The guide "Tudor" was great and had so much knowledge about every sight visited. Also we had a issue with the hop-on service at the hotel that we couldn't solve with the chat bot. We called the support and were able to resolve the issue within 2 minutes and were even fetched from a hotel that was not on the list but on the way. Great service! The sights themselves were also great (as you can assume they were completely overrun by tourists) and if you are interested in in the castles, village and some background info about Romania's history --> big recommendation.

It must be seen to gain an idea of the size of this architectural marvel of communism and the madness of Nicolae Ceausescu.

Just back from a very nice holiday in România. During this holiday i booked a tour to Peles,Bran and Brașov. Pavel the tour leader is very friendly and gives a lot of information during the day about our destination but also fun facts along the way. It was a wonderfull day !!

The tour guide is amazing The building is beautiful The story and sacrifice made by the Romanians to build this monument.

A lot to see and discover in this massive building. Contact lady from the company was really nice, efficient and friendly. Guide inside building was professional and talk in interesting way.

Granted you could not change it being 1/2 hr from 1 hr but there first should have been a price adjustment accordingly. The guide was too focused on "Romanian Philosophy" rather than describing the rooms and the appointments of them. One had to ask about things like the rugs and lights only to be rebuffed- 'Will get to that later" to then listen to 10 mkinutes of social philosphy which was meaningless.

Everything was all right. The organisers were punctual, and the tour was quite informative and interesting. If you are into history this tour is a must.

It should be noted that we booked the tour for a group of 18 participants. The experience overall went well and the visit to the castles is really worth the excursion. However despite the fact that we had booked a tour at 7.30 a.m. with pickup at our hotel the day before at 6 p.m. we got an automated message to report at 6.45 a.m. to the bus departure at University Square, this meant leaving the hotel at 6.00 a.m.! Upon reading the message we immediately contacted the guide who at our insistence managed to convince the driver to come by our hotel at 7.15 am. The visit to the castles went well although we all would have preferred not to waste time at Bran Castle and spend more time visiting Brasov where we stayed a total of 40 minutes. Too bad!

This was a lovely tour! We were running late due to traffic and the tour coordinater was so gracious and accommodated us. Our tour guide was knowledgable and did a great job.

Very nice experience. The walk from the Tour's office to the Parliament was just a couple of blocks. There was no wait in line at the Parliament. There guide was easy to understand in English but a bit hard to hear in some areas. The tour took about 1 hour. I wish I had more time to see the rest of the areas, if they were open for self-guided touring (I don't know, since we had to go meet a friend for lunch). I recommend it.

Certainly a significant piece of Romanian history. Could have touched on the negative aspects of what this bldg did to the Romanian country. Seemed to spend more time in getting thru security than the actual tour itself. Glad I went, but definitely not worth the money.

Our organizser, the brunette motorbiker woman was lovely and super cool, and also our guide Francisc - very charismatic and geek like, just awesome. We`ve seen only 5 % of the interior, in 1 hour..... For the beauty of it, we should do at least 2 hours, to cover a bit more. But anyway, good organisation and it`s definetly worthed. House of Parliament has a lot of surprises that you don`t quite expect from communists part. Thank you

Good communication after tickets are purchased. The staff at office was very friendly and helpful. The Palace of Parliament is worth the visit, massive building and beautiful decoration.

We enjoyed this tour a lot more than we thought we would. Our guide was very knowledgeable and pretty funny. Got to learn quite a bit about the building, it's history and what the rooms aw used for now. Would definitely recommend.

The palace is absolutely beautiful, I'm very glad we went. However, we were expecting to learn more about Romania's political system and what happens in the Palace. There was almost nothing about that on the tour.

Who knew the opulence hidden in a building so vast and brutal in its architecture. The fact that it was ever built was of a communist vision. Thousands displaced to have this parliament built. Its so big we just saw five percent of it, but what we did see was just jaw dropping.

Well organised, short waiting time after the security check, ticketing was fully taken care of by the organisers. Very impressive building from the outside as for the inside. Interesting visit even if we only saw 5% of the whole building.
