The views from the observation deck are magnificent, especially at sunset. The only drawback is that it's far too crowded, which should be regulated rather than having to queue up to take a photo.

Oh my! I think the whole experience was amazing especially the glass floor to the ground.
The edge even had the best seat in the house-the disabled toilet.
Easy access.
Organisation of getting in and out was excellent.
Location was fantastic.
Transport to and from was good.
Having the shops and the Vessel and the skyline walk near was good too.
However, there wasn't one corner of the Edge that I couldn't embrace with awe!
The only negative thing to report is that the refreshments are far too expensive!!!! $6 for a Coke!!!

Absolutely everything very easy, I presented my QR code at the entrance and that was it. I had booked at 4 pm and I was able to stay at sunset and see the city by day and night! It was spectacular. I highly recommend it.

The views were amazing and on a winters day visibility was great you could see for miles on all directions. Definitely a highlight of my trip to NYC, the whole complex at Hudson Yards is fantastic

Edge is a top venue to visit, 1st time this year and will be going again on our next visit to New York. The views from the observation decks are amazing, even the elevator ride was impressive with the built in video show. Would thoroughly recommend a visit while in New York.

We had to wait 45 minutes for the train. As compensation, some visitors then received a voucher for a glass of champagne, others didn't, so we didn't feel disrespected.

So beautiful and so fun. Such a great view with a unique perspective of looking down under your feet. The building is also great before you even get to the Edge, fun shops and restauarants. Loved it. I highly recommend going if you like high buildings with amazing 360 views - if you are scared of heights - don't go -otherwise join in the fun.

We bought tickets to enter at 7:20 PM and we arrived at 7:00 PM, but we didn't go up until 8:30 PM, so we missed what we wanted to see: the change from day to night.

We liked being able to point out landmarks to our young granddaughters. I personally couldn't help thinking about the horror that preceded this "Phoenix" .
We were wounded on 9/11, but the people of this country got back up proudly! This beautiful building is a testament and memorial to all who lost their lives.
