Combo: Petrosains, The Discovery Centre + KL Tower Tickets

We had the experience while the sun was setting and to look at the city from above at night. Fortunately, we didn't have to queue. The view from the KL Tower is astonishing. In total we were almost 2 hours on the viewing platform and enjoyed it very much. The description, what is included, is in my opinion a little misleadingly written. "Entry to Skybox" apparently only means that you can enter by means of a ticket, which can be purchased separately on site at the observation deck. We have decided not to buy this separately, because the view and the possibility to take photos are also very good anyway. I would like to point out that the lighting on the way to the parking lot is unfortunately not sufficient and suggest that the stairs be better marked or illuminated. The last step of a section was not recognisable because of the darkness and the scarce light, which is why my boyfriend sprained his ankle. This has nothing to do with our experience at the tower in and of itself, but perhaps this should be taken into account and implemented for the future.

Tooo slow. Tickets received not as expected. Resulting my group has to wait at the entrance longer then promised. Better buy ticket at the kiosk than your web.

First of all, the imposing height of the KL Tower when you're standing at its foot. When you have your electronic ticket: easy access, efficient guidance by the staff, superb view from the Observation Deck behind the large bay windows, and finally, outdoors, on the Sky Deck at 300 meters, and seeing Kuala Lumpur in 360° is wonderful. I recommend it for the thrills.

Going to the observation deck was OK, but we had paid for the sky deck which I was looking forward to see, but they closed it just as we arrived as it was spitting rain which was really disappointing..

We were lucky and didn't have to queue or wait long anywhere. It was a great experience, the weather was great and the view was amazing. However, we had to buy additional tickets for the SkyBox. Our assumption was that the ticket price, bought online, included all possible options. Recommendation by day and by night.

Very easy to use headout..no need to organize to buy tickets..until you can continue to enter...
