American Museum of Natural History Tickets + 1 Ticketed Exhibition

All the staff who work there are very helpful, the animal exhibits are almost real, very quiet and comfortable to spend with the family apart from a wonderful exterior.

The Elephant exhibit was wonderful.

Just lovely experience staff at desk could do with some personality very robotic. And wouldn't eat from cafe area didn't look to clean .

I purchased 4 admission tickets + 1. I was unable to use the +1 tickets. After initially, having to change the tickets over, I was provided general admission tickets with no feedback or knowledge of how to use or get the extra ticket that I paid for from this site for the plus one event. I waited online for one of the shows that I was supposed to pay for not knowing that these needed to be booked in advance. I waited online for 40 minutes. Me and my family were denied entrance.. my family, and I were then escorted to an area where we could book an event to be told that all events were booked. I would like to have a refund on the plus one for each of the tickets.

I was born and raised in New York City but hadn't been back since the Twin Towers was smoldering. On top of that it was my wife's first visit to the museum. Lastly, we have Grand Children that love dinasours. All of those things together made it "necessary" for me to come back. My wife loved the Planetarium and the fact that she could chat with our Grand Children about pictures we took. I would like to make a recommendation though. Please have a sign that people with handicaps (80% disabled US Veteran) that they don't have to wait in line and can ask for assistance. This would make things a lot smoother.

All the exhibits were amazing, I am very grateful for a friendly clerk at the gift shop that recommended the Gems and Minerals exhibit. I may have missed it completely if he hadn't mentioned it. The information lady in the main lobby was very helpful as well.

The Natural History Museum is an amazing place. My teenage son and I could not contain our enthusiasm for what we were seeing. We spent 7.5 hours and still didn't see everything we wanted to and can't wait to go back again. Worth the train ride form Philly. We added on the planetarium show and it was also amazing and definitely worth the extra few bucks.

My boys, ages 3 and 5, loved the dinosaur exhibit and the planetarium. I only wish there were more interactive exhibits as well as more about the planets.

One reason to buy a ticket online is so you don't have to wait in line to buy a ticket at the venue. Here, you had to use your online ticket to get a paper ticket to get it. What's the point? (Admitedly, I saw during buying the online ticket that it wouldn't get me in directly.) Also with the voucher you can't get in through the Central Park West entrance and there was a lot of steet construction making it hard to find the available entrance. Once I got inside the museum was awesome.

Fantastic experience, way beyond expectations. Only thing is that nothing about Romans adn Egypt was exhibited at the time of my visit.

This is an indelible experience. All exhibits were awesome and breathtaking I totally recommend as a must go to for all visitors and locals.

The tickets were easy to exchange. Time slot was perfect . Made some great memories with my family
