Westminster Abbey Tickets with Audio Guide

Westminster Abbey is of course great - and booking a ticket at Headout went really smoothly. But then you have to stand in the same queue with the booked ticket as the people without a ticket. This is probably technically unavoidable - but then, of course, booking a ticket in advance doesn't really make much sense...:))

I loved the up close and personal experience we received and the easy to follow audio guide, when we could see the audio numbers. With the crowd, you couldn't always see the signs of what audio number you should be at. The audio was short and sweet and informative.

It was a very nice experience ! We were worried about not having printed tickets since all the comments we read were about having them printed but we forgot - we were also worried about the long line and the "wait" of more than 1 hour that everyone was talking about in the comments !!! And oh surprise!!!! Quite the opposite !!! We arrived 40 minutes early and no line! We passed quickly and before our booked time ! We went through with virtual ticket without any problem!!!! And we enjoyed Westminster Abbey completely !!!! There were more people and other groups but nothing complicated ! Everything was open ! We entered all the places !!! PRECIOUS!!!! Full of history. It is a museum !!! Our tour with the audio guide took about 2 hrs. Absolutely recommend with headout and maybe if you don't want lines visit it in season immediately after vacations. Low season. I think that's the reason for the thousands of unfortunate comments / My husband and I left very happy and earlier than planned !

Für St Paul musste der Voucher für das Ticket per Mail weitergeleitet werden, das hat leider nicht funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiterin von St Paul war sehr freundlich und hat eine Lösung gefunden. Eine Überarbeitung der Anzeige, um ein leichteres Weiterleiten der Voucher zu ermöglichen, wäre gut. Die Option zur Weiterleitung ist nicht leicht zu finden und letztlich ist wegen der EIngabe der Buchungsnummer nicht gelungen. Alle anderen Tickets haben problemlos funktioniert. :)

We spent an hour in the queue before entering the abbaye even if we had booked our tickets. The abbaye is crowded it is difficult to visit at your own pace. It is stunning though and we were delighted to visit the abbaye :)

There was confusion in the queue. Some people were sent to a very long line while others were admitted straight inside. We thought it was probably a ticket type but, after bumping into friends who happened to visit on the same da, who had the same type of ticket we did, and who were admitted straightaway, we were more than a bit disappointed to have been made to wait for 90 minutes to get inside. The audio tour was great though.

Easy way to order tickets. What was nice was that you had different options which tour you wanted to follow and in your own language re listened to

It was an amazing trip back in history! The stained glass windows were incredible, not to mention the architecture. A definite must do in London.

I was on a tight schedule and understood that by buying a ticket in advance I could avoid the queue. This was not the case. Otherwise, wonderful and very interesting venue to visit

Walking where many influential people had walked before for happy and sad events was truly a privilege. There was a feeling of sadness for me seeing all who were buried here. We had a conversation with one of the staff regarding the knights of the bath which was absolutely amazing and he showed us a book from the 1700's. Our time at the Abbey was absolutely incredible and I'm so happy we took this tour.

Have been admitted immediately without queuing. :+1: Otherwise, I liked the reminder with directions and helped.

The line was short as we had prebooked tickets. My group enjoyed the the recorded information. It would have been nice to have an interactive map to locate specific tombs, or perhaps list them and then "tap" so you can find them to ensure you did not miss them

I loved the freedom to explore, and how knowledgeable the staff is. If we had questions, there was always someone to ask and educate us on the history of the Abbey.

I didn't use your ticket as it wasn't digital andI didn't have a printer or access to one neither did I have time to sort it out as I was going the next day. I've lost £88 and had to buy my tickets direct from the sites (which were digital) I understood the "tickets " were being emailed to me It was not made clear before buying them that they had to be printed out .Once I had pressed place order it was too late and was told I could not have a refund although the St Paul's ticket states it is refundable . The instructions for redeeming them at the venue were confusing As I did go after buying digital tickets directly I did not see any sign of a meeting point as directed by you nor did we need to produce photo iD as stated on you site I was fobbed off twice by your customer services who said my complaint had been escalated to the concerns team no one has got back to me Fine if tickets have to be printed off as long as customers are warned prior to ordering them which is what I'm angry about as I wouldn't have paid most, if not all,of the London Venues deal with digital tickets and that is what I expected

Westministet Abby was perfect. In St Paul we had to mail the tickets to them before entring and this was not convenient . What if I did not have a way to email them ?

Ticketing on the web was very easy. It was just confusing to read tickets had to be printed before use while it was not the case. They are scanned at the entry.

È stato bellissimo poter camminare nella stessa navata percorsa dai reali inglesi. Westminster Abbey è stupenda! Amazing!

Easy access and payment. Provided outdoor washrooms, audio tour and display of information in the Cathedral. Unfortunately for the entrance time there got sold so many tickets that the queue ridiculously long - waiting time to get in was 60 min., in the rain!!!

The whole Sbbey us awesome, never realised it qas so bug. The architecture us amazing how they did it few hundred years is beyond me. !!!
