I really liked not having to deal with the ticketing, our guide handled all of that with the museum. Our guide, Kawiheh, was really great, and his English commentary was exceptional. He explained things about the paintings that I would never have noticed or appreciated. While we did not see every single thing in the museum, I feel like I got an excellent summary in the 2 hours of the tour. Everything was well organized and efficient. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Our guide was incredible and taught us so much about Dutch art and cults in a playful way, it was a wonderful tour (now I've unfortunately forgotten the name :-(). Highly recommended!!!

I had to cancel when our River Cruise had to change because of the low water on the Rhine. I called as soon as I found out we couldn't make our ticket time and was told I was too late to cancel. Not much was offered. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

The tickets for two people that I booked online for 28.04.2025 and presented at the Van Gogh Museum were rejected there as invalid, so I had to buy new tickets on site for both the Van Gogh Museum and the Stedelijk Museum. Reason: Booking error on the part of Headout Ops. What can I do to get a refund from Headout for the amount I paid (I have a receipt)?

We have redeemed your combination tickets Stedelijkmiseum/ canal cruise with Lovers. However, they only included one ticket for the canal cruise in the ticket voucher although 2 were booked and paid for. I therefore had to pay an additional €17.50 to Lover Cruisses in order to take the canal cruise. I would therefore ask you to transfer the amount of € 17.50 back to me.

We liked the exhibition.
What was bad was that we were denied entry because we, and many others, had booked with Headout.
We had to buy new tickets for both of us on the spot. The staff indicated that we could reclaim the cost we had incurred at Headout. So here goes! You can transfer it back to my account NL16RABO0311353665.
