I went into Madame Tussauds London expecting a quick, touristy walkthrough, but it actually ended up being way more fun than I thought. The wax figures are genuinely impressive — some are uncomfortably realistic to the point where you do a double take. Standing next to actors, musicians and athletes you’ve grown up watching feels oddly surreal, even when you know it’s wax. What surprised me most was how interactive it all is. It’s not just looking and moving on — you’re encouraged to pose, mess around, and take photos without feeling rushed. The Spirit of London taxi ride is a real highlight too, a cheesy but charming trip through British history that breaks things up nicely. The Marvel section and 4D cinema add a bit of energy and make it feel more like an experience than a museum. Yes, it gets busy, and yes, it’s definitely a tourist hotspot — but if you lean into that and go with the right mindset, it’s a really enjoyable couple of hours. It’s best experienced with friends or family, laughing at which figures look spot-on. Overall, Madame Tussauds London isn’t trying to be deep or educational — it’s just good fun. I particularly enjoyed the tour of the museum as I had no similar experience and admired the perfection in the construction of the wax models, which resembled real faces. Also the fact that the space and its presentation was done according to themes giving the museum a special character. But what particularly impressed me and will be hard to forget was the ride with the wagons in a row which were rotated in such a way that it would be difficult for a visitor not to see and admire all the wax models.

The queuing system that was set up worked well and they allowed just the right amount of people in at a time so it was not too overcrowded. The exhibit had changed quite a lot since my last visit (4 years ago) and was very impressed with the amount of space around each one to allow photos. The chamber of Horrors part was much improved and love the cab ride as always at the end!

The exposition and the programme was amazing. We only had to wait in the queue for 20-25 minutes through we already had the tickets. And the cloackroom was siuated outside of the building and we paid 5 GBP each bag!!!

Hi, it's the first time I've visited Madame Tussauds, my wife and my 6-month-old son were with me and I have to say that I was really impressed by how realistic the mannequins are, it was all very nice. In addition to this you also visit the times of the past that it was really super. Then you will see Marvel and finally there is a shop where you will find everything and it is impossible to go home empty-handed. I recommend everyone to visit it because it is a fantastic experience but above all full of famous people and the most important of the United Kingdom I would say. Go all to Madame Tussauds and you won't regret it.

I visited Madame Tussauds again after about 40 years. Back then I stood with Pelé. He has since been replaced, just as many current VIPs have been added. We thought the event was over after all the wax figures. Far from it, it was followed by a kind of ghost train and another 4d movie theater. I guess that's what you call it when you This is what you call it when, in addition to the 3D glasses and the corresponding eye candy, you are sprayed with water at the appropriate film locations, frightened with blasts of air and shaken vigorously in your seat. It doesn't even matter if you don't understand the many Marvel heroes if you don't speak English. The crowds of visitors are perfectly organized. It was an experience.

Once inside it was very packed, exhibits etc was great some fantastic statues but didnt spend very long there due to overcrowding. Was really looking forward to the trip but honestly did not enjoy it & also skipped exhibitions inside again due to huge queues. Overall disappointing.

We had a lot of fun. Even with the fact that photography is allowed. What I didn't like were my much-loved Beatles, George Harrison and Paul McCartney I didn't think were well taken. It's great that you can now touch all the figures and take photos of yourself. Everything is accompanied by sound, creating a great atmosphere. The 4D movie theater at the end with a movie only with superheroes is at best something for fans or kids. The effects are rather poor. But overall a nice experience

It was great to see the different wax statues , I was transported into a different time in history . It was quite a knowledgeable and exciting experience. I really enjoyed looking at the Winston Churchill statue , history has always been a keen interest therefore it was interesting to look at the leaders who shaped our futures. Moreover I think that statue needs to be given more importance it should be placed in a more central place as I believe that it's quite easy to miss! Overall it was an exciting experience and the ticketing process was also very smooth.

On the one hand, I think it's nice that online bookings make admission much better organized, but on the other hand I had to download another app. No option to pay if you are severely disabled. The characters were very good, but sometimes it was very slow. The music in the sections was simply too loud. The organization with the indoor track, the cinema and the possibility to get photos of yourself was also very good.

Our first attempt to get on the bus at stop 13 was denied 3 times. The driver wouldn't open the door. You were clearly oversold for that time of day yet accepted our order around the same time. A suggestion is to advise anyone placing an order be notified of which stoppa were heavy. Other companies were picking up people at the same spot without issue.

We were there a few years ago and we have noticed that the figures are changing. Formerly there was an exhibition with the construction process of the figures that is no longer there, although attractions have been added, such as 3D cinema (it is not what we liked the most .....). I liked the previous one better (15 years ago...).

We enjoyed the displays, the movie and the taxi ride. Like everywhere, it was a bit crowded. I would have liked to have had time to have a really close look at the figures rather than quickly taking a photo then moving on so someone else can get there photo. The tour was top-notch. We enjoyed the animations along the way (4D cinema and merry-go-round). The characters are very well done. We were a little disappointed not to see British legends such as the Beatles, Mr Bean, Harry Potter, etc., but we really recommend it. But definitely worth recommending

In all honesty I didn't think this museum was so much fun. The statues really well done but the closing with 4d cinema and tour in old London really super top, especially for those with kids. Definitely the ticket is not cheap but at least you spend 2 fun hours.

From the main entrance, the whole experience was mind blowing. The kids were absolutely excited. We took loads of pictures with our favourite celebrities. Will definitely be back again. I have recommended it to so many of my friends who were fascinated with our pictures. Nice place to be!

Seeing the city atop the 2nd level was great. The audio didn't always match up to the sites. Better. Communication of stops is needed, particularly on the later afternoon runs. We had to take the tube to get back to our hotel as the bus ended the route before we were back at our stop.

We were very surprised that all the wax figures are accessible, can even be touched and are not separated from the visitors! We missed Mr. Besn, Michael Jackson, Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts. The Royal Family is the center of attraction! However, the staggered entry means that there are rarely crowds. The 4D cinema is also worth a visit. The cab ride could be a little slower for our taste because there is soooo much to see! Overall, it's a destination that was well worth a visit! The Regentspark behind it should also be visited!

Meanwhile there was a wide variety of choice of entry times with different price depending on the time chosen for entry. We chose to enter at 12:15 p.m. and the cost of the ticket was £31.00 while at the box office it was as much as £49.00, so a saving of as much as £18 per ticket, moreover we did not queue at all, neither at the box office nor for entry. It was awesome. It took me 2 hours exactly to complete. Please note that I was by myself, so that probably cut down on a lot of time for picture taking. It was very engaging and interactive. There's a 4D short film towards the end as well as a cute train ride. The red carpet entrance was so cute. They set the bar really high for wax museums
