Gardens are beautiful and the well with grottoes was fantastic! The only negative was the slight disorganization of the line up, would be better with two lines, one for the current time slot and one for the following time slot as there was a lot of overlap and people crowding everywhere.

Beautiful place, but unfortunately we were there on the day of the blackout. It closed early so we did not get to finish our time there. We were unable to see the well of infinity due to no power. Not your fault - just a bad day.

Beautiful site, highly recommended to know it and enjoy it. The weather was not with us, because it rained, but we almost appreciated it better than going in hot season and soll, mostly because of the walks with some steep slopes, but with a good comfortable shoes and calmly gets along well.

Beautiful Palace and grounds. It would be much easier if each location had a number on it that matched video guide and more signage. We exited grounds before we even found cafe which was unfortunate as you cannot re-enter.

I liked it very much, no line and straight to the castle, it's worth it. The only thing is that they do not generate a ticket that you can download by mail, but directly you have to download an app to access them.

The access to the Castle was quick and fluent. But the content of the audio guide was under my expectations. It answered to the question "what do I see and where do I find it", but not to "why it was necessary, what symbols should I look for, what is the meaning behind, how unique and popular were these practices". I dont think it is worth paying extra for it.

the national palace of sintra perfect as an organization, the route was clear and very interesting, instead quinta from regaleira I found it unclear at the level of map and route, but still we got by and it was a unique experience

Our experience was very good, right from the entrance, with attentive staff and picturesque, stunning locations. The only point we have to make is about the hygiene and cleanliness of the bathrooms, which were smelly and unpleasant. However, it was worth visiting this beautiful place.
