I recently visited Emirates Park Zoo with my family and it was a wonderful and memorable experience. The environment was clean, family-friendly, and full of exciting activities for all ages. I especially enjoyed the variety of animals and the interactive encounters, which made the visit feel both fun and educational. However, I believe the experience could be even better with a few improvements. Introducing more transparent glass viewing areas for the wild animals would enhance visibility and allow visitors to observe them more closely and naturally, without any barriers obstructing the view. This small enhancement would add more value to the overall experience and make it even more engaging. Overall, it was an amazing visit, and I would definitely recommend Emirates Park Zoo to others. I look forward to seeing how it continues to grow and improve in the future.

The zoo is a great experience, there's a good variety of animals to see, most of which you can also feed; oh boy are they hungry! So we went during the day, it was quite hot, so many of the animals are in the shade and resting, but still a good visit. The staff is super friendly! There are some cafes with refreshments dotted around the zoo, so good stop here and there. Overall, Highly recommend!

This is my second experiance booked with headup. Even the Warner Bros tickets I get a bit delayed due to internal issues but they inform us earlier and luckily we got the ticket prior to the booked date. Headout took awhile to process our tickets, so book in advance if you're planning to go and don't do it from there. For the theme park, it was a fun experience! Unfortunately they had maintainance going on for Mission Ferrari so wasn't able to ride that :( Rossa was an amazing experience and flying aces exceeded even that with all the loops and falls. Highly recommend attending!

The park is beautiful and with this platform bought at the lowest price around. For small children actually the rides are not many but by entering the height on the site it shows the ones available, also there is to consider that until there 3 years old they do not pay and rightly you can not have demands. The shows are beautiful and the location is WOW🤩. To remember pants and long-sleeved shirt the air conditioning is strong.

Someone (small boy ) bullying with my daughter and after lodge complained to information desk Mr. Thomas didn't responded immediately and called security guy Mr. Junaid after 6.5 minutes and in meantime that boy run away after 2.5 minutes. We waited there for about 20 minutes and till that time security incharge not reached and caught that boy . The visit started with an unforgettable experience. I was denied entry inside the zoo with the ticket purchased. Was later notified by zoo authorities about ticket's non-applicability in public holidays. I had to purchase fresh tickets from the counter. This experience was highly inconvemient and unpleasant for the family and led to financial wastage. I was not provided refund or any other alternate usage for the ticket amount paid online. This is unacceptable that some finer prints on the voucher is utmost responsibility of the customer to read thoroughly. My purchase cycle was simple - search online for tickets, open the url and click on booking while looking for discounts. This is how the process for other payment app should be vs reading the entire script. Since I selected 1st April as the visit date and the app showed availability, I went ahead and booked. Your app should have the in built mechanism to disallow any booking as of date coinciding with public holiday. The lack of it has led to unaccountability at company's end and high level of frustration and money impact for the customer. I would demand 100% refund from Headout on this.. Regards Aditya

The promised discount did apply... but the ticket was delivered 2 hours after the scheduled time of the visit !! This totally screwed my experience as I had to fly to the airport and could not enjoy anything. The worst is that I claimed for reimbursement when I missed my visit (after I claimed the tickets twice the day before to the customer service), and they pretended they had sent me the ticket. This is absolutely wrong as my booking was referred pending confirmation on the app till they sent me the tickets 2 hours after the event. Avoid them; mistakes can happen but you have to be honest. They are not.

According to the shuttle timetable provided with my confirmed ticket, the bus was supposed to depart from Sheraton Hotel at 11:00 AM. I arrived at the Sheraton Hotel by 10:30 AM, only to be informed that the bus actually departs from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at 11:00 AM. I rushed to DoubleTree by 11:00 AM with my 1.5-year-old infant, only to be told that the bus had already left at 9:30 AM. This situation caused me significant stress, physical strain, and inconvenience, especially as I was traveling with a young child. I also attempted to contact both the Yas Island helpline and the head office for assistance, but I received no support or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect the following: A thorough explanation for the miscommunication in the shuttle timetable. Compensation for the inconvenience, time wasted, and the physical strain caused by this ordeal. My kids food was not not allowed partially and they are restricting to take only little and the security manager Mr.asif was not supportive and he's even talking with so much attitude even after after sometime informed to not to take any food inside . This is completely un professional behavior from the management . We came to explore the zoo with kids sometimes kids don't like one food so we took apple , pomegranate, curd rice and cake . How come they restrict the kids foods saying only one or two allowed inside and if we need more we need to come again to the entrance venue to take another ..

