Easy to use and get around cheaply.

Was a really cost-effective and easy way to get around the International Drive area

The purchase of tickets was easy, but there was no guide to explain the tour or the sites, the drivers are not friendly, they answer in a bad way, I would not recommend it to others.

I enjoyed riding the trolley I am from New York City we have city buses but being on your particular bus as a trolley was different and exciting different seating bigger windows it was a pleasure to ride.

The app is really easy to use but it didn't load up a scan barcode that the driver required, in order to give us the tickets. It was an inconvenience trying to prove I had paid for the tickets & had to show him emails & the app screen to prove I had paid for the booking. So overall it didn't make the process easy.

I took the red line and saw many cool sites in Orlando. However, I had several awkward conversations with an abrasive heavy set African American female driver. I'm African American myself so it's not a race issue. She had a combative loud response to every question that I asked her. I was calmly conversing with her to inquire about the various lines offered. I'm from Chicago and not familiar with trolley services in Orlando. Never did I raise my voice or respond offensively. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable! I would warn people about her and her unprofesionalism so that she doesn't attempt to ruin anyone else's day. Every tour experience should be happy and free of drama and offense. Unfortunately I did not get the luxury of 100% in my experience. Overall is was a nice tour.

Waited for over a hout for a bus. For a hop on hop off that is rediculas.

The bus was a great value and allowed me to explore I-drive. The bus drivers were friendly and busses clean!

The awesome part was that I lost my cell phone in the first trolley. About two hours later we noticed it was as gone and told the driver in the third shuttle and she put out a notice. We were waiting for another trolley and a bus stopped on the other side of international rd and returned the phone. Thank you so very mucch from the guy in green shorts.

I never got to go on the tour. The person that I spoke to said I could go to the office to get picked up. Nobody was at the office! Then, I called again and the rep was no help. Maintenance that was onsite said that it was two blocks down. Very disappointed with the communication. Will not use this service again.

The I-ride was just a regular public transport service for locals and there was no information on bus stops available to tourists.

it seems good for transportation, but all the other hop on hop off buses is somewhat of a sightseeing tour, which this bus contain nothing of that. The price was reasonable for what was offered. I just wish it was a little bit more clear so I could've planned my day differently.

I got the tickets to get me from the resort we stayed at to get to MegaCon. The interactive schedules was nice, but wait times constantly changed making it quicker to walk the 1.5 miles to the venue. Each time I got on the shuttle (Mears Coach busses) the drivers did not know what to make of the app nor my confirmation email and I never got a voucher. Still got some rides back to the resort. Just confusing.
