Had a wonderful time, the landscape are magical !
If you go in winter you might not be able to go till the end of the fjords as for us cause the water is freezed. So unfortunately the waterfall were freezed to but it still was really beautiful. And it’s satisfying and beautiful to see the boat trying to broke the ice

The trip was great, the fjord and landscape beautiful.
The 'ticketing experience' was awful. It's telling that companies insist on customers giving their email addresses and phone numbers so that they can bombard us with requests for reviews and marketing messages. But when our 9.00am trip was cancelled, no attempt was made to inform us by email or text. We were just brusquely informed at 8.40 on arrival at the quayside that we would have to rebook for 10.30 or 14.00 or could have a refund. No apology. Not good enough.

So, Why the low rating? ( and this was explained to be by someone who works for the company ) I had to alter my plans for the rest of the day because we left 90 minutes later than scheduled because the 9 am crew got good and drunk the night before and didn't show up for work.

Fabulous scenery. The confirmation of booking could have given more information on precisely where to meet and the name of the boat/operator was not clear. Different time cruises leave from different places - confusing. Everyone else had the same issue so it wasn't just me. That said great tour and friendly staff.
