The ice cave was closed and the crystal ride was closed and the big gondolas were closed at the start. The Matterhorn was great but my wife and I wanted to see ice caves and do crystal ride and that was not disclosed when I bought the tickets. Also the directions to getting the tickets in the application are not correct and goes to a empty building.

Unfortunately, our car broke down on the way from Locarno to Zermatt. By the time the car was towed to a garage and we finally got a rental car, half a day had already passed. We were therefore unable to keep our appointment.
Unfortunately, the operator was also unable to cancel or rebook the tickets. So we paid 190 CFr for nothing.

There was no entry to the event. It was canceled. The company said that the weather conditions didn't support the climb. It even said that the money had been returned to the headout. I request a refund. I'll let you know in advance and open a chargeback request
