The eternal queuing despite having a reservation and a ticket is more than annoying. In the Louvre it spreads out a little after you have passed the second, correct ticket control. For Mona Lisa, plan to queue for another half an hour to an hour. The mass of people and abundance of exhibits is overwhelming - you need several days to take a cursory look at "everything".

The meeting point to enter the Louvre is unclear. I was unable to download my ticket. I couldn't download the audioguide. Receiving the information and ticket only the day before the visit is too little too late. The number given in the event of a problem only allows me to speak to someone who only speaks English. I would like to request a refund for the unused audio guide, which has failed to download. Yours sincerely

if you visit 2 places on your trip it has got to be the Louvre and the Eiffel tower, we chose a guided tour of the tower and it was amazing! we went right to the top and enjoyed a glass of champagne! something very romantic about having a glass of champagne at sunset at the top of the eiffel tower!

The headout teams can't be reached quickly. It's too complicated to get an answer to a question: for a question about tickets not received, I got a return e-mail 1 week after the event! Fortunately, the on-site service provider was more responsive and efficient. Overall we had a bad experience. We won't do it again.

The Louvre is by far the largest museum we have ever visited as a family. It wasn't the Mona Lisa, but the variety and age of the really different exhibits that impressed us deeply. And in many of the works of art, the LOVE for detail speaks for itself. Really impressive. And we "only" visited the first level.

We booked two tickets for us parents and none for our teenage kids three months ahead and I was very nervous about getting the tickets only one day in advance and not having any for my kids. The queue was short as it was a timed visit. The map wasn't easy to navigate but was somewhat helpful. There was no way we could see everything so we did as much as possible and it was a great experience. Not all the paintings and art works had an audio guide recording which I think wouldn't be difficult to add to the app even few lines would be better than nothing. One last thing, I don't understand why the tickets arrived very late the night before the visit date. Despite the customer service reassuring me that it would come but I was still nervous about it. For future I suggest that you send them at least 48-72 hours in advance for the peace of mind of customers.

The Louvre is simply unique in terms of its collection and the way it is presented... All family members from small to large were totally thrilled... Regarding the booking itself, I have to say that there were system-related problems but the support responded super quickly and did everything to ensure that we were able to experience the experience with an hour's delay but no matter because the service was great... The king's halls and the frescoed ceiling in addition to the jugonde and of course the Italian paintings and Greco-Roman statues. It needs to be improved with a sense of visitation and numbering the rooms is very large and therefore very dispersive.

Head Out tickets worked perfect, but the Louvre Museum was overcrowded. Especially in the Mona Lisa room, first about 1/2 an hour to get first in line to have good fotos, and then we were not allowed closer than about 4-5 meters from the picture, which is so small it was difficult to see details.

The guide at the Eiffel Tower said he was not allowed to stay on the 2nd platform to tell us something, maybe it is true, but we had the idea that he wanted to get rid of us quickly. He sent us right to the top, we didn't see him after that. We got by, so fine. But then a lot of money for just the entrance.

There were 4 documents to open from the tickets. Pages 1 and 4 could be opened. The staff at the Louvre wanted page 2 ... They then sent me to a nearby shopping center for free wifi. There, too, I was unable to open or download pages 2 and 3. I had even booked a package for unlimited data volume - but unfortunately it wasn't the connection or the WiFi but the app. Even your hotline couldn't help me. First the invoice number, then the telephone number with a loudspeaker via a cell phone in Paris - it was stressful. Even after that, I only got the same email with a link to the app (which didn't work). After just under 2 hours, the staff at the Louvre were happy with page 4 and we were allowed in. I don't want this annoyance again - uninstalled the app. I won't be booking anything via Headout again

The museum is superb. However, the audioguide provided by the museum is mediocre. What's more, the staff are unable to explain how it works. They're too busy talking to each other. We noticed that 90% of visitors with audioguides didn't use them, or were stopped trying to get them to work.

We took 3 tours with headout: Louvre, Eiffel, and Orsay. Eiffel was great because we had a live guide, Carmel, she was wonderful. I bought the audio guides for both Louvre and Orsay. I could not access either. They required a reference number. I searched everywhere and only found a Booking Number which did not work. I am very unhappy about that. Also, you should download tickets before hand because there is no Internet reception in the Louvre.

