Phantom of the Opera

The show was great. First the theatre was fully included into the scene - so specatators are feeling as part of the show and not just watching it. The cast was outstanding with all roles being set brilliantly, as well was the orchestra and the sound within the theatre. I saw the Phantom 3 times in different theatres around Europe durng the last decades, but this show was definitely the best.

The location, the theatre itself. The show and scenes were absolutely fantastic !!! The same emotions as last time we went there (almost 12years ago !). Ticketing and admission Processes were very fluid However, we regret that the theatre still offers some tickets with "no view" instead of "restricted view" as I was literally beside pillar !

Ticket experience was great. Easy to use and worked nicely. The theater was older but nice. The seats were set up in line with the row in front of each other. So everyone had their heads bent to opposite sides to be able to watch the show. Not like theaters today where seating is off set.

The performance of Jon Robyns was awesome! Your explanation for the seat said there was a pillar in the field of view but did not mention about the ceiling of the dress circle which also cuts off important seans.

All very good. I've seen the opera four times. I love it. The tickets through Headout were very easy to buy and get. Congratulations! I recommend it.

Chumisa Dornford-May as Christine Daaé was unbelievable. Ive been wanting to watch The Phantom of the Opera for so many years and its better than I ever thought it would be, everyone was just brilliant. I recommend it to absolutely everyone, beautiful performance!

Great experience. My 16-year-old daughter did the translation for me, which was a good exercise for her and a good time for sharing. The 31 artists on stage were excellent, the costumes and sets stunning, and the special effects very well done. A magnificent evening for this two-and-a-half-hour show, with no regrets about the investment. Many thanks to all.

The actors were stunning, as were the sets. But you have to love opera to see this comedy. Very pretty story

We booked tickets online in London at very short notice, one hour before the start, and everything went smoothly. The Phantom of the Opera was very nice, but with "restricted view" we didn't think that we would be sitting completely behind a black post (in Les Miseraables the posts are 15 cm wide and negligible), plus the balcony tier hangs over the rear stalls and you lose the upstage view, catastrophic. I deliberately didn't book a balcony because it often gets very hot upstairs in these old British theaters, this time a mistake. Even more annoying: the emergency lighting was extremely bright and distracting, so you couldn't see the darker stage very well. Congestion in all corridors during the interval, no foyer visit/beverage purchase possible, we took advantage of an ice cream offer inside. Summary/recommendation: play is great, theater is beautiful, but to see and enjoy it at all: Next time definitely book the balcony or stalls at the front, even if it's unfortunately expensive.

everything, the theater was beautiful, the voices of the participants were spectacular, the play was very well done, I was only left with the desire to take a souvenir photo.

Was really beautiful. Nice customs. Beautiful voices. Only it's better to sit more in front or upstairs for the view sight. But would recommend obviously 🥰

Ticketing experience was regular. The performers and the show were stupendous. I did not like the eating and drinking during the show and the limited leg and shoulder space provided by His Majester Theather.

The cast, the stage, the orchestra and the staff working at the theatre were all amazing. The performance was phenomenal. Booking through Headout was super convenient!

Great show. I especially liked the singer acting Christine. Her voice was amazing, and I was dazzeled at the part when she sang higher and higher with the instruction by the phantom.

The whole thing was a great experience! The stage, the music, the actors - everything was just right. Some of the stage sets were amazing! It was really fun to see the performance.

The setting was beautiful, the scenery fabulous, but the staging was polished, the performers had magnificent voices and the story was captivating. The only downsides: the sound was far too loud, and the space between the rows far too narrow, even for average-sized people. There was little or no room to stretch out or reposition your legs, which quickly made the position uncomfortable and prevented you from enjoying the show to the full.
