The exhibition at Madame Tussauds was just mega nice! 😍 Everything is really interesting - from the incredibly lifelike wax figures to the interactive design in the various themed areas. I was particularly impressed by the 4D movie theater, which was really fun not only visually, but also with movement and effects. 🎬💥 The ride through London's past was also a real highlight - like a little journey through time in a classic black cab. 🕰️🚖 The whole thing was not only entertaining, but also educational and realized with great attention to detail. Conclusion: Highly recommended - for all ages!

It's great that you can now touch all the figures and take photos of yourself. Everything is accompanied by sound, creating a great atmosphere. The 4D movie theater at the end with a movie only with superheroes is at best something for fans or kids. The effects are rather poor. But overall a nice experience

On the one hand, I think it's nice that online bookings make admission much better organized, but on the other hand I had to download another app. No option to pay if you are severely disabled. The characters were very good, but sometimes it was very slow. The music in the sections was simply too loud. The organization with the indoor track, the cinema and the possibility to get photos of yourself was also very good.

It was great to see the different wax statues , I was transported into a different time in history . It was quite a knowledgeable and exciting experience. I really enjoyed looking at the Winston Churchill statue , history has always been a keen interest therefore it was interesting to look at the leaders who shaped our futures. Moreover I think that statue needs to be given more importance it should be placed in a more central place as I believe that it's quite easy to miss! Overall it was an exciting experience and the ticketing process was also very smooth.

Our first attempt to get on the bus at stop 13 was denied 3 times. The driver wouldn't open the door. You were clearly oversold for that time of day yet accepted our order around the same time. A suggestion is to advise anyone placing an order be notified of which stoppa were heavy. Other companies were picking up people at the same spot without issue.

Formerly there was an exhibition with the construction process of the figures that is no longer there, although attractions have been added, such as 3D cinema (it is not what we liked the most .....). We were told a shuttle would take us back to stops 1 & 2. None came. Driver and ticket taker talked to each other about sex and used multiple explitives in front of passengers while we were on the bus. We've done this tour before. This was not the same.

The problem was that the traffic came to a complete standstill. Two stops in an hour is unbearable and we had to get off the bus in between. Sure, it's not their fault, but unfortunately it was our problem. Walking was difficult but 5x faster. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow, otherwise it was a waste of money. Sorry for that.

I sent email to support team, no response. I had to call yesterday only to be told that they do not refund cancellation despite my explanation that this was not a cancellation but a double payment which. Nothing. It was hopelessly slow. At busy times of year I would not recommend to anyone that they use the Big Bus. Better and cheaper to get a day Tube pass and travel to stations near attractions you want to visit. There is now just too much traffic in London at busy times like today to make the Big Bus a worthwhile option. We spent long periods going nowhere and the route was changed so we missed some attractions, for example the Blue riute not go to Marble Arch. A terrble day.

We were very surprised that all the wax figures are accessible, can even be touched and are not separated from the visitors! We missed Mr. Besn, Michael Jackson, Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts. The Royal Family is the center of attraction! However, the staggered entry means that there are rarely crowds. The 4D cinema is also worth a visit. The cab ride could be a little slower for our taste because there is soooo much to see! Overall, it's a destination that was well worth a visit! The Regentspark behind it should also be visited!

We have used Big Bus in many cities, both in US and abroad, and have always loved them. We purchased a two-day pass for London. On BOTH days, we experienced long delays in service in the afternoon, after 3:30 pm! In both instances we sat waiting on the bus for over 1/2 hour without moving! Neither time was any explanation given until we began moving again! I realize in the afternoon you are wrapping up the number of buses you are using in a day, and traffic, etc. can cause delays, but for it to happen two days in a row suggests sheduling problems that you can't blame on the traffic. The second day we missed a dinner reservation. To sit on a bus and not know what it going on is frustrating! We had 3 other hop on-hop off options in London - - on our next rip we will use another company .

It was awesome. It took me 2 hours exactly to complete. Please note that I was by myself, so that probably cut down on a lot of time for picture taking. It was very engaging and interactive. There's a 4D short film towards the end as well as a cute train ride. The red carpet entrance was so cute. They set the bar really high for wax museums

I was expecting only wax figures, or I was impressed by the depiction of London from past centuries.The only problem is the lack of a wardrobe.I was in winter and it was tiring to put on a jacket, cap, scarf and gloves.It would have been great to have somewhere to leave this, but I understand that it is not easy to do it because of the large number of people in attendance.It was a fun experience anyway.
