Everything was absolutely amazing except the audio part. It was too confusing. I thought my purchased ticket covered the audio, but it didn't. I downloaded the audio, not once, but twice and it didn't work.
Otherwise, our trip there was Amazing!! We loved it. I saw the Mona Lisa in person! Beautiful museum!

The visit to the museum was great. The parts of the audio guide that were there were good. But there were so few. That was a shame.

It was successful all round and the "entry" was also completely easy! The only thing that was missing was "excellent": The orientation to the individual points and their description was often difficult (for us?)! A sysrem of your description with the locations in the Louvre would be good! (Location, room number, ...)

Louvre is just impressive and fantastic.
Though the acoustics especially in the lobby is horrible.
Despite - jump the line tickets - a lot of time is spend cueing.

The long waiting times before entering (in the rain), the hustle and bustle inside, the waiting times in front of the toilets and the café are very exhausting. I had actually booked the headphones, but would have had to queue again for them

Very good experience, it allowed us to visit this beautiful city without having to walk too much and getting off and on at the stops of our choice. The kids loved being on top, we were lucky with the weather ☀️.
Audioguide very good for us.
Small downside: the bus stops are poorly marked. We often looked for them. They are blue and it says under the bus sign "red buses".

The hop on, hop off bus tour was yhe best!!! It was a perfect way to travel to the sights of Paris!!! We rode on top on a beautiful sunny Spring day, and everything was lovely! The bus lifts you up above the crowds to make some incredible views possible! Also, the headphones and narration we good (although I think more narration could be done). All in all, well worth the cost!!!

There are so many people going to the Louvre that it is necessary to queue 1 hour before the time slot. 15 minutes as recommended by them is too little. In addition, the audio guide cannot be listened to in peace with so many people. We were always busy looking for a way in between.

It was our first time in Paris. The bigbus is highly recommended to see a lot of Paris. Especially if you don't have much time. It's worth it and the price-performance ratio is ok. I would do it again. A great experience.
