More exhibits should be added for the ticket price charged. Also please increase the number of Aqua Theater shows from 3 to at least 5. The 4D movie may be changed to a better and interesting topic!

When we arrived at the venue, the tickets would not download. When I went to the ticket kiosk, they said that they couldn't do anything about it because we got the tickets from headout, a third-party. After at least 45 minutes, the tickets finally downloaded which shortened our time at the venue considerably. The tickets were actually for the next day even though I read everything carefully before purchasing. And again the venue could not help us. I lost $90 and had to re-purchase tickets from the venue itself. I'll never use Headout again.