First of all, the time that has been chosen, got modified in the tickets ( by 2 hours later) On top if it. by comparing the official price which was mentioned on the tickets ( both Louvre and Versailles) the money charged was outrages. I was charged 281 euro ( 3 ppl), while the total price ( officially mentioned) is 66 euro for Louvre ( for 3 persons) and 96 euro for Versailles palace. In total the real price is 162 euro. meaning we have been charged by 119 euro more ( the margin) of 75%- this is unacceptable! Do not book it via this website! I am expecting at least that customer support will call me and explain the situation, and i will have at least for the different time the refund back ( based on prorata)

From your email that arrived by the way really close to the visit(which made the organization even more complex), it was specified to download the audioguide app and enter the code given in the "partner details" section. I also asked for a refund from the agency but was denied because the operators said that officially the museum was open and therefore we were not entitled to refunds. We threw away 71 euros. I loved NOTHING about my experience. My tour at the Eiffel Tower was canceled last minute due to the heat on July 1. The information from the guides on site was inaccurate, and they clearly didn't care. After contacting Head Out for a refund, the response so far has been to ask me to send proof that the tower closed. You should already have all of the information. HeadOut also failed to notify me that the Louvre was canceling all visits until 11:15 on July 3; our reservation was for 10:00am. The guard at the Louvre told me that Head Out had been notified, should have notified me beforehand, and would provide a refund. I have had NO communication from Head Out at any time, and I am currently waiting for a response to my email. Unexpected closures etc happen, but a good company responds with excellent customer service. So far, Head Out's response seems to be to avoid refunding my payment and to make any issue mine. I shouldn't have to prove information you should already have.

Hello, when you book a visit at 11:30 on the site and you receive tickets for 14:00 only by SMS when it is also planned by mail which would have allowed to translate the operating mode of use. Contact by SMS and e-mail, reply by e-mail on the day of the visit at 14:46, they don't give a damn about customers. Admission went perfectly. Ticket for 12:30 - inside the Louvre at 12:32. Whether this was due to the head out - I don't know - I think we would have got in with any other ticket. We had already joined the queue at 11:30 and were therefore right at the front of the line. TIP: Be there 1 hour in advance - then you'll be inside quickly at the specified time - the stewards will make sure of that outside. AND: You first have to show and scan your ticket when you are inside and want to go to one of the halls - not at the entrance, where only the bags are checked (scanner like at the airport) and not down in the hall under the pyramid roof. The better entrance is at the pyramid - not at the Caroussell - it's full everywhere - but it's much better at the pyramid ... Getting out of the Louve is more difficult than getting in - we got lost several times despite flyers and signs - finally found the Caroussell exit where there is a shopping mile. As the mall is already full anyway and then the long queues to get into the Louvre - unbelievable and bad. Outside at the pyramid it is very well organized. But you need at least 3 hours to see a small part of it. It's best to go in twice on different days to see everything. Our tickets come up on the app to get us in. I did not realize I would need them to get into each wing. When we went to pull them up again I could not get the PDF to load due to bad wifi and signal in the Louvre. There was no help number to calll with the head out app. We kept clickingz and clicking around until they finally popped back popes up. We never did figure out how we found them the second time. You need some type of tech support that is reachable. It was very frustrating to think we had lost our tickets and could not get in.

Louvre is in itself a sight worth seeing. The collections are huge and well displayed. However, to get the maximum out of your visit pre-planning is worth while. As the exhibits are so large you easily end up walking and gawking aimlessly without necessarily seeing what you came to see. The interactive guide (audio guide) takes some time to truly understand. For those who have played games on a PSP have a huge advantage.

Of course, the quantity of these wonderful pictures is a dream, but even if you don't want to see a Mona Lisa, it is difficult and exhausting to work your way through these photogrphing crowds - only to end up happily in peace in an unappreciated section with equally wonderful pictures. Beautiful places but too crowded. At Versailles, in particular, everyone clustered together. Then it was not made clear at the time of purchase that the Palace + gardens ticket would allow us access to the gardens even before the Palace entrance time. We realized this by accident. Just as it was not clear that the ticket also included entrance to the Grand Trianon. For admission to the Louvre, however, it would have been better if you had informed us with an email about the permanent exhibitions that were not visible, at least we were prepared. Nothing made the visit memorable. It was a good experience and I understood why it is required to arrive half an hour before the booked time for entry In fact, it took more than 25 minutes to get the 9 o'clock group in. Very strange was the method of entry handled by two girls one of whom was particularly rude in the face of a request to her colleague as to why people who arrived 20 minutes after me entered earlier. The chance to admire all those masterpieces and ancient artifacts on display (Egyptian and otherwise) repays the small problems encountered including waiting for the countless selfies people take in front of the Mona Lisa.
