This is my second experiance booked with headup.
Even the Warner Bros tickets I get a bit delayed due to internal issues but they inform us earlier and luckily we got the ticket prior to the booked date.

Very nice park, everything is spotless, the animals seem to be well cared for, the staff very present and attentive to the animals.

The zoo is a great experience, there's a good variety of animals to see, most of which you can also feed; oh boy are they hungry!
So we went during the day, it was quite hot, so many of the animals are in the shade and resting, but still a good visit. The staff is super friendly! There are some cafes with refreshments dotted around the zoo, so good stop here and there. Overall, Highly recommend!