As a marine lover, seaworld has to be my second favourite place on earth. What a wonderful experience, the endless ocean was just incredible. I could spend hours getting lost in the amazing installations. It was other worldly. Very. Clean, great staff full of information and waiting to engage with visitors. I almost missed the experience as we were meant to go on a dessert safari, but I am so glad we cancelled due to the heat and didnt miss this wonderful experience!

The best park in UAE ! Not too many animals, but the area extremely interesting designed ( especially cold places )) missing my cold country )) Sea lions show! And will go again) Only one thing was not good: we came with my son to cafe front of flamingo looong cafe, my son showed which cake he wants, just because he is small one, he touched little bit one cake. ( which is open for everyone and people easily can sneeze for example of even I believe it's not good have open food in such open area where a lot of people ) so my son was showing cake and one man who works in this cafe get angry for my son " DONT TOUCH!!".. me and my son got scared.... of course we paid for this cake but the situation was really bad . The food must to be covered in open areas ( I'm sure this is a food storage standard and for some reason it is not observed in this cafe opposite the flamingo).

It was awesome.we enjoyed a lot worth spending money. Price was little higher because of Eid holidays but thanks Headout we got discount of around 100 AED. Warner bros was nice indooor theme park Good for family I believe better for a younger audience. Green latern was probably the best ride . Been florid and LA theme not as food as them but worth a family visit. Food burger and fries felt price were expensive especially if going for family it could cost up to 100 pound sterling not sure is worth it. Combined with the bonus ticket for the palace was at great price the Palace is must visit . Ensure for the females shoulders and legs are covered as is policy and respect.

We spent 45 mins walking to find the shuttle around Deira City Centre. The instructions were so poorly given for the shuttle by Headout. Bought tickets for Yas Sea world and another YAS theme park. Tickets issued included sea world only. Contacted support via chat and explained the issue and was told I will get a response via email. Email response assumed I wanted to cancel-Something I never asked for-I just want the full experience promised. After explaining this clearly via email I am being ignored. So are my follow up emails.

Tickets were sent promptly to my email and they were easy to use for entrance at Sea World. However, we did what it said on the ticket and visited Sea World first, after half day there, we went to the mall for a couple of hours and proceeded to the 2nd theme park ‘Warner Brothers’ where at the ticket entry were I for,Ed the ticket was not valid and only valid for SeaWorld. It was rather embarrassing as I had a guest visiting, and had to pay out over 700 AED for tickets to Warner Brothers. Had I known this I would not have bought this ticket through HeadOut and would have just bought tickets to Warner Brothers only. Will only ever buy tickets from the actual place in the future.

I wasn't able to enter Ferrari world, the ticket was not valid. I drived for almsot one and half hours, with my wife and 5 years old kid, in a public holiday day where I can barely take a day off my work, spent another one and half hour waiting the issue to be resolved, but nothing happened. I had to leave beacuse your team didn't even care. Although it's completely on you, the ticket that was generated was not valid, Ferrari World team confirmed this to me and gave me proof, even with all that your team didn't even bother to give me another tickets to resolve the issue. You just dind't want to lose few dirhams to solve an issue that you caused. The funny part is I spent 37mins on the phone with your associate and she said "My Manager will call you in 5mins and resolve this out", but of course no one called back, I had to leave back with my family. Myself, my wife, and my son were disappointeed, and my son thought I lied to him!!! If you think sending new ticket now will resolve the issue, please don't bother it. I lost my vacation day, my time, a family time, I had to drive for almost 3 go and back, I lost moeny for fuel and parking, and the most worse part that i lost my son trust. If you can't even send the right ticket t your customers I suggest you find another business.

My experience with headout was like shit and worst experience of my life. The help from the support staff was useless and no correct response. I was promised that customer executive will call me after getting in touch with local service provider which I never ever received. When I booked the ticket it was mentioned that the ticket is for seaworld abu dhabi plus one more yas island park. I went to Ferrari World and they never allowed me to wnter. I called your executives with no help. I will never use headout in my life as you spoiled my one day of vacation. I will inform all my friends to never use this website and will post also on Twitter.

They did not allow access to the second park. Said it was for 1 day pass at Sea World only. My youngest son was devastated as we drove through on Friday ( public holiday) to be told it was only access for women, then went back yesterday to be told the ticket was not valid for the park, only Sea World 1 day pass.

What a fantastic experience! Great atractions there, due to July there were no queues (up to 5 minutes) Ferrari Rosa is superb, but other atractions are great as well. We did not use shuttle bus service as it's not guaranteed.
