you can see the opera house, built by X in year Y...").
And WITHOUT music!

The red tour is very nice, the blue tour still has potential for improvement. There are still a few things that could be combined with the blue tour.

It was my first time at Schönbrunn Zoo in Vienna. I found the design of the grounds very appealing and animal-friendly. The old and new buildings harmonize very well together. The animals have large enclosures and yet you can find and see almost all the animals without too much trouble. The enclosures are designed to reflect the natural habitat of the animals in Wrkllöchkeit.
I have never seen koalas in a zoo before and the 3 animals were sleeping a lot, but you could also see them awake during several visits. They are particularly cute.
I particularly liked the calico enclosure, which also has a wonderful outdoor enclosure. A mother ring-tailed lemur had a 3-day-old baby and showed it off to the many visitors, who were all able to marvel at it. I also liked the sloths, which had their 14th young together last November - that must be extraordinary. I also liked the fact that there were always people from the zoo around who you could ask at any time if you wanted to know anything about the individual animals.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the armadillo during my visit, which I've never seen in real life. I also asked the staff, and although I knew where they could be the 3 animals in total, I couldn't find them. It's not too bad though, considering these animals often burrow for 1 week and therefore aren't seen that often.
All in all, a wonderful zoo where you can easily spend the whole day. As I still had time, I visited the zoo a second time as it was so beautiful and I felt very comfortable here.
Unfortunately there are no panda bears in the zoo at the moment, but 2 pandas are due to move in again in spring/summer. I've never seen this species in a zoo before and it's definitely a reason to go back to Vienna and visit them....
I will definitely make plans to come back to Vienna soon and visit this wonderful zoo again.
Conclusion: A great experience for the whole family!

A general description of the city, its history and places around Vienna give you an idea of what you would like to do on your own later on.

The last time the bus was due to arrive was not exact (two different times in two leaflets). As a result, we had to wait 40 minutes and the bus never arrived.

Tickets , qr code worked fine ! There is no queue so the whole skip the line makes no sense.
The zoo there I had more trouble with, lots of animals in small enclosures. You can get very close, it's not very big and the contrast between the old ornate buildings and the animals very bizarre. Really watching animals in pens.
Pandas were not there....

Few people, large enclosures for the animals and even so, we could see them super well! The animals seem to be well cared for and happy.
Beautiful park

Online tickets are great, could enter without waiting in line. No waiting time.
Unfortunately, however, some animals were not to be seen/houses closed/cages empty. This information would have been nice beforehand :/
