The public transportation in Amsterdam was excellent.
Very punctual, very clean, and the stations were also very bright and clean.

Convenient day pass for streetcar and metro. Scanning with barcode did not always go smoothly in the streetcar. Scanning when getting off takes too much time.

This tour was so fun and a MUST to do in Amsterdam. The staff all had great vibes and made sure to make it an exciting time for everyone. It's great to do with family or friends and it was such an engaging experience.

GVB transport covered a small number of means of transport and only in the center of Amsterdam, for the rest of the means of transport I still had to buy new tickets.

We were not able to use our tickets at the time and date I bought them for and the company was accomdating. We were able to use them the next day. It was a fun experience and who doesn't like a few beers!?

The staff was really nice and friendly, despite it being the last tour before closing they were thorough and ready to answer any questions we had. The experience contains both information about Heineken and about the city of Amsterdam in general. Recommended.

The app, wasn't working properly, and I was never able to add the tickets to my wallet even if I updated it.
Also, for the boat cruise, the windows were all foggy. I think they should clean the windows before the cruise that wouldn't take a minute and it would change the whole experience.

we had 24 hours tickets which worked most of the time, but on two occasions we couldn't get out of the metro without further assistance as ti would not let us out; as it was Sunday night it was not very pleasent experience in almost deserted metro station
